The voice was like honey poured over gravel—the kind of voice that suggests the speaker has never had to ask for anything in their life because the universe simply hands it to them out of sheer deference.

Jake froze, his heart executing a plummet that would have impressed a professional skydiver.

He braced himself for the worst: a professor, a stern-faced disciplinary committee, or perhaps the Headmistress herself, who likely viewed the absence of clothing as a personal insult to the concept of bureaucracy.Full novel: Why Is Everyone Naked on Campus? — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Instead, the world narrowed down to three points of light, all of them currently standing directly in his path.

They were the three goddesses of his academic career, appearing with the sort of stage-managed inevitability that suggests a scriptwriter is feeling particularly cruel.

Mayuko stood in the center, a woman whose physical architecture seemed designed to make the laws of gravity feel like mere suggestions.

To her left, Rino was leaning against the wall with a playful, mischievous glint in her eyes—the kind of look usually reserved for someone who has just set a very expensive fire.

And Yui was to the right, looking entirely too innocent, her soft, smooth frame vibrating with a natural allure that felt like a direct assault on Jake’s fragile mental state.

Mayuko’s eyes drifted downward, tracing the frantic, hunched-over geometry of Jake’s posture.

A slow, knowing smirk spread across her lips, suggesting she had seen exactly this sort of performance before and found it mildly amusing.

“Is something wrong, Jake?” she teased, her voice dropping to a register that made the static in his brain start to sound like a symphony of panic.

“You’ve been avoiding us all morning.

And you seem…

remarkably tense.

Like a coiled spring, if that spring were currently having an existential crisis.”

Rino stepped closer, her movements liquid and graceful.

She didn’t appear to notice they were in the middle of a high-traffic hallway, or perhaps she simply felt that the lack of clothing rendered social conventions obsolete.

She reached out, her finger tracing a slow, agonizing line along his shoulder.

“He’s shaking, Mayuko.

Poor thing looks like he’s about to experience a system failure.”

Mayuko’s smirk widened as she watched the color drain from Jake’s face, only for it to be replaced by a shade of crimson that defied medical explanation.

She didn’t back away; instead, she leaned in, her voice dropping into a silky, hypnotic rhythm.

“You’re so worried about a little bit of physiology, Jake,” she said, gesturing to the hallway with a wave that suggested she was merely pointing out the weather.

“You’re missing the point of the entire day.

Think of it.

Being naked while talking to someone—it’s immediate.

It’s personal.

It strips away all the posturing and the little social masks we wear.

It turns out that when you remove the fabric, you remove the excuse to hide.”

She looked him dead in the eyes, her gaze piercing.

“The body is the only honest language we have.

There’s nowhere to go, Jake.

No blazer to huddle behind.

You have nothing to hide, and neither do we.”

Rino hummed in agreement, her hand sliding down his arm with the deliberate pace of a glacier.

“She’s right.

It’s liberating.

Why are you so desperate to cover yourself up when you could just…

let go?

It’s a bit like holding your breath underwater; eventually, you’re just going to have to exhale.”

Yui giggled, stepping even closer, her soft frame pressing gently against his ribs.

“It’s much more fun when you’re being honest.

Why don’t you show us?

We promise we won’t tell the Headmistress… unless you give us a reason to, of course.”

Jake felt like he was drowning in a sea of temptation, and the lifeguard was currently on a lunch break.

His hands were still clamped over his crotch, but his resolve was fraying like a cheap sweater.

The absolute openness of the girls, their complete lack of shame, and the sheer intensity of their focus on him made the air feel electrified and suffocating.

Mayuko’s eyes sparkled.

“I was wondering for ages if you liked me,” she said softly, “and now I know for a fact you do, without you having to utter a single syllable.”

Rino giggled, leaning in as her gaze dropped straight to his groin.

“It’s pointing right at us, you know.

Like a compass needle, if a compass needle were having a particularly aggressive day.”

Jake’s gaze, acting entirely against his will, flicked downward.

It was like looking at the sun—he knew he shouldn’t, but the sheer visual data was overwhelming.

He snapped his eyes back up, his face burning with the heat of a thousand dying stars, and pressed his hands tighter over his erection, trying to hide the evidence of his own betrayal.

Mayuko stepped closer, her posture suggesting she was utterly unfazed by the sudden uptick in his heart rate.

“It’s okay, Jake.

We’ll let you… resolve this, if you want.

We’re not the morality police.”

“I was just too shy to ask you out,” Jake mumbled, his voice sounding like it was coming from the bottom of a well.

