"I do not care about your rules," Li Yan muttered to the blue screen, his voice shaking with a mix of fury and fear. "I am going home."
He turned away from the hall and ran toward the outer edge of the palace grounds. His thighs were sore, and every step he took felt heavy, but the thought of staying in this place made his stomach turn.
He needed to find a gate, a road, anything that looked like a way out. He was a corporate man, not a tool to keep a strange world from blowing up.
He managed to slip past a set of heavy side doors while the guards were distracted by the loud crashes coming from the garden. The air outside was cool against his hot skin, but as he stepped into the streets of the capital city, a tight pressure built up inside his chest.
He was thinking about his old life, his clean office, and the total lack of control he had right now. The panic inside his mind grew bigger and bigger until it felt like a dam breaking.
Suddenly, a loud boom echoed through the air.
Li Yan stumbled, gripping his throat as a massive wave of hot, heavy energy exploded outward from his own body.
It was his SS-Rank pheromones, reacting to his deep mental distress. The clear sky above the city instantly changed, turning a deep, bleeding dark red. The clouds twisted like smoke, and a thick, suffocating heat fell over the streets.
People around him began to scream. Normal citizens walking by dropped to their knees, clutching their chests and gasping for breath. Some fainted right on the dirt road, unable to handle the raw pressure coming off him.
"What... what is happening?" Li Yan gasped, looking at his own hands. He tried to pull the energy back inside, but he had no idea how to control this body. "Stop it. Just stop!"
Before he could take another step, a dark blur dropped from the sky, landing right in front of him with a heavy thud.
General Zhen Sheng stood there, his dark hair messy and a wild, mocking grin on his face. He didn’t look bothered by the red sky at all. Instead, his golden eyes locked onto Li Yan with pure amusement.
"Look at you, running away like a little rat," Zhen Sheng laughed, walking forward with slow, heavy steps. "Did you really think you could just walk out of the palace gates? Look at what your wild scent is doing to the commoners, Duke Xiao. You are causing a disaster."
"Get away from me!" Li Yan yelled, backing up into a narrow side alley. "I don’t belong here! I want to go home! These people are fainting because of this stupid world, not because of me!"
A loud, piercing cry cut through the air above them. A large, winged black beast descended from the red clouds, hovering just above the alley. Crown Prince Jing Yuchen jumped down from the creature, his silver hair flying around his face. His violet eyes were filled with absolute fury as he looked at Li Yan.
"You dare run from us, Mingxuan?" Jing Yuchen snarled, his voice sending a shiver straight down Li Yan’s spine. "You think this marriage is a game you can quit?"
"I don’t even know who you people are!" Li Yan screamed, his back hitting a cold wall. Tears of anger and helplessness finally spilled over his cheeks. "You two are beasts! You are going to kill me if I stay here! "This is scientifically impossible. None of this makes any logical sense."
Jing Yuchen did not answer with words. He lunged forward, grabbing Li Yan’s shoulders and pinning him hard against the alley wall. At the same time, Zhen Sheng moved in from the side, trapping Li Yan between both of their heavy, muscular bodies in broad daylight.
"Let me go! People are looking!" Li Yan begged, his voice breaking as he saw some citizens trying to watch from the main street.
"Let them look," Zhen Sheng whispered darkly against his ear.
Jing Yuchen grabbed Li Yan’s chin, forcing his mouth open, and slammed his lips down in a deep, aggressive kiss.
The prince’s tongue pushed inside ruthlessly, tasting him and forcefully drawing the wild, red magical energy back out of Li Yan’s throat. Li Yan gasped into the kiss, his body turning to liquid as the prince sucked away his power.
Before he could recover, Zhen Sheng leaned down, his sharp teeth burying deeply into the side of Li Yan’s neck, right where his scent gland was pulsing. The general bit down hard, drawing a small drop of blood and forcefully absorbing the remaining pheromones leaking from him.
"Ah!" Li Yan cried out against the prince’s mouth, his hips jerking forward automatically as his dick started getting hard. The red sky above them began to clear, turning back to blue as the two men absorbed his wild magic.
Li Yan felt completely humiliated, exposed in the middle of a city street, his body melting under their touch while his mind wanted nothing but to escape.
When they finally let him breathe, Li Yan’s legs failed him completely. He would have hit the ground if Zhen Sheng hadn’t caught him by the waist, lifting him up effortlessly.
"You really expect us to believe you don’t know who we are?" Jing Yuchen said, his face cold as he wiped Li Yan’s saliva from his lips. He looked at Li Yan like he was looking at a broken toy. "Your memory must be absolute trash if you forgot the contract you signed with your own hand."
"I am telling the truth!" Li Yan sobbed, his corporate pride completely gone as he hung from the general’s arm. "I am not the Duke. I am from another world. I am straight!"
Zhen Sheng laughed, a dark, dangerous sound that made Li Yan tremble. The general tossed him over his broad shoulder like a sack of grain, walking back toward the palace gates while the prince followed closely behind.
"If you keep acting like you don’t remember us, husband, we will just have to remind you," Zhen Sheng growled, his large hand giving Li Yan’s bare backside a hard, stinging slap. "Every time you forget your place, we will drill it back into your head by fucking you even harder until your brain finally works again."
"No... please," Li Yan whispered into the general’s back, his hands clenching into useless fists. He knew they meant every word. These men were absolute monsters, and his new life was going to be a living hell.
