Back at home, Sasha and i drank the Level-Up Potions, I finally reached Level 20!

Sasha and i high fived one another, all Sasha needs is one more level and she's safe!
However, not all news is good news....
For dinner, i prepared Honey-glazed boar meat and noodles, as we ate, Millie barely touched her plate...
"Millie, somthing wrong?" i asked genually concerned, Millie was hungry almost 75% of the time, the fact she wasn't hungry disturbed me to no end.
"I got an invitation to join the Azure Fangs guild...and i accepted." Millie said.
"So? what's the issue?" I asked, i learned a bit about the Azure Fangs, they're good people, the take the wellbeing of others seriously, hell, on of their commanders even gave me an invitation, and i was an insect! if i wasn't uncomfortable being in a guild, i would have joined too!
"....They want me to move in to their base..." Millie said.
That...hurt, we had been together ever since the fucked-up game started.
"What do you want to do Millie?" i asked.
"I'm still Level 11, their leader promised to help me reach Level 11 before the month ends." Millie said.
"You're still our friend Millie, that will never change, if you feel this is somthing you need to do, we'll support you." Sasha said, i nodded, tears welling in my eyes, Millie's eyes soon had tears too.
We all embraced in a tight hug, wishing this moment didn't have to end...
The next morning, we took Millie to the Azure Fangs guild building, the Guild Leader, Zak, a wolf Hybrid, was waiting for us.
"Millie, you're making the right decision, with you, the Azure Fangs will be that much stronger." Zak said, despite his muscular build, he had the aura of a man in his 50's.
We hugged Millie one last time, i won't lie, i will miss her, but Millie needs this.
After our hug, i approached Zak, using all of my strengh, i grabbed him by the collar, a venomous aura flowing from me like a raging river.
"You take good fucking care of her, if i find out she has been mistreated in ANY way, i will fill you with so much venom, you'll be dead before you can fucking cry for help, Got it?" i growled.
Zak nodded, "You have my word.."
I let my aura dissapear, and with a wave good-bye, we return home.
Sasha and i walked home, both of us holding hands, despite saying good-bye to Millie, we both felt suprisingly light.
...Too bad a certain somone ruined the moment.
"She's better off without you..."
We turned to find Ashley, with her usual smug attitude.
"Not now Ashley...." Sasha said.
"To be honest, i never knew why Millie hanged out with you Abby, before this game, you might as well have been dead, i wondered if Millie actually liked you, or if she had to be your friend because you lived with her familiy.." Ashley spat.
"Shut.. The..Fuck..Up...Ashley!" i made myself clear.
"It doesn't matter, Millie's gone on to better things, even if you survive this, you'll be all alone...as always!" Ashley said.
Then...WHACK!!!
Ashley was knocked to the ground, her beak leacking blood.
But, it wasn't me who hit her, it was Sasha....
"Go to Hell Ashley! why do you do this? why do you constantly pick on Abby, what is it about her that disgusts you? you know what, i don't care, and she's not alone, she has me, and as long as i'm breathing, she will never be alone!" Sasha roared.
With one clean strike, she severs Ashley's head!
Everyone in the square simply stood there...Sasha killed Ashley!
Then the oddest thing happened...
Player (Ashley) Defeated!

LEVEL UP!!
Everyone's jaw dropped!
I was deep in thought, there was no rule against killing other players, in fact it seems as if it's encouraged.

I looked at the core, it shined with an eerie cyan glow.
Player Core: a needed componant for Hybrid Evolution, cannot use until next level of the game.
I kept it in my inventory it may come in handy.
Soon the System chimed..
