That night, Asmodeus was unbelievably gentle, and it was only now that Salavira realized that such things didn’t have to be painful. He had already prepared himself for the pain that was supposed to come tonight, even suppressing the fears deep in his heart, guiding Asmodeus to… him. But the expected torment never arrived; instead, what descended upon him was a gentle touch, like raindrops.
Hell and heaven flipped in an instant.
The stark contrast made Salavira irresistibly fall, as if he was thrown into soft clouds. Salavira felt like his entire body was melting, collapsing softly onto the bed, allowing the person beside him to do even more excessive things to him.
In the end, neither of them could remember how many times it happened, but Asmodeus distinctly remembered one thing—
That night, Salavira couldn’t help but kiss him back for the first time.
(Is there anything too explicit here, dear reviewer QAQ)
…………
The next morning, the warm sunlight streamed into the temple through the window, casting striped shadows on the face of the person sleeping on the bed. Asmodeus didn’t like sunlight. After being exposed to the sun for a while, he frowned uncomfortably, his eyelashes fluttered a few times, and then he opened his eyes.
He instinctively reached out to the side, but the place was already cold; the person who had embraced him last night was no longer there. Asmodeus sat up with a start, turned his head, and saw Salavira standing by the table with his back to him, dressed neatly, completely covering any traces of last night’s passion.
Hearing the movement, Salavira fastened the last button on his collar and turned his head to look over. He stood in the shadows, with no sunlight touching him, so his azure eyes were devoid of any light, cold and distant, giving him an air of detachment.
This was a stark contrast to the passionate Salavira from last night. And he knew very well that this Salavira in front of him was the one he was most familiar with. Someone who could give you the most intoxicating warmth, but also, when necessary, could mercilessly stab a blade into your heart.
The two of them locked eyes for a moment, both tacitly avoiding mentioning last night’s loss of control. Asmodeus merely licked his lips, thinking to himself how this cold person could be so passionate in bed.
The shadows in the corner surged over, clinging to him, quickly transforming into a new set of clothes. Then he got out of bed and walked behind Salavira, embracing him from behind, pressing his lips to the back of his ear in a teasing manner.
“Asmodeus, you should leave,” Salavira’s tone was cold, but his voice was hoarse from last night, adding a touch of ambiguity to his words.
“In such a hurry to kick me out?”
“According to custom, guests should leave before sunrise the next day. Daytime is my rest time. Asmodeus, you’re already late.”
“Custom?” Asmodeus chuckled, twirling a lock of Salavira’s hair around his finger, bringing it to his lips for a kiss. “Holy Son, does your custom include last night’s…?”
Salavira paused almost imperceptibly, then acted as if he hadn’t heard what Asmodeus said: “Asmodeus, I need to rest.”
“Rest? In those clothes?” Asmodeus pointedly nudged the button he had just fastened, the metal button trembling slightly under his fingers, reminding Salavira of how those long fingers had toyed with his chest last night…
He slapped away the wandering hand, forcing himself to stop the chaotic images in his mind. But despite his decisive actions, his words seemed to compromise: “You really should go, Asmodeus. Come back tonight… tonight. After all, this is the church’s territory, and it’s not appropriate for you to stay here too long.”
This final reason was flimsy at best. Even if this was the church’s territory, so what? The demon’s true form had already awakened; would he fear mere humans?
But Asmodeus didn’t argue against it, taking it as a small, insignificant “concern” from Salavira. “Alright, Salavira, make sure to tidy yourself up tonight and wait for me in bed…” With that, the demon released the person in his arms and vanished.
But in the corners untouched by sunlight, darkness was everywhere. They were the most loyal subordinates of demons, and at times, could become the eyes of their god. Asmodeus felt that something was off with Salavira today. He was too eager to send him away, like a wife impatiently waiting for her husband to leave so she could rendezvous with her lover.
Okay, maybe that analogy wasn’t quite right, but Asmodeus’s suspicion wasn’t unfounded. Salavira had long wanted to escape from him, and now that he was back in the human world, he was bound to make a move.
