Yunhai City, Qin Family Estate.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom slowly pulled into a parking space.

Qiao Yingzi opened the door, and Qin Ge stepped out at an unhurried pace.Full novel: Who Told Him to Be the Main Villain? — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

A ray of morning sunlight fell across him, bathing his already fair and handsome face in a layer of sacred golden light.

As Qin Ge walked past, the gardeners and maids along the way couldn’t help staring at him with amazement.

“The Eldest Young Master looks so handsome today!”

“How did I never notice how good-looking the Eldest Young Master was before?”

“He’s practically 1,000 times, no, 10,000 times more handsome than those movie stars.”

“It’s just a pity that the Madam passed away so early. Otherwise, the Eldest Young Master wouldn’t be disliked by the Master and bullied by Miss Huanhuan and her brother.”

“Shh! Do you have a death wish?!”

An elderly gardener hurriedly pulled the young maid aside, abruptly bringing the whispers to an end.

Qin Ge merely glanced at them from the corner of his eye and sneered inwardly.

Bullied?

Only a useless coward allowed himself to be bullied.

Right now, he was a man capable of tearing apart a tank with his bare hands!

“Wait for me in the car. I’ll be back out shortly.”

After giving Qiao Yingzi the order, Qin Ge turned around and leisurely walked into the dining room.

Inside, the hierarchy of the Qin family was obvious at a glance. Different breakfasts had been arranged at each seat around the long dining table according to status.

Qin Ge calmly sat down in the main seat at the head of the table. Picking up his knife and fork, he cut off a small piece of Wagyu steak, placed it in his mouth, and slowly chewed before swallowing.

Before long, footsteps echoed through the spacious Qin family villa and approached the dining room.

The newcomer was Qin Zou, Qin Ge’s younger half-brother.

In terms of appearance, Qin Zou bore virtually no resemblance to Qin Ge.

The moment Qin Zou saw Qin Ge sitting in their father’s seat, anger flashed across his face. He snapped, “Qin Ge, are you blind? Can’t you even tell which seat is yours? Where the hell do you think you’re sitting for breakfast?!”

Dressed in a perfectly fitted suit, Qin Ge remained silent.

He didn’t even bother looking at Qin Zou. Instead, he continued elegantly cutting his steak and savoring every bite.

Soon afterward, the other three members of the Qin family entered the dining room.

Qin Huanhuan, who happened to be Chen Yuan’s senior sister, immediately knitted her slender brows the moment she saw Qin Ge.

Wearing a linen-colored trench coat, she crossed her arms beneath her ample chest and looked down at Qin Ge with an arrogant expression. She angrily demanded, “If you sit there, where is Dad supposed to sit?”

Qin Zou walked over to his father, Qin Hai, pointed at Qin Ge, and complained, “Dad, look at this guy. You give him an inch, and he takes a mile.”

“If he dares to steal your seat at the dining table today, tomorrow he’ll dare to steal your position as Patriarch of the Qin family. He’s becoming more and more outrageous.”

“Dad, you absolutely can’t keep allowing him to act this arrogantly.”

Qin Hai frowned deeply and shouted at Qin Ge, “Get up!”

Qin Ge lowered his eyes and sneered inwardly.

The original owner had always been this pathetic.

At home, Qin Zou constantly targeted him.

His father didn’t care for him, his younger brother showed him no respect, and his younger sister barely regarded him as family.

On top of that, there was a stepmother constantly watching him like a hawk and whispering poison into his father’s ear.

The original Qin Ge had been bullied endlessly, yet he never dared to utter a word in protest.

The Qin family had undoubtedly played a major role in driving him down the path of darkness after his failed proposal.

He had suppressed everything for so long that his mind had gradually become twisted!

However, all of that was history now.

Qin Ge leisurely speared the final piece of steak with his fork and placed it into his mouth.

Qin Zou grew even more excited when Qin Ge continued ignoring them. “Qin Ge, forget about disrespecting me. Are you seriously refusing to listen even when Dad tells you to get up?”

In front of his father, Qin Zou always needed to maintain the image of a filial, well-mannered son.

Therefore, he usually avoided openly bullying Qin Ge whenever Qin Hai was present.

But today was different.

Qin Ge wasn’t even listening to their father anymore.

He was practically courting death!

“Get the hell out!”

Qin Zou stepped forward, grabbed Qin Ge by his suit, and tried to yank him out of the chair.

Only then did Qin Ge slowly raise his eyes.

He first glanced at the knife and fork in his hands. Then he seized the hand Qin Zou had placed on him and slammed it palm-down onto the dining table.

Squelch!

Qin Ge tightened his grip on the fork and drove it straight through Qin Zou’s palm, piercing deep into the dining table beneath it.

