Jake watched them as they settled into their rhythm, their movements fluid and practiced.

He was still trying to focus on his own spot on the floor, but the sight of them moving together was proving to be a new kind of torture.

“Are you guys here for the same reason?” Jake asked, his voice strained as he tried to keep his hips tucked down.Full novel: Why Is Everyone Naked on Campus? — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Did the Headmistress put you here to practice discipline, too?”

Sarah paused, dipping her brush into the soapy water.

She didn’t look up, but a small, knowing smile touched her lips.

“Hardly, Jake.

We aren’t here to practice anything.

We were punished, just like you—though for the opposite problem.

We were caught getting a little too wet during class.”

Chloe, who had moved a few feet ahead of them, let out a soft, teasing laugh as she shifted into a crawl, her back arched and her bare, rounded buttocks swaying in the low light of the office.

She stopped, her eyes drifting down to the damp spots appearing on the floor where she had been kneeling.

“Oh, look at that,” Chloe murmured, sounding completely unbothered.

She reached back, trailing a finger along her own inner thigh.

“My pussy is dripping all over the floor already.

I’m going to have to clean that up.”

She lowered herself further, the motion causing her pussy to press against the floorboards, leaving a small, glistening trail as she crawled forward to wipe it away with her sponge.

Jake’s breath hitched.

From his low angle, he had an unobstructed, agonizingly clear view of everything.

As Sarah followed suit, crawling forward with her own hips rising and falling, his eyes darted from Sarah’s smooth, firm rear to the way Chloe’s pussy glistened with moisture as she worked.

The sight was overwhelming.

His own body, which he had been desperately trying to calm, reacted with a mind of its own.

The blood surged, and he felt his erection grow even more pronounced, throbbing painfully against his thigh.

He tried to turn his head, to look at the wood, the bucket, anything—but his gaze kept snapping back to the way their skin moved, the way their bodies looked in the silence of the office, and the way they seemed so completely at ease being exposed.

He was supposed to be softening up, but the sheer, sensory overload of being surrounded by them, watching them clean up the evidence of their own arousal, was doing the exact opposite.

He felt his face heat up, his pulse pounding in his ears, and the hand holding his brush began to tremble.

“You guys…” Jake started, his voice barely a whisper, his eyes locked on the way Sarah’s muscles flexed as she scrubbed.

“How are you so calm?”

Sarah glanced back over her shoulder, her hair cascading down her back, and winked at him.

“It’s easy when you stop fighting it, Jake.

Why don’t you try?”

Stop fighting it?” Jake repeated, his voice climbing into a register that suggested he was currently having his internal wiring inspected by a very confused electrician.

“I’m literally surrounded by—by all of this.

My brain is currently running on the processing power of a burnt-out toaster, and you’re asking me to just…

relax?”

He gave his brush a frantic, uncoordinated swipe at the floorboards, inadvertently splashing a bit of soapy water onto his own foot.

“What do you even mean?

How is a person supposed to just…

stop fighting biology?

Isn’t there a fundamental rule in the universe—usually found somewhere near gravity and the tendency of toast to land butter-side down—that says we aren’t supposed to be like this in an office?”

He paused, his eyes darting from the glistening trail Chloe had just left to the serene, infuriatingly composed expression on Sarah’s face.

“And how are you guys even okay with this?” Jake gestured vaguely with his brush, taking in the entire office, the girls, and the general, ongoing insanity of the academy.

“Do you actually like No Uniform Day?

Like, genuinely?

Because from where I’m kneeling, this feels less like a ‘social revolution’ and more like a carefully constructed labyrinth designed to make me have a nervous breakdown by noon.”

Chloe chuckled, a low, melodic sound that seemed to vibrate through the floorboards.

She shifted, leaning back on her heels with a grace that was entirely wasted on a floor-scrubbing exercise.

“Jake, you’re thinking like a person who’s spent his whole life wearing a suit of armour.

Of course you’re hot, and of course you’re uncomfortable.

You’re trying to carry a weight that nobody actually asked you to lift.”

“It’s not just about liking it,” Sarah added, pausing to wring out her sponge with a rhythmic, wet squelch.

“It’s about the sheer, unadulterated efficiency of the thing.

Do you have any idea how much time you save in the morning when you don’t have to worry about matching your socks or ironing your trousers?

It’s a liberation of the schedule, if nothing else.”

“Exactly,” Chloe chirped, crawling forward again.