But Asmodeus observed Salavira all day in secret, and the other showed no signs of anything unusual. After he left, Salavira actually took off his meticulously worn clothes one by one and then, wearing only a loose robe, went to bathe with the attendants.
The robe was far too large on him, revealing glimpses of skin as he moved. Fortunately, the attendants kept their heads down, not daring to look, or Asmodeus might have been tempted to gouge out their eyes.
During the bath, Asmodeus realized that Salavira had been covered in marks all morning, even while speaking to him. His eyes darkened, and the calm darkness in the corner surged violently.
The robe’s belt was gently pulled open, and the loose, heavy garment fell to the ground, revealing the white, beautiful body beneath. The porcelain-like statue was adorned with many red marks, telling of last night’s intensity, contrasting sharply with the person’s current cold demeanor.
Then the naked person bent down to test the water temperature in the bath. It was a perfectly ordinary action, but as he bent over, his slender waist dipped down. By the clear pond, the round, jade-white buds perked up, with dewdrops slowly sliding off the plump petals…
The darkness in the corner became completely restless, forming tentacle-like shapes, silently reaching out towards Salavira. Just a little closer, and these tentacles could wrap around his slender waist, gag his mouth, bind his hands and feet, and make this enticing creature cry and beg…
Yet Salavira, still bent over stirring the bathwater, seemed completely unaware of the danger behind him. After testing the water temperature, he stepped into the bath, immersing himself in the warm, clear water, letting out a contented sigh.
The tentacles waving behind him dissipated into nothingness, as if the prying eyes and desires had never existed. Asmodeus, hidden in the shadows, suppressed his restlessness, continuing to watch Salavira intently, trying to uncover the secrets he was hiding.
Then… he would have ample reason to torment this guy until he couldn’t speak. But contrary to Asmodeus’s expectations, after washing away the filth, Salavira returned to the large bed and fell back into a deep sleep.
He slept for a long time. Asmodeus waited silently in the shadows until the sun set, and the guy showed no signs of waking. It was as if… he had sent Asmodeus away just to get some proper rest.
But if that were true, why did he dress so meticulously before bathing, not allowing even a hint of spring to be seen? Clearly, last night…
Asmodeus’s expression darkened as he emerged from the shadows, quietly approaching the bed. The person on the bed slept soundly, quiet and obedient, unlike any time Asmodeus had seen him in bed before.
He couldn’t resist reaching out to pinch the soft face nestled in the pillow, and when the person remained still, he went further, slipping a finger into the other’s mouth, stirring the smooth tongue inside.
The intrusion made Salavira frown slightly, his teeth gently biting down, trying to push the invading finger out. But the result was the opposite. Asmodeus’s interest was piqued, and he quietly lifted the blanket, raising an eyebrow in surprise when he saw Salavira was completely naked.
It was like a gift prepared just for him, needing only a gentle pull of the ribbon to reveal the luscious, sweet fruit inside. He couldn’t help but lean down, planting a kiss on the white body still marked with red.
After such a series of actions, even if Salavira was deeply asleep, he would sense something. He frowned uneasily, his eyelashes fluttering, looking as if he was about to wake up. However, the demon didn’t want him to awaken.
“Shh, Salavira, keep sleeping…” The words, laced with magic and temptation, entered Salavira’s ears, and almost immediately, his slightly tense body relaxed completely, allowing Asmodeus to do as he pleased without waking.
The triumphant demon gently caressed the sleeping person’s face, planting a kiss on the plump, red lips, then snapped his fingers—
“Snap!”
Immediately, the entire temple was engulfed in darkness, leaving only the faint, soft light from the candles on the candelabra, dimly illuminating the lascivious, fragrant scene on the bed. The demon, clad in black, blended almost seamlessly with the surrounding darkness, like a greedy dragon coiled around the silver-haired beauty.
“Mmm…”
The beauty, enduring torment in his sleep, couldn’t help but let out a sound, which was quickly swallowed by Asmodeus’s kiss, taking even his moans into his belly…
In the unseen temple, the demon was about to enjoy his dinner for the day.
