Emperor Star, First Mecha Academy.

“Your Highness, something terrible is happening! There’s a beggar at the school gate who openly… humiliating you by name and refuses to leave, no matter how hard we try to drive him away!”

“Hit him.”

The voice was cold and pure, resembling that of a divine being.

“Yes, Your Highness.”

Huang Wuji wearily supported his forehead, feeling deeply frustrated. The person he loved had become engaged to his younger brother. What should he do? What could he do?

“Rong Ting, how could you be so heartless…”

On the streets at night, the heartbroken Crown Prince drank himself into a stupor, dismissing his two guards who were there to protect him. He slumped against a wall, silently shedding tears.

Rong Ting was his first love. From the moment he first laid eyes on him, he had secretly admired him. Little did he know that in another month, he would have to address Rong Ting as his sibling.

“Damn it, I finally found you, you son of a bitch!”

Suddenly, a coarse and vulgar shout came from above Huang Wuji’s head. As he looked up, everything went black, and something covered his head!

Wang Jinbao, holding Huang Wuji’s head, forcefully placed a broken trash bin over it. With one hand on his lower back, his oversized and tattered robe loosely covered his protruding belly. He kicked Huang Wuji repeatedly, the sounds of impact echoing!

“Damn it! You’ve made my belly grow big! I begged for two months, traveling across over forty planets to find you, and you sent people to beat me up? I’ll kick you to death, you son of a bitch!”

Huang Wuji was too drunk and sluggish to retaliate. He could only moan in pain and instinctively curl up, protecting his vital areas.

Wang Jinbao snatched Huang Wuji’s smart terminal and turned off the power, stuffing it into his small shoulder bag. Then, he retrieved a bundle of chains and began to bind Wuji, encircling him layer by layer. He carried the end of the chain on his shoulder, leaning forward, and started movin.

Huang Wuji was bound by the chains, his head still covered by the broken trash bin. Wang Jinbao supported and carried him forward. Gradually, smoke emerged from Huang Wuji’s backside.

“What do you intend to do? I… I can give you money.”

Wang Jinbao spat and angrily cursed, “Bullshit! You’ve made my belly grow big, and you’ve beaten me up. You think offering money will settle it? You must think you’re incredibly attractive with your big nose!”

Wang Jinbao carried Huang Wuji and disappeared at the street corner. Before long, two men dressed in black hurriedly arrived, searching the entire street with increasing anxiety.

“Oh no! Something has gone wrong with the Crown Prince!”

“Don’t panic. Although the terminal is powered off, shutting it down triggers the automatic activation of the tracking and positioning system. The Crown Prince is currently… here!” The older man raised his hand and checked the smart terminal, his face breaking into a smile.

“He hasn’t gone far yet, that’s excellent! Let’s go!”

The two men ran together in the direction that Wang Jinbao had taken Huang Wuji.

Following the punctuated indications of the tracking system, the two men eventually reached a wall, growing increasingly anxious.

“What’s happening? There’s no way forward! The tracking display has also disappeared!”

The older man couldn’t maintain his composure either, staring at the wall in front of them. Making a quick decision, he raised his hand, opened the messaging function on the smart terminal, and typed, “Crown Prince missing. Last known location: ‘Graffiti Wall’ at the end of the red light zone in the First District. Requesting backup from Dog Seven and Dog Eight!”

Chapter 2: Uncle’s Great Skills

Wang Jinbao glanced up at the sky, noticing that the moon had dimmed. He spat on Huang Wuji and then kicked him in the crotch, still seething with anger.

“Mmm…” Huang Wuji groaned, regaining consciousness. The trash can that had been covering his head was now removed, leaving him dirty and disheveled. He emitted a sour odor, and his fastidiousness caused his stomach to churn. Despite his best efforts, he managed to suppress the urge to vomit.

“Who are you? What is your intention?” Huang Wuji demanded.

Wang Jinbao responded with mocking laughter, squatting down and delivering two resounding slaps to Wuji’s face, leaving him bewildered.

As the Crown Prince of the first HuangStar in the Third Galaxy, Huang Wuji had always been treated with reverence and admiration. When had he ever been slapped before?

“You… you?!” Huang Wuji stammered in disbelief.

“You’re nothing!” Wang Jinbao sneered, clenching his fist and landing another punch, causing Huang Wuji’s eyes to sting and intensifying his astonishment.

Wang Jinbao released his pent-up frustration, straightening up and supporting his waist, his protruding belly becoming more apparent. “Nephew, activate the light!”

“Alright!”

A soft voice emanated from above as Huang Wuji raised his head, momentarily blinded by the sudden burst of light, which caused his eyes to ache.

Once his eyes adjusted to the brightness, he saw a peculiarly dressed young boy, resembling a greenish-yellow cucumber, sitting on the light source, swinging his feet and looking at him with a mischievous smile.

“Hey, Crown Prince! Oh, by the way, from now on, you’ll be known as… my nephew-in-law!”

Nephew-in-law?