“I didn’t think you were interested…”

Mayuko’s smirk turned warm.

“Well, now I know you are very interested.

No need to get all stressed out.

Just relax… Go on.

Resolve the situation right here.

We won’t tell anyone.”

Yui, blushing but still smiling, nodded.

“It gives you confidence, you know?

A lot of people find that a little bit of personal relief helps them focus during big events.

Like a pre-game ritual.”

Mayuko leaned in, her breath brushing against his ear.

“Keep going,” she whispered.

“And we can have a nice, casual conversation while you do it.

Tell us—what have you been playing lately?

Any new favorites?”

Jake’s mind was a whirlwind of sensory overload.

He started to move his hand, his touch hesitant, then shifting into a rhythm dictated by pure, unadulterated nerves.

“I…

uh…” he stammered, his eyes uncontrollably drifting to the way Rino’s thigh shifted.

“I’ve been playing that new open-world RPG.

The one with the massive map.”

“Oh, Elden Realm?” Rino asked, stepping closer to watch with undisguised curiosity.

“Is it difficult?

I heard the boss fights are designed to break the human spirit.”

“They’re…

they’re quite brutal,” Jake managed, his pace quickening.

He felt like he was having a conversation in the middle of a thunderstorm.

“I prefer puzzle games,” Yui chimed in, watching his rhythmic motions with a sweet, encouraging smile.

“Something that engages the brain.

But Jake, you look like you’re doing an excellent job concentrating on that particular ‘quest’.”

Jake’s face was a study in profound embarrassment.

He was struggling to keep his eyes on their faces, but every movement they made was impossible to ignore.

His hand moved faster, his breathing becoming ragged.

“I…

I almost beat the final boss,” he gasped.

“But it…

it takes a lot of…

of focus.”

“We can see that,” Mayuko purred, her eyes fixed on him.

“You’re doing great.

Just let it all out.

Keep talking to us.

What’s your favorite part about the game?

Is it the story, or the…

scenery?”

“The…

the scenery,” Jake choked out, his vision blurring.

He was barely processing the words anymore, his body completely overtaken by the situation.

“Good, good,” Rino whispered, her voice like a siren song.

Then, with the suddenness of a snapped violin string, Jake let out a sharp, strangled sound.

His body arched as the tension broke, his hand moving in one final, frantic motion before he shuddered, his release coming in a sharp, messy burst.

He slumped forward, knees weak, head hanging low as he fought for breath.

The silence that followed was heavy and warm.

Mayuko stepped forward and patted his head, her touch cool against his overheated skin.

A soft, satisfied smile played on her lips.

“Good boy,” she murmured, her voice dripping with approval.

Rino leaned in, her gaze dropping to the situation.

She giggled.

“See?

Much better.

Now the tension has been properly vented.”

“You look much more relaxed now,” Yui added, beaming.

“I told you it gives you confidence.”

Jake stood there, panting, feeling as though he had just survived a natural disaster.

He didn’t feel like he was about to explode, but he did feel like he had just been through a very bizarre, very public trial.

“So, Jake,” Mayuko said, her voice dropping into a smooth, conversational tone, as if they were discussing the afternoon tea menu.

“Now that you’ve got your head cleared… remember, you promised me a date.

We’re dating now.”

Jake’s jaw went slack.

His mind spun, attempting to replay the last ten minutes of chaos.

Did I?

Was that part of the conversation?

Or was that just something my brain hallucinated mid-crisis?

Before he could stutter a response, Mayuko added, “And it’s on my bucket list to ride that cobra.”

Jake stood frozen, his eyes involuntarily drifting downward, tracing the sway of her hips as she turned to walk away.

His gaze lingered on her skin, flushed and glowing, and he felt his face heat up all over again.

“I… wait, are you… are you serious?” he called out, his voice cracking.

Rino, who had hung back, let out a light, musical laugh.

She stepped toward the wall, her expression mischievous, and gracefully nudged a large, decorative plant pot with her foot, sliding it across the floor to perfectly cover the mess he’d left on the ground.

She winked at him, her bare breasts shifting as she turned to follow Mayuko.

“Don’t overthink it, Jake.

Just make sure you’re ready when she calls.”

Yui offered him a final, sweet wave, and the three of them rounded the corner, leaving Jake alone in the quiet hallway, staring at the plant pot covering his secret, his heart racing with a mix of terror, confusion, and the sinking realization that his life had just become significantly more complicated.