After pinning Qin Zou’s palm firmly to the table, Qin Ge picked up the table knife. With the precision of a master butcher, he lightly sliced through Qin Zou’s wrist.

Thud!

With his hand no longer supporting him, Qin Zou staggered backward and collapsed onto the floor.

He stared blankly at his severed wrist, blood pouring from the wound.

Several full seconds passed before the excruciating pain finally registered.

Clutching his severed wrist, Qin Zou screamed at the top of his lungs, “My hand! My hand! It’s been cut off! Aaaaahhh!!!”

Qin Zou’s agonized screams were so piercing that they made everyone’s eardrums tremble.

Meanwhile, Qin Ge calmly wiped his completely unstained hands with a napkin.

It was almost as though he were wiping away Qin Zou’s scent.

Then he raised his eyes and gave the four members of the Qin family a warm, pleasant smile. “Good morning, everyone.”

The elegant middle-aged woman hurried forward to support her son and screamed toward the people outside, “Ambulance! Call an ambulance, quickly!”

Even Qin Hai, who had experienced countless ruthless struggles in the business world, couldn’t remain composed after witnessing such a scene. His pupils contracted violently as he roared, “Qin Ge, have you gone insane?!”

The moment those words fell, Qin Huanhuan had already rushed forward.

She was incredibly fast, her trench coat snapping behind her as she moved.

Her leg whipped through the air, sweeping directly toward Qin Ge’s temple.

Thud!

Qin Ge raised one arm and blocked the kick.

Her shin collided with his forearm, producing a heavy, muffled impact.

“So hard!”

Qin Huanhuan’s beautiful eyes widened as she stared incredulously at the useless older brother she thought she knew.

Never in her wildest dreams had she imagined that a kick powerful enough to overturn a car weighing several tonnes would actually be blocked by Qin Ge.

“Huanhuan.” Qin Ge grabbed Qin Huanhuan by the ankle, shook his head, and said with dissatisfaction, “You greeting your brother so enthusiastically first thing in the morning makes me very happy. But you’re not wearing safety shorts underneath, and that makes your brother very unhappy.”

Then he calmly continued, “Women of the Qin family are not allowed to leave the house without wearing safety shorts.”

Still gripping Qin Huanhuan’s ankle, Qin Ge swung her leg directly down onto the dining table made of fragrant rosewood.

Crack!

The dining table shattered.

At the same time, an entire section of bone inside Qin Huanhuan’s slender calf shattered along with it.

A comminuted fracture.

Qin Ge casually tossed Qin Huanhuan aside and smiled. “Since I can’t allow you to go outside like that, your brother had no choice but to break your leg.”

“Qin Ge!”

“You’re insane!”

“You’re courting death!”

Seeing both her son and daughter crippled in the blink of an eye, the elegant woman who had always maintained the appearance of treating every child equally could no longer restrain herself. Her eyes nearly split with fury as she screamed at Qin Ge.

Qin Ge merely swept an icy gaze across her.

The elegant woman, Qin Ge’s nominal stepmother, immediately felt as though something had lodged in her throat. Terrified by that single look, she abruptly closed her mouth.

Qin Ge coldly asked, “Since when does an outsider have the right to interfere in the affairs of our Qin family?”

With that, Qin Ge withdrew his gaze and turned toward Qin Hai. Smiling, he asked, “Dad, don’t you think what I said makes sense?”

“Insane!”

“You’ve completely lost your mind!”

“That’s your mother!”

Qin Hai felt his blood rush straight to his head, and his blood pressure instantly soared to 180 mmHg.

Qin Ge shook his head. “She’s merely some random woman you brought home.”

Qin Hai pointed furiously at Qin Huanhuan and Qin Zou. “Then what about Huanhuan and Xiao Zou?! They’re your younger sister and brother!”

“You cut off Xiao Zou’s hand and shattered Huanhuan’s leg. What exactly are you trying to do?!”

Qin Ge glanced at them indifferently. After considering the question for a moment, he shook his head again. “They’re merely the illegitimate children you fathered outside.”

Then his expression grew calm and firm. “I am the legitimate eldest son of the Qin family.”

Qin Hai clenched both fists in fury. “Are you accusing me of being an incompetent father? If it weren’t for me, your Weixue Group would have gone bankrupt long ago!”

“You can drive a Rolls-Royce and wear custom-tailored suits because of me, your father!”

Qin Ge sighed with disappointment. “Your image in my heart was already shattered beyond repair. But now, somehow, you’ve managed to disappoint me even more than I expected.”

He stared directly at Qin Hai and emphasized in a serious voice, “The reason I can enjoy such a privileged life today is because of the fund my mother left behind. It has nothing to do with you, Qin Hai, and even less to do with my status as a son of the Qin family!”
