First of all, over the past twenty years, Yu Zhi has truly been a mentally and physically healthy, exemplary youth of the new era.

But there’s a term for it—what was it again? Right, getting into character.

Occasionally, after acting for too long, she really does get into character, starting to see herself as a pervert.Full novel: All The Heroines Are Her — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Like someone who has never actively stepped on an ant, she now finds herself stepping on… something as fragile as a human being, yet without even a hint of unease.

Yu Zhi focused intently on Zhong Shiyu’s expression.

The young man was struggling to restrain himself, unsure whether he was holding back pleasure or pain. His teeth were clenched tightly, but whenever Yu Zhi’s movements became a bit rougher, he would unconsciously relax his jaw, letting out low gasps from his throat.

Someone who usually seemed so unattainable, cold-hearted, and detached was now beneath her feet, displaying such vulnerability and helpless desire.

Yu Zhi felt her own heartbeat quicken slightly, genuinely stirred by a touch of wicked amusement.

She secretly applied more pressure, and sure enough, the young man’s breathing grew heavier. He suddenly grabbed Yu Zhi’s ankle.

“Yu Zhi.”

His cold, rigid voice grew hoarse under the haze of desire, and even the icy glare he shot her seemed to carry a hint of flirtation.

Damn, this really feels…

Satisfying.

“What did you call me?”

“Xiao Yu.”

Yu Zhi could no longer tell whether the warmth rising in her chest came from within the plotline or outside of it. Not only did she not lessen her pressure, she even increased it a little more.

Through the fabric, it felt as if she were about to crush him.

It must hurt, Yu Zhi thought, and the more she dwelled on it, the more excited she became. After all, she could just treat this as a dream—all of it was fake, she told herself.

Of course, another reason she could act so fearlessly was that the young man’s grip on her ankle wasn’t forceful.

If he were truly in pain, why wouldn’t he stop her?

He must still be enjoying it.

Tsk, really… so shameless.

Yu Zhi felt she was truly becoming a pervert.

“Tell me, does that junior you had dinner with know what you’re really like in private?”

“Yu Zhi!” Hearing her mention someone else, the young man’s tone carried a hint of anger.

Seeing this, Yu Zhi withdrew her foot, got up from the stone platform she was sitting on, and collapsed into the young man’s arms.

Zhong Shiyu sat on the ground, leaning against the wall. As the girl lay against him, his hand on the ground instinctively lifted halfway before dropping back down after he realized what was happening.

“What if your pants tear later? Our High Mountain Flower will have to wear split pants. Better take them off now.”

“No,” Zhong Shiyu said hoarsely, “someone might come here.”

But Yu Zhi had already started.

Zhong Shiyu was still resisting. “People might see.” Seeing Yu Zhi persist relentlessly, he finally managed to utter with difficulty, “Wait until tonight… you can play then.”

The fact that he could say such a thing was enough to show that he was genuinely panicking and didn’t want to be in this place any longer.

But today’s plotline had to be completed. Having come this far, she really didn’t want to start over with an NG.

“Be good,” she coaxed first. “You’re in such a state, it must be uncomfortable. I’ll make you feel better.”

But Zhong Shiyu kept holding her hand, preventing her from moving, which began to irritate her.

“Do you really want me to send those photos to your junior?”

For a moment, Zhong Shiyu’s gaze trembled. Rather than fear, Yu Zhi even felt that, in that instant, he seemed more hurt.

But Yu Zhi couldn’t afford to care about that anymore. The young man’s resistance had already weakened, and she easily loosened his belt.

The moment the zipper was truly pulled open, even Yu Zhi instinctively averted her gaze.

This was truly different from Zhong Shiyu’s usual refined and aloof appearance…

But as soon as she looked away, the System’s OOC alert sounded again, forcing her to look back, clearly sensing the boy’s heightened excitement.

The sooner it starts, the sooner it ends.

Holding onto this thought, she reached out her hand.

