#22- Floor 2!
As we exited out the portal, we found ourselves in an massive carnival!
The scent of soft pretzels, cotton candy and popcorn filled the air, i won't lie, i missed that smell, but i knew better, nothing is ever simple in this new world...
The System spoke once more:
Floor 2 Challenge!
Forgotton Carnival
Win 10 tokens before nightfall, those who fail to will be eliminated!
Everyone gulped, me, Millie, and Sasha smiled, what the others didn't know is that our class went to the carnival once before, since i was too small for the rides, i played the carnival games to death.
We decided to split up to cover more ground, as we did i looked arround, this was the most lifelike carnival i had ever seen, B.E.L.A really got a lot of things right.
Eventually i found a shooting gallery, i picked up the rifle and started shooting, back in our world, i was a decient shot, this rifle was just a really powerful bow with BB's instead of arrows.
I nailed every shot without any trouble and won 3 tokens!
The faceless clerk tipped his hat to me, "You're really good at this" he said.
I nodded as i moved on, i then moved on to the Rabbit Races, where different rabbits were getting ready to race.
"Place yer bets! place your bets!" the faceless clerk yelled.
"Ah, what the hell!" i said to myself.
I approched the area, the faceless clerk spoke, "you look lucky, wanna give it a go?"
I nodded, but before i could place my bet...
"Ah, a gambler, i can respect that..."
I turned sideways to face Victor, who was sitting on the stool next to me, tending to his wings as birds do.
"What do you say, my 7 tokens against your 3?" he said, how he got that many, i don't wanna know...
I smiled, i've been dying to shut Victor up all day!
We picked our Rabbits, i picked a small, black rabbit, while Victor picked a large, blonde one.
The clerk raised her pistol....BANG!
the gates opened and the rabbits scrambled to the finish, Victor's rabbit got a strong start, but mine was in hot pursuit!
Victor smirked, victory looked like it was his...
...But this wasn't HIS story...
The gold rabbit stumbled, giving the Black Rabbit a chance, she sprang foward, leaving the other rabbits in the dust! she crossed the finish line with ease!
Victor's jaw dropped!
"The Little Lady goes home with 10 tokens! and a new friend!" the faceless clerk said as she gave me the black rabbit!
"I can keep her?" i asked, the clerk nodded.
I nuzzled my new friend, and checked it's stats:

Info: Ally Beasts are companions, their abilities can help in battle, the Swift-Shadow rabbit is built for speed and stealth, it is thanks to these skills that they have survived in this world.
"I think i'll call you..Noir! do you like that?" i asked.
The rabbit nodded, and soon, a cute purple collar appeared on her neck with the name "Noir" on the tag.
The rabbit then vansihed into my body to wait until i call upon her.
I collected my 10 tokens and went to get a snack, the food is free, so i helped my self to some funnel cakes, Sasha soon joined me, it wasn't easy, but she was able to get 10 tokens as well.
I let Noir out to show Sasha, she was so happy, Sasha loved rabbits, and Noir was as cute as they come!
When night finally fell, we all gathered at the merry-go-round, Millie and Zak had gotten 10 tokens each, Victor was able to scraped up 10 tokens along with 6 others, everyone else was panicking to find more tokens.
The system spoke...
Floor 2 Complete:
Players who collected 10 tokens: 11
Players who failed: 4
Begining Elimination......
What i saw, would haunt me for a long time...
The 4 players who failed, began to double over in pain, they soon started coughing up a brown, sticky substance, the smell was unmistakeable....
"Hot Fudge..." i whispered.
soon, the faceless clerks encircled the 4 players, large mouths opened with jagged, knife-like teeth, they swarmed the players and devoured them, the scent of blood, chocolate, and cotton candy filled the air!
By the time they were done, only bones remained, Millie rushed to a nearby trash-can to throw up!
Soon, the portal to floor 3 opened, one by one, we entered, for some odd reason, i waved goodbye to the faceless clerks, and they waved back.
"Come back again sometime!" the female clerk spoke...
With that we made our way to the third floor....