“And honestly, the air feels better.

The whole campus has this…

buzz to it now.

It’s like everyone’s finally stopped lying to each other about what they’re thinking.

It’s a very honest kind of day.

Don’t you find it refreshingly straightforward?

No hidden agendas, no fabric to misinterpret.”

Jake stared at them, his eyes wide.

“Refreshing?

You’re scrubbing the floor because you were…

‘too wet’ in class, and you’re calling it straightforward?”

“The most straightforward thing there is,” Sarah said, winking.

“We were honest about our feelings.

The academy’s rulebook just happens to have a very narrow definition of ‘academic focus.’ But tell me, Jake—does your heart beat faster because you’re scared, or because for the first time in your life, you’re actually paying attention to everything in the room?”

Jake felt his face go from ‘deeply flushed’ to ‘nuclear reactor core.’ “I think it’s mostly the fear,” he managed, though even to his own ears, it sounded like a lie.

“But if this is what you call ‘honesty,’ I think I might prefer the days where I could hide my problems behind a pair of denim jeans.”

“Jeans are just leg-prisons, Jake,” Chloe said, turning back to her work with a mischievous glint in her eye.

“Why keep a bird in a cage when you can just let it fly?”

Jake looked down at his brush, then at his own trembling hands, then at the floorboards that were rapidly becoming the most confusing workspace in human history.

“I’m pretty sure that’s not how biology works,” he whispered, though he couldn’t help but notice that for all his panic, the air in the office did feel significantly lighter than it had five minutes ago.

The office suddenly felt very small.

The air, already thick with the scent of floor wax and the lingering, dangerous perfume of the two girls, seemed to vibrate with a new, sharper tension.

Jake looked at Sarah, then at Chloe.

They were watching him with the kind of predatory, knowing patience one might afford a particularly slow-witted chess piece.

“You’re saying,” Jake started, his voice dropping into a dangerous, low wobble, “that I should just…

walk around like this?

Without the waddle?

You want me to just stand up and present my predicament to the Headmistress the second she walks through that door?”

“It’s not ‘presenting,'” Sarah corrected, finally setting her brush down.

She stood up—a slow, deliberate movement that allowed Jake an entirely unwanted, high-definition view of her entire silhouette—and walked over to him.

She didn’t stop until she was hovering directly over his crouching form, her shadow casting him into a dim, humiliating relief.

“It’s ‘acceptance.’ You’re acting like a criminal caught in the act.

If you act like you’re doing something wrong, she’ll always treat you like you are.”

Chloe, not to be outdone, let out a light, musical trill of laughter.

She stayed on all fours, her back arched like a cat, and tilted her head.

“Besides, Jake, look at you.

You’re already halfway there.

You’ve been staring at us for ten minutes.

You’re not trying to ‘clean,’ you’re just trying to pretend you’re not a guy with a pulse.”

Jake felt his heart stutter.

The logic was circular, insane, and entirely wrong, yet in the surreal, warped reality of the Academy, it possessed a terrifying gravity.

“If I stand up,” Jake whispered, “and this thing is still…

doing its own thing…

she’s going to double the punishment.

You heard her.”

“And if you keep hunching over,” Chloe whispered, her voice a silk thread tightening around his throat, “she’s going to keep treating you like a dog.

Don’t you want to see what happens when you stop playing the victim?”

She leaned forward, her hair brushing against his knee, and whispered something so scandalous that Jake felt the last vestige of his ‘tax audit’ visualization shatter into a million pieces.

“She’s not checking for ‘discipline,’ Jake.

She’s checking for conviction.

She wants to see if you have the backbone to own what you’re feeling.

And right now?

You’re failing the test.”

Jake looked at the door.

He looked at his shaking hands.

Then, with a groan that was half-surrender and half-pure, unadulterated madness, he stood up.

He didn’t stand up gracefully.

He stood up like a man being hoisted by an invisible hook.

As he rose, the heavy, cumbersome weight of his anatomy swung forward, no longer hidden by his desperate, cupping hands.

He felt the cool air against his skin, the absolute exposure of it, and for the first time, he didn’t pull away.

He stood there, feet planted, shivering, feeling the sudden, strange rush of a man who had just burned his own bridge while he was still standing on it.

Sarah smiled—a wide, sharp, terrifyingly beautiful smile.

“There.

See?

That’s much more honest.”

At that exact moment, the heavy oak door handle began to turn.
