After returning the items to the second bedroom, He Siyu took his sleepwear and went into the bathroom.

Steam filled the room. His mind was full of Ni Yang’s image, and something within him—long suppressed—slowly stirred awake…Full novel: After Her Ex-Boyfriend Ridiculed Her, She Married a Powerful Tycoon — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The second bedroom was smaller than the master bedroom’s bathroom and walk-in closet.

Ni Yang had stayed in the master bedroom for a month. She had made it warm and beautiful—flowers, scented candles, a record player—and even the bedding had been carefully chosen by her.

Compared to that, the second bedroom felt cold and empty.

After showering, He Siyu looked around again and found the room increasingly displeasing.

He picked up a small glass bottle from the bedside table and held it tightly in his palm. He left the room, pausing briefly when passing the master bedroom.

Then he went downstairs to the kitchen and warmed a glass of milk for Ni Yang.

With a calm expression, he added a few drops from the glass bottle into the milk and gently stirred it with a glass straw.

His dark eyes carried a faint, uncontrollable excitement.

He took the milk and went upstairs step by step until he reached the master bedroom door.

Knock, knock.

Quick, light footsteps came from inside. He could almost imagine the sway of her skirt as she walked.

The door opened.

Ni Yang stood there wearing a purple silk nightdress. The neckline was soft and slightly loose, with butterfly patterns across the fabric. The hem was short, revealing her fair and slender legs.

Her toenails were painted red, making her already fair skin even more striking.

Just one glance was enough—He Siyu felt every nerve in his body tighten. One thought filled his mind:

He wanted to tear that dress apart.

Ni Yang looked up in surprise. At the door stood He Siyu in a black V-neck night robe, holding a glass of milk in his well-defined hand.

His hair was slightly damp. The upper half of his chest was exposed, the sharp lines of his collarbone and chest faintly visible.

Ni Yang stared for a moment, her ears slowly turning red, suddenly feeling a little dry-mouthed.

He Siyu spoke first, his voice soft and lingering:

“I wasn’t sure if you drink milk before bed, so I made you a glass.”

Ni Yang blinked a few times and smiled, her dimples showing.

“I do sometimes. Thank you.”

She reached out to take it, and their fingers accidentally brushed.

Her heart skipped.

The glass straw tapped lightly against the rim of the cup.

The milk was warm—just right.

He Siyu did not hide his gaze. His eyes rested on her smooth shoulder and elegant neckline. The sight alone made his thoughts darken.

Ni Yang took a sip through the straw.

He smiled faintly.

“Drink it and rest early. Good night.”

“Mm, good night,” she replied softly.

She watched him leave and close the door.

Then she walked back to the bed, holding the milk, slightly lost in thought.

Was this what an older man’s care felt like?

On their first night after he returned, he had personally warmed milk for her and brought it upstairs.

Even the straw was prepared carefully.

Thoughtful. Considerate. Extra points.

She didn’t think too much and quickly finished the milk, brushed her teeth, and lay down.

A wave of sleepiness hit almost instantly.

She fell asleep before even turning off the light.

….

More than ten minutes later, the door handle turned from the outside.

A tall figure entered the room quietly and closed the door.

He Siyu looked at the sleeping figure on the bed and walked slowly toward her.

“Ni Yang… Yangyang?” he called softly.

No response.

He confirmed she was asleep, then lifted the blanket and slipped in beside her.

Ni Yang lay facing away from him, her long hair spread across the pillow, breathing steady.

He moved closer, the warm light from the bedside lamp partially blocked by his body.

He raised his hand and precisely wrapped it around Ni Yang’s sunken waist.

Like an addict, he lowered his head to smell the floral and fruity fougère scent in Ni Yang’s hair.

He buried his head in the crook of her neck, pressing it against her warm earlobe.

He was slightly out of breath, and his voice was low and hoarse.

“Baby , your pajamas look so nice tonight, I want to tear them up, I want you.”

“I want to hear Baby’s voice, I want Baby to call my name, I want to hear Baby panting.”

“Does Baby and Qi Huaiyu share a bed?”

The thought that Qi Huaiyu might be so close to her filled him with insane jealousy. He showered her shoulder with kisses and bit her bra strap as he pulled it down to her arm.

“Baby , you’ve already forgotten about that trash, haven’t you?”

Will my baby hate me if I do this?

“Baby , don’t keep me waiting too long, I’m going to lose control.”

He Siyu brushed Ni Yang ‘s hair aside, lowered his head, and placed a kiss on the back of her shoulder blade.

He turned Ni Yang ‘s body over so that they were facing each other.

Her fingertips traced the outline of her beautiful face, her curled eyelashes casting a shadow beneath her eyes. Her pink lips were pressed tightly together.

He Siyu placed a kiss on every part of her face.

Finally, he lifted her chin, wantonly devouring Ni Yang ‘s breath, forcefully intruding into her mouth, and pulling her sleeping tongue into a dance.

He knew he was acting like a pervert, intoxicating his wife, kissing her, and absorbing her unique fragrance to satisfy his parched soul. No one knew he was mentally unhealthy.

He must get what he wants, no matter what means he has to do with it.

Whether it’s despicable or shameless, he fought and snatched, working so hard.

Now is the time to collect his reward. He can give Ni Yang time to gradually open her heart to him.

But that doesn’t mean he’ll just sit around waiting for something to happen.

He’s a businessman; he won’t sign a contract for a collaboration without compensation.

He Siyu held Ni Yang greedily , pulling her completely into his arms, as if he wanted to stuff her into his body.

At 2 a.m., He Siyu reluctantly left the room.

To avoid arousing Ni Yang ‘s suspicion, he did not turn off the light.

Back in the second bedroom, lying on the cold bed, he closed his eyes, reminiscing about his indulgence in the master bedroom.

The kiss on her back was impossible for Ni Yang to notice unless she was paying attention; even if she did, she would only suspect it was a mosquito bite.
