Jasper violently ripped the vampire’s head in anger as he drank the blood only to spit it out.

“Rowland make sure you give her a proper dress, she can sleep in my room tonight.”

Jasper grabbed her hand gently as he began to walk out of her room and headed to his chamber.
He could tell that she was exhausted not realizing it was midnight herself she yawned.

The next day Nicole felt a warm body against her, as she opened her eyes to see Slade sitting on her stomach.

” I see you are hungry, get yourself dressed and I will make sure Rowland brings you food.”
She slowly crawled out of bed causing her to stretch “Lord Jasper why did you bring me into your room?
Did you not want me to be alone.”
Jasper walked up to her and grabbed her hand “Where you slept was so small I just wanted you to be comfortable.
I see you still have the necklace I bought you.”
She smiled at him”It is a gift you gave to me of course I would wear it.

As the maids came in waiting to assist Nicole.
“Once you’re finished we’ll meet in the dining room since Rowland still has the task he needs to do.
I can’t have you eating breakfast here all by yourself.
I should mention to you that there are a few high-class people there so be on your best behavior.”
Nicole nodded at him as he left the room letting the maids get her ready for the day.
Once they finished one of the maids walked her down to the dining area she saw lots of people with fancy gowns and suits on.
She started to walk towards the people grabbing a plate from one of the servants, looking around to see what type of breakfast they were serving.
Nicole didn’t realize there would be so many people here, it must have been unexpected.
She was suddenly pushed down as her plate dropped to the ground shattering it on the hard silk floor.
Clarice was there as well wanting to visit Nicole to make sure she was okay.
The woman who pushed her was wearing luxurious clothing that sparkled.
She was tall and slim with long black hair and blue eyes.
” what is a human doing in the dining here amongst us pure blood?
Did Jasper permit you to be here?
He’s is a fool if he thinks you can eat here Disgusting rat you should know that your people and kind aren’t welcome here.
” she screamed at her leaving Nicole feeling scared as she started to tremble.

Clarice instantly pulled out a dagger from under her dress, she stood in front of the woman that had pushed her friend.
She felt the low growls and hisses that came her away.

Just as the woman was about to lash at Clarice, Jasper walked inside the room to see what the commotion was as Rowland and Noah followed right behind him.
People gasped and immediately turned their heads.
Jasper ran over to Nicole shouting her name Rowland glanced over and saw a bruise on Nicole’s cheek and her head on the floor as bleeding began to seep out from her head causing her to feel dizzy due to the wound that was inflicted on her.
Noah grabbed Clarice’s wrist making her go out of the room trying to calm her down.

Rowland dabbed Nicole’s head with a handkerchief as he held her up making sure she was okay for the most part.

Jasper could only look away at the scene that was taking place as his eyes held fury like no other.
