Roy hadn’t gotten far from the main building when he was intercepted by four Initial Tier Knights and two Middle Tier Knights.
They were the Official Knights responsible for guarding this area.
After hearing the sound of Fighting Qi clashing, they immediately rushed over.
And that was when they saw Roy jump down from an upper floor.
When they saw Roy cover his entire body with Fighting Qi, they knew he was a Peak Knight.
However, they still had no intention of retreating.
Although their individual strength was far inferior to Roy’s, they didn’t need to take him down. They only needed to delay him for a moment.
It made sense for them to think this way.
After all, this was Rock Lion Castle.
If they could just hold on for a dozen seconds or so, other Knights would arrive.
However, they had overestimated themselves.
Seeing these six Official Knights recklessly blocking his path, Roy didn’t hold back. The jet-black Dagger in his hand struck at them like the fang of a wild beast.

The ink-black Dagger, like a flash of black lightning, instantly slashed across their necks.
In less than ten seconds, the six Official Knights were corpses, off to check in with Hell as a group, hand in hand.
Roy rarely used daggers in combat.
But that didn’t mean he wasn’t skilled with them.
After killing the six Official Knights, he continued sprinting toward the city wall without a moment’s hesitation.
Before long, he was stopped again.
The Archers and Official Knights on the wall took up their Bows and Arrows and fired frantically, sending a storm of Arrows raining down on him.
If it were only the Archers shooting, he wouldn’t have given it a second thought.
The Arrows fired by the Archers had no chance of piercing the Fighting Qi protecting his body.
The problem now, however, was that the Official Knights on the wall were also shooting at him.
He didn’t have the spare energy to tell which Arrows were from the Official Knights and which were from the regular Archers. He had no choice but to treat them all equally and avoid letting a single one hit him.
Unable to run straight for the wall, he dodged the hail of Arrows while searching for a new path.
Just then, he saw the woman in black who had caused his mission to fail.
The woman in black, her face hidden by a black cloth just like his, also leaped from the third floor.
Upon seeing her, his expression was one of surprise.
He had only seen her head before, not her figure.
Now, as she leaped from the castle’s main building, her magnificent figure, wrapped in skin-tight black clothes, was on full display.
Alluring curves, with a full chest and perky rear, perfectly rounded and slender legs, and a lithe waist one could wrap a hand around.
As far as figures went, she was the most fiery and sexy woman Roy had seen since crossing over into this world.
The only shame was that he couldn’t see her face clearly.
Even so, the woman in black still brought the word "bombshell" to mind.
A female Peak Knight with a killer body!

Roy’s curiosity was thoroughly piqued.
He didn’t know the woman in black, and they weren’t allies.
But that wasn’t what the Archers and Knights on the wall thought.
The moment she leaped down from the building, a volley of Arrows immediately flew toward her.
Unlike Roy, she didn’t use the agility of a Peak Knight to dodge the incoming Arrows. Instead, she swung the Cross Sword in her hand, parrying them one by one.
After a single glance, Roy looked away and took a different path toward the wall.
With the woman in black drawing some of their attention, he quickly reached the stairs below the wall, his jet-black Dagger a flashing blur.
If a man stood in his way, he’d kill the man; if a god stood in his way, he’d kill the god!
Let alone the ordinary soldiers.
Even the Initial Tier and Middle Tier Knights couldn’t withstand a single exchange with him. They all fell, one after another, as he carved a path to the top of the wall, leaving a trail of blood and bodies in his wake.
The moment Roy reached the wall, a High Tier Knight in black armor charged at him with a Two-Handed Giant Sword.
The Two-Handed Giant Sword, wreathed in black Fighting Qi, was upon him in the blink of an eye.
CLANG!
The crisp sound of metal striking metal rang out!
The High Tier Knight’s Two-Handed Giant Sword failed to strike Roy; it had been blocked by the jet-black Dagger in Roy’s left hand.
’Kario Knight!’
’What a fateful encounter!’
Realizing this High Tier Knight was none other than Kario Knight—the one who had mocked him and Tony as worthless back at Ice Wolf Castle—Roy didn’t hesitate for a second. The Dagger in his right hand shot out like lightning.
’I have to admit, High Tier Knights are a cut above Initial Tier ones.’
Kario Knight wasn’t insta-killed by Roy’s first strike like the Initial Tier Knights had been. Just as the jet-black Dagger was about to pierce his neck, he took half a step back, dodging the fatal blow.
However, it didn’t change his fate.
The instant Kario Knight retreated, Roy flung the Dagger from his left hand.
THWIP!
The jet-black Dagger, wreathed in White Fighting Qi, struck Kario Knight square in the forehead with the precision of an Arrow!
Propelled by inertia and the force of the impact, the impossibly dead Kario Knight fell backward uncontrollably.
Before his body even hit the ground, Roy appeared before him like a phantom and plucked the Dagger from his forehead.
This pair of Daggers was a high-quality set he had bought from Ticky for 50 gold coins.
Ghoul’s Fang!
That was the name of this pair of Daggers!
With Kario Knight dead, there was no one left on the wall who could stop Roy.
It would be some time before the other Knights could arrive.
Without a moment of hesitation, Roy walked to the edge of the wall and, without a second thought, leaped off.
Before long, he had darted into the forest outside the castle, disappearing from the sight of its soldiers and Knights.
’Good thing I was fast enough!’
’Otherwise, the consequences would have been unthinkable!’
Roy reflected internally as he prepared to return to the Cuckoo Inn in Redwood City.
Just as he was heading toward Redwood City, he heard the sounds of a fierce battle erupt behind him.
Driven by curiosity, he turned his head to look back.
Somehow, the woman in black had also escaped from Rock Lion Castle.
Not only that, but she had been caught by other Knights from the castle. She was fighting against multiple opponents, taking on four High Tier Knights at once.
Roy didn’t know the woman in black, but he quickly noticed something was off.
Although she was surrounded, the woman in black wasn’t showing any killing intent.
In other words, if she were willing to go for the kill, those four High Tier Knights wouldn’t last long.
In terms of Level, a High Tier Knight was only one Level below a Peak Knight.
But the power gap between a High Tier Knight and a Peak Knight was even greater than the gap between an Initial Tier Knight and a High Tier Knight.
Even when surrounded by five or six High Tier Knights at once, a Peak Knight would still hold the advantage in pure power.
Roy had originally planned to watch for a few moments before leaving.
However, when he saw that the woman in black had no intention of killing the four High Tier Knights, and was merely trying to force them to retreat, he changed his mind.
Without a moment’s hesitation, he gripped Ghoul’s Fang and shot toward the four High Tier Knights.
He had no intention of playing the hero saving the damsel in distress. He simply wanted to weaken Rock Lion Castle’s defenses further, making his own kidnapping mission in a few days easier.
In the blink of an eye, Roy was behind one of the High Tier Knights.

Ghoul’s Fang immediately sliced across the knight’s neck, severing his carotid artery.
Blood gushed from the wound as if it were free. The High Tier Knight instinctively clutched his severed carotid artery, trying to stop the spray of blood.
Needless to say, the High Tier Knight’s efforts were futile.
The moment his carotid artery was severed, the countdown on his Life began.
Roy wasted no time, immediately lunging toward the second High Tier Knight.
A High Tier Knight’s power was no match for a Peak Knight’s to begin with.
Moreover, Roy was no ordinary Peak Knight. His physical attributes and the intensity of his Fighting Qi were on par with a Black Iron Great Knight, and on top of that, he possessed five Life Seeds.
Without breaking a sweat, in little more than ten seconds, he had slaughtered every one of the four High Tier Knights who had been besieging the woman in black.