Almost at the moment of contact, her waist was tightly gripped by a hand.

That hand was forceful, pressing Yu Zhi firmly against his chest, so that all she could hear was his chaotic and noisy heartbeat, accompanied by heavy, labored breaths that scattered in the wind on the rooftop.

Suddenly, footsteps echoed from the entrance to the rooftop, and Zhong Shiyu instantly stiffened.

“Yu Zhi, someone’s coming.”

“What’s there to fear?” Yu Zhi, however, showed no panic at all. “Afraid of being seen as the High Mountain Flower who’s so unrestrained behind closed doors?”

The boy seemed to realize she was punishing him for getting “close” to another girl.

The footsteps grew closer. They were in a blind spot for the cameras, but if the rooftop door opened, they would surely be seen.

“She just happened to sit across from me.”

“Out of all the empty seats, she just happened to sit across from you? You didn’t leave, and you even talked to her? Do you know how much I hate it when my things get tainted by others.” Although it was her first time with her feet… well, her hands… ahem, Yu Zhi was quite skilled. Zhong Shiyu was already tense, and under her actions, he could hardly utter a word.

“Stop for now.”

“We’ll be seen.”

His voice trembled, but perhaps sensing Yu Zhi’s genuine anger, he never truly tried to stop her. He made no effort to hide his face, only trying to conceal the exposed lower half of his body within Yu Zhi’s light brown coat.

The sound of the door being opened came from the other side.

Yu Zhi noticed a momentary look of utter despair in the boy’s eyes.

However, the rooftop door did not open.

Yu Zhi lifted her head from his embrace. His face, flushed with desire, had reddened corners of his eyes. No matter how many times she saw it, she had to admit it was unbearably beautiful.

Especially now, when he looked on the verge of tears yet still held back from stopping her, seemingly afraid of angering her.

Well, she did have leverage over him, after all.

“Just teasing you,” Yu Zhi softened. “How could I bear to let others see you like this?”

The boy’s desire peaked at these words.

“Huh? Why is the door locked?”

“Who locked it?”

“The school, maybe? Afraid students might do something rash?”

“So annoying.”

The murmurs faded away along with the footsteps.

Zhong Shiyu released his previously bitten lip. It glistened, its thin shape undeniably sensual, looking as though it was made for kissing.

In the book, Yu Zhi loved kissing him the most.

But today, it seemed she had bullied him too much, and there was no forced kiss in this chapter’s plotline. Yu Zhi averted her gaze, wiped her hands, and stood up first.

She pulled out her phone and, before Zhong Shiyu could react, snapped a few more photos.

“Yu Zhi.”

The boy gritted his teeth.

Yu Zhi felt a bit embarrassed. This was the final part of today’s plotline, so she reassured him, “Don’t worry, I’ll only look at them myself.”

The reassurance seemed to work. Zhong Shiyu’s lips moved again, but no sound came out.

As if he had resigned himself to it.

Yu Zhi once again followed the plotline with her daily threat: “But if you get close to other girls again, don’t blame me for letting others appreciate it too.”

Zhong Shiyu ignored her, simply lowering his head to clean up the mess from earlier.

Yu Zhi waited until he finished tidying up before leaving with him.

The door had been locked by her, and she used the key to open it.

“You go first,” Yu Zhi said. “I’ll wait a little longer.”

The two indeed maintained an unfamiliar relationship in front of others and would not appear together. The boy silently passed her and entered the hallway, but suddenly stopped. Under Yu Zhi’s puzzled gaze, he turned around.

“You…” Zhong Shiyu’s voice carried a hint of hesitation. “Why didn’t you today…”

Didn’t what?

Yu Zhi waited for him to finish, but the boy had already stopped. His dark eyes stared at her for a moment, his gaze sweeping over the lips of the person before him before he turned away again.

“Forget it, it’s nothing.”

“Wait,” Yu Zhi called out.