“Uncle, stop talking nonsense! I haven’t decided to marry him yet! What use is his handsome appearance if he’s a coward who denies his actions? I don’t find him appealing at all!” Huang Wuji retorted.

Wang Jinbao rubbed his nose, expressing his grievances. Due to his pregnancy, the once slender boy had gained weight all over, transforming his oval face into a round one. With pouting lips, he appeared quite adorable. However, his face displayed shades of purple from the previous beating. Fortunately, his dirty and dusky complexion concealed the swelling, making it less noticeable.

With the illumination provided, Huang Wuji finally had a clear view of the person who had kidnapped and assaulted him. In that moment… he wished he could gouge out his own eyes!

Wang Jinbao glanced up at the sky and noticed that the moon was dimly shining. He spat on Huang Wuji and kicked him in the crotch, venting his frustration.

“Mmm…” Huang Wuji groaned and woke up. The trash bin on his head had been removed, leaving him disheveled and filthy. The stench from his body made him nauseous. He had a strong aversion to dirt, and he struggled to hold back the urge to vomit.

“Who are you? What’s your purpose?” Huang Wuji demanded.

Wang Jinbao sneered, squatting down and delivering two slaps to Huang Wuji’s face, making him dazed.

As the Crown Prince of the First Imperial Star in the Third Galaxy, Huang Wuji had always lived a privileged life, admired by countless people. When had he ever been slapped in the face?

“You… you?!” Huang Wuji stammered.

“You piece of garbage!” Wang Jinbao clenched his fist and struck Huang Wuji again, causing his eyes to well up with pain and shock.

Wang Jinbao let out his frustration, straightened his waist, and his bulging belly protruded. “Uncle, activate the light!”

“Alright!”

A soft voice emanated from above, and Huang Wuji looked up, squinting his eyes against the sudden brightness.

After adjusting to the light, he saw a peculiarly dressed young man, resembling a greenish-yellow cucumber, sitting on the light source. He wiggled his feet and smiled at Huang Wuji.

“Hey, Crown Prince! Oh, right, from now on, you’ll be called… nephew-in-law!”

Nephew-in-law?

“Uncle, stop talking nonsense! I haven’t decided to marry him yet! With his despicable appearance, he dares to eat without confessing! What’s the use of being good-looking? I’m not interested!” Wang Jinbao pouted, resentful because his face had become round and chubby due to pregnancy. His oval face had turned into a small round face, and his lips were pursed. Although his face was dirty, it was hard to tell because of his dark complexion, but the areas where he was hit were swollen.

With the light, Huang Wuji finally saw the face of the person who had kidnapped and beaten him. At that moment, he wanted nothing more than to gouge his own eyes out!

Huang Wuji had a strong aversion to dirt, so he had managed to hold back his vomit until now, despite his severe cleanliness obsession.

Watching the man retching with eyes resembling apricot pits, Wang Jinbao felt a tinge of sympathy and murmured, moving his lips, “Well, are you alright? As long as you feel ashamed and understand your mistake, I can consider forgiving you.”

It seemed that this person wasn’t completely beyond redemption. His appearance of remorse indicated that he truly realized his mistake.

Good looks truly made a difference. Remorse came quicker for him than for ordinary people.

Wang Jinbao curved his lips, supporting his waist as he squatted down and gently patted Huang Wuji’s back, comforting him. “Alright, alright, it’s good that you understand your mistake. I forgive you. Don’t feel too bad.”

“Urgh… Urgh… Urgh!”

The more Wang Jinbao comforted him, the worse Huang Wuji’s vomiting became. Eventually, his eyes rolled back, and he fell limp on the ground, shaking his head and muttering, “Stay… away… from me…”

Wang Jinbao was deeply moved!

This person truly repented upon realizing his mistake! How determined he was!

Even in his current state, he couldn’t forgive himself. Despite being forgiven by the victim, he couldn’t pass his own conscience’s test.

Uncle sat on the light source, frowning and thinking to himself, “My eldest nephew’s intellect isn’t very sharp.”

“Uncle, is it really safe here? Won’t the Imperial Court’s people find us?” Wang Jinbao asked, his face wrinkled with worry.

Uncle chuckled, dangling his feet and exclaiming, “In the entire Huang Star, as long as I, Li Lanting, want to hide, no one can find me! I’ve disrupted the spatial composition of the graffiti wall. Without my guidance, no one can enter.

Our Crown Prince’s terminal has already been disrupted by spatial interference, shattering the flow of information. The tracking and locating system can’t find us. This place is absolutely safe!”

Wang Jinbao furrowed his brow and said, “Uncle, you’ve said so much, but I barely understood. But I grasped the general idea. No one can find us, right?”

“Indeed.”

Uncle had proven to be quite dependable. It was a wise choice to seek refuge with him on Huang Star.

Feeling dejected, Huang Wuji listened to their conversation, his thoughts swirling. He couldn’t help but wonder who this “Uncle” really was. How could he possess the knowledge to disrupt space, a skill known only to the most skilled mech pilots?
