Early in the morning, Lin Yuyi asked the front desk to send up a charger and charged both of their phones.
Zhao Xiaoxiao’s phone calls and WeChat messages over a hundred of them kept popping up.

“If you hadn’t picked up, your parents would’ve gone to the police to look for you.”

The only thing she heard was Lin Yuyi beside her saying, “What? My mom is in the hospital!”
Su Mo jolted awake as if from a dream.

Lin Yuyi paused while getting dressed. “Mo Mo, let’s go apologize with a thorn bundle on our backs.”
