Inside the private room, a small window was half-open, letting in the deafening thrum of heavy metal music from below.

From the third-floor vantage point, one could look down at the hot dancers gyrating wildly on the dance floor.

Right now, Seth Knight was completely immersing himself in this decadent atmosphere.

In truth, before his transmigration, he was just an eighteen-year-old hot-blooded college student, so pure he had never even tasted a woman’s touch.

How could he have ever seen such a wild scene—cybernetic limbs flying everywhere amidst a sea of carnal desire in the Underhive?!

Around him, a dozen scantily clad hostesses crowded around the spacious leather sofa.

Each of them possessed an exotic charm enhanced by cybernetic augmentations, sending a barrage of intense hormones straight to Seth’s brain.

“Here, my lord, have another drink~” a busty hostess cooed, bringing a cup of fluorescent green specialty liquor to Seth’s lips.

Seth did not refuse.

Guided by her hand, he drained the fiery liquid in one gulp.

Instantly, he felt every pore in his body blissfully pop open.

His nerves, which had been stretched taut while crawling through piles of corpses earlier, finally found the ultimate release.

The alcohol rushed to his head.

Seth began to boast:

“I’m not bragging, ladies!”

“Just a few days ago, I was on the battlefield up on the surface!”

“Thousands of eight-foot-tall greenskins—Orks, you know what those are?”

“Those things are wider than this sofa!”

“Single-handed, without a single soul to back me up, I did an over-the-shoulder throw with my left hand and a Shoryuken with my right!”

“One punch, one kill! I routed those greenskins so hard they threw away their armor, and their corpses were piled higher than this building!”

“Wow—you are so fierce, my lord!”

The hostesses chimed in with exaggerated gasps of admiration, playing along perfectly.

One after another, they pressed their soft bodies against him.

Seth laughed out loud.

Taking the opportunity, he squeezed the thigh of the lead hostess.

The hostess felt her bones melt.

And she eagerly climbed into his lap.

Three hours later…

“Out, everyone out!”

Only two of his trusted lackeys, carrying liquor trays, remained in the room.

Once the outsiders were gone, Viper said with a troubled look, “Sir, regarding the high-purity palladium you asked for, I’ve already gotten in touch with the supplier. But…”

“Spit it out.”

Seth rested his legs on the coffee table, lazily scratching his ear.

“My lord, you might not know this,”

“We have channels to get goods from the Spire down to the Mid-hive.”

“But security has been extremely tight lately.”

“The ‘Great Elevator’ running from the Mid-hive to the Underhive is currently heavily guarded by ‘Heavily Armored Enforcers’ sent down from the Spire!”

“It seems to have something to do with the rebel army outside the Hive City!”

“With this going on, no matter how many strings I pull, it’s useless.”

“Reliable sources say this order came straight from the Planetary Governor!”

Viper complained bitterly.

“Those enforcers are cold-blooded beasts who kill without blinking. They’re all armed with bolt guns, and they think no more of killing Underhive residents than stepping on ants!”

“Forget smugglers carrying contraband; if those guys just don’t like the look of you, they’ll rip your guts open to inspect them!”

“Palladium is too conspicuous. It simply can’t get through…”

At the mention of the “Heavily Armored Enforcers,” the faces of the two trusted lackeys standing in the corner turned instantly pale.

They instinctively clutched their stomachs, likely having witnessed some poor bastards get their intestines ripped open for inspection.

Out of the corners of their eyes, the two stole a glance at Seth, thinking to themselves:

*Even if this outsider is incredibly strong and can fight, he’s still just a lone man.*

*Going up against hordes of heavily armored enforcers armed to the teeth is a meat grinder of a battle.*

*This outsider will probably have to swallow his pride and back down today.*

To their surprise, Seth suddenly slammed his hand down on the coffee table and declared, “Your fear stems from a lack of firepower!”

*Clang!

Clatter!*

A series of heavy metallic crashes resounded, instantly knocking over the empty liquor bottles on the coffee table!

A full twenty brand-new, pristine “Astra Militarum Standard Lasguns,” complete with flawless factory bluing, were dumped straight out of Seth’s system space like trash!

The lasguns piled up into a small mountain of steel on the glass tabletop!

Seth didn’t care for this garbage gear from his gacha draws at all.

Everyone knew that the “flashlights” in the hands of the Imperial Guard did nothing more than tickle xenos.

They were complete garbage, with no salvage value whatsoever! This chapter is updated first at g.com.

But Viper’s eyes nearly bulged out of his skull!

“This… this is…”

Viper’s cybernetic eye flashed red in a frenzy, his eyeballs on the verge of popping out of their sockets!

Astra Militarum standard lasguns?!

And twenty brand-new, top-grade ones at that!

In the Underhive, this was absolute gold-standard currency—priceless and highly sought after!

What shattered his worldview even more was that Seth clearly had no backpack on him just now.

How did these rifles appear out of thin air?!

Warp storage capability?!

Was this man an unsanctioned high-grade psyker?!

“My lord! Dear ancestor! This is absolutely top-shelf stuff that people would kill for!”

Viper scrambled forward on his hands and knees to the coffee table, his trembling hands wanting to touch the cold metal of the rifles but not quite daring to.

After the rush of ecstasy, panic still lingered in his eyes:

“But… but the Heavily Armored Enforcers have an ‘Enforcer Heavy Mech’ defensive line!”

“Even if our Underhive brothers are reckless thugs who don’t fear death…”

“…charging head-on against them even with these standard weapons is just sending our men to their graves.”

“Who the hell said anything about a head-on charge?”

Seth’s voice suddenly rose.

“I need a lot of palladium. These are your payment.”

“Use this shipment to grease palms or recruit men, I don’t care. Just make sure the palladium is safely transferred to the Mid-hive and stored! As for how I get to the Mid-hive, that’s none of your concern!”

Hearing that he didn’t have to go head-to-head with the Heavily Armored Enforcers and could even use this godly cache of weapons as operational funds, Viper was instantly pumped.

Prostrating himself on the floor, he roared hysterically:

“My lord! I understand! I’ll get right on it!”

“Three days… no! One day! Within a single day, the high-purity palladium will be delivered to the Mid-hive warehouse without fail! If there’s any delay, I’ll unscrew my own head and let you kick it like a ball!”

In the corner, the two lackeys who had been trembling, thinking their boss was going to force them to smuggle palladium in their intestines, breathed a massive sigh of relief.

Not having to suffer that fate worse than death was a godsend!

Their knees buckled, and they joined Viper in frantically kowtowing to Seth.

Their foreheads banged loudly against the floor.

Looking as if they wanted nothing more than to rip out their hearts to prove their absolute loyalty to Seth.

“What’s the deal with the rebel army outside the Hive City?”

“Viper, there must be a path from the Underhive leading directly outside the Hive City, right?”
