“Come on, today I must win at least once.” Chu Feng muttered to himself.

Soon, the taxi stopped in front of a villa.

The driver, Xie Dahai, looked at him with a complicated expression. Before leaving, he earnestly advised, “Little brother, living off a woman may feel good for your body, but your spirit will eventually collapse.”Full novel: After I Stopped Being a Simp and Chose Money Over Love, the School Beauties Began to Panic — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Watching the taxi speed away, Chu Feng gave a bitter smile.

His body hadn’t felt good at all. Just last week, he fought with a so-called magical girl, and the pain in his waist and back took a full week to recover.

At that moment, the villa gates slowly opened.

Chu Feng raised his head.

On the balcony, a woman stood wearing a seductive pleated skirt, her silky long hair draping over her shoulders. She had a stunning face, a tall figure, and legs that were straight and powerful. Under the short black pleated skirt, her perfect legs drew all eyes.

Compared to her enchanting face, Chu Feng actually preferred looking at her legs.

The skirt only covered half her thighs. Her long, slender legs weren’t too thin or too thick—straight, well-proportioned, and filled with strength, strong enough to snap a neck with ease. At that moment, under the sunset, those honey-colored legs seemed to shine with a faint glow, so alluring that just one glance made one’s mouth go dry.

A breeze blew past, and the skirt hem lifted slightly. For a fleeting moment, Chu Feng thought he saw something… On the balcony, Song Yuxin’s eyes locked on him, carrying a trace of impatience.

Meeting her gaze for just a moment, Chu Feng quickly lowered his head. She was beautiful, undeniably so, but she was also truly insane. In her eyes, he sensed danger.

Today would not end well.

But Song Yuxin was his VIP client.

Every Saturday, he accompanied her for a full day. For 10,000 yuan, Chu Feng could abandon any bottom line.

He limped into the villa, his right leg injured from last night.

During the championship of The Voice, he had escorted his first client, Shen Chenxi. They got stuck in traffic, nearly late for the stage.

In desperation, Chu Feng dragged Shen Chenxi out of the car and sprinted. When she fell, he carried her on his back and ran the last 2 kilometers. Despite her light weight from years of training, carrying her still nearly killed him. By the time he delivered her onto the stage, his legs were numb. That injury still lingered.

From the balcony, Song Yuxin watched his limping figure, her beautiful eyes narrowing ever so slightly before she turned and left without a word.

The villa was vast, with gardens blooming with flowers. As the daughter of a wealthy family, the reason she hired Chu Feng was simple—he looked very much like that man. Not her first love, nor a fiancé, but the man her mother had chosen.

Song Yuxin had never met her father. She grew up with her mother, who was her entire world until she turned nineteen. On that day, her mother brought home a pretty-faced man, claimed they were in love, and told Song Yuxin to call him “dad.”

From that moment, Song Yuxin lost her world. Her mother’s heart belonged entirely to that man, and Song Yuxin grew to loathe him.

Later, at an anime convention, she met Chu Feng. For an instant, she thought he was that man. In that moment, the seed of revenge sprouted.

The good news was that Chu Feng was a professional bootlicker. The better news—Song Yuxin had no shortage of money. So, every Saturday, she hired him to her home. A chuunibyou girl who loved anime, she dressed as a warrior of justice and “battled” the evil little pretty-boy demon king, venting her anger and condemning the unfairness of fate.

In this process, Chu Feng inevitably suffered some physical torment. But did it matter? Not at all. As long as he was paid, let the storm come harder.

…

Crossing the garden, Chu Feng entered the villa hall just as Song Yuxin descended the spiral staircase. “Looking at you limping, did karma finally catch you? Got hit by a car?” She sneered, “Oh right, someone like you, obsessed with money, would crawl here even half-dead just to earn it. Sorry though, limping doesn’t count as a work injury.”

Chuunibyou, arrogant, sharp-tongued—that was Chu Feng’s evaluation of Song Yuxin. But the customer was god. As a humble bootlicker, he had to serve his goddess well.

“Forgive me, Miss Yuxin. I was so eager to see you that I rushed too quickly and twisted my foot. I’ve troubled you.” His sincere apology made her pause. Sincerity was the ultimate weapon.

Chu Feng was quietly pleased with his cleverness when suddenly her cold voice cut through. “My shoes are dirty.”

A true bootlicker had to understand hidden meaning. His VIP client’s shoes were dirty, so even licking them clean was his duty. Chu Feng pulled out a handkerchief and bent down to wipe. But before he could touch her shoe, it was gone.

The next second, a black lace-trimmed shoe pressed onto his head. “No need. I’ll do it myself.”

With one foot on his head, Song Yuxin took the handkerchief and slowly wiped her shoe. “Do you know your place now? You’re just a professional bootlicker, only here for me to vent on. You’re not even as good as our family dog.”

She didn’t lower her foot immediately. Smug, she waved the handkerchief, expecting to see anger or humiliation on his face. But there was none. Instead, Chu Feng recalled the moment she stood on the balcony, skirt fluttering in the wind, that faint glimpse of a sacred realm. At this angle, if he just lifted his head, he could witness the most beautiful scenery. Instinctively, he raised his head, smiling.

Her expression froze. Chu Feng gently took the handkerchief from her hand and carefully cleaned her other shoe. “Miss Yuxin, this one’s dirty too. Let me wipe it for you.”

Her eyelids twitched. She had hired him to humiliate him, to see despair, regret, and suffering. But he smiled. He even looked happy.

“You shut-in creep, snatching to clean someone’s shoes. You’re a pervert, a pervert, a total pervert!” she mocked.

Chu Feng only smiled brighter. In his mind, he thought, Song Yuxin really was a two-dimensional otaku girl. Even when cursing, she sounded like a tsundere anime queen. To another otaku, this would sound like a reward.

Song Yuxin savored the feeling of stepping on his face, as though she were crushing that man beneath her foot. Chu Feng, however, felt nothing wrong. For a professional bootlicker, this small humiliation couldn’t stir his heart. He polished her shoes until they gleamed like mirrors, especially the lace edges, which he wiped gently and carefully.

Just as the handkerchief was about to brush her ankle, she instantly pulled back, her flawless face tinged pink. Inside, Chu Feng laughed. This little chuunibyou girl pretends all day, but now she’s embarrassed.

Realizing she had shown weakness in front of a man she despised, her anger flared. But then, she seemed to think of something. Her cold, arrogant voice returned. “Today we’re playing a new game. I’ll be Her Majesty the Queen.”

Chu Feng immediately sensed danger, but kept his smile. “And Your Majesty, what role should I play?”

“Eunuch.”

What the—!? This chuunibyou woman had come up with yet another insane idea.