The boy looked back, his lips pressed together lightly. Yu Zhi even saw faint traces of anticipation in his eyes.

“What?”

“What are we… now?” Yu Zhi asked him, also noticing the momentary daze in the boy’s eyes. “Are we a couple?”

Beneath the book’s Yu Zhi’s assertiveness and passion lay a fragile and sensitive heart.

So after asking this question, Yu Zhi stared intently at Zhong Shiyu, as if holding her breath while waiting for his answer.

Zhong Shiyu’s daze lasted only a moment before he returned to his aloof demeanor.

“Mutual affection makes a couple. What does your one-sided coercion count as?”

The sound of footsteps gradually faded away in the hallway.

Whew~

Yu Zhi breathed a sigh of relief. If they were really in a relationship, she would feel somewhat uneasy. According to the plotline, she would leave a while after Zhong Shiyu departed.

Next came the scene transition, marking the end of this chapter.

Having completed all the plotlines without triggering an Out-of-Character warning, Yu Zhi blinked once more and found herself detached from the plot, returning to the library reading room from earlier. She was sitting at the desk, with the book she had been reading still open before her.

After a moment of stunned silence, Yu Zhi covered her slightly flushed face.

Goodness, it really felt like having an erotic dream in public, with the object of the dream being a real-life classmate. And toward the end, it hardly felt like acting anymore.

God forbid this world had mind-reading abilities.

This was the advantage of erotic novels—aside from the intimate scenes, there wasn’t much plot. As soon as it was done, the plotline ended.

This particular story was somewhat special, likely the only one where the plot deviated significantly, leaving the System helpless.

Yu Zhi had initially followed the plotline faithfully, but whether it was because her own personality was too subdued, lacking intense emotions, or because a real person couldn’t compare to the female protagonist in the book, when it was time for Zhong Shiyu to develop feelings, the progress bar refused to budge.

But Yu Zhi had done everything she was supposed to, and no Character Out-of-Character warning had been triggered. She and the System found themselves at an impasse.

Yu Zhi believed she wasn’t at fault, and the System determined the error didn’t lie with it.

But if things couldn’t proceed, she couldn’t exit the plotline.

Yu Zhi was at a loss.

She forced herself on him.

The System was utterly stunned at the time, screaming repeatedly, “This isn’t in the plotline!”

It truly wasn’t, but Yu Zhi reasoned with emotion and logic: “What does the plotline have? Obsessive infatuation, right? Relentless pursuit, right?”

“Look at this now, crazy? wild? relentless pursuit? fierce attack?”

While speaking, she even gave the boy’s very resilient buttocks a hard slap.

Slapped, indeed.

The System was about to crash.

Yet, the detection showed no Out of Character behavior in the Character Persona.

In other words, this was something Yu Zhi in the book could actually do.

“Anyway, it’s just a smutty novel, whether it’s done early or late, it’s still going to happen. And look, his heart rate is so high now—isn’t he about to fall for it?”

Could it possibly be out of anger?

Angry or not, strangely enough, the plotline completion rate actually moved forward. So the System ultimately compromised, turning a blind eye to the current developments.

Yu Zhi was finally freed from the plotline loop.

But… as much as she said that, Yu Zhi still felt a bit guilty inside.

Especially after bullying him so harshly.

Yu Zhi composed herself and checked the time on her phone.

The moment she unlocked the screen, a photo that suddenly appeared before her eyes nearly made Yu Zhi gasp and throw her phone away. Fortunately, she restrained herself, simply flipping the screen face down on the table and making sure no one was around.

Her heart was beating so violently that Yu Zhi felt as if her entire body was floating.

“System! System!”

Yu Zhi frantically called out in her mind.

After a while, the System finally responded: “Host, I’m here.”

“What’s with this photo?”

Yu Zhi gritted her teeth, stealthily opening her phone again. The highly impactful photo instantly appeared before her eyes.

It was a photo of Zhong Shiyu.

From the plotline.
