By the time the car pulled into the villa, the interior was already in disarray.

Yu Zhi’s stockings had long since disappeared into some corner, and although her clothes still hung on her body, they were wrinkled everywhere. The man was naturally no better off—his hair was no longer meticulously styled, and the open collar of his shirt revealed scratches of varying intensity on his chest.

Throughout the journey, even though Yu Zhi knew the driver couldn’t hear them, she dared not make a sound, biting her lips until they nearly bled.Full novel: All The Heroines Are Her — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

She didn’t notice when the car entered the garage, but it was clear the driver had already left. Lu Yanxi retrieved his phone from somewhere and made a call.

“Have everyone in the villa leave.”

Yu Zhi finally regained some clarity and grabbed his hand.

“Mr. Lu, I’m here to tutor Xiao Shuang.”

“Tutoring is on weekends.”

Lu Yanxi was concise. His gaze was deep and unsettling, like a starving wolf that had finally cornered its prey, ready to devour it whole.

“Today’s time belongs to me.”

It had only been two months, not two years—was this really necessary?

The man got out of the car first. The door remained open as he stood outside waiting for her. Although he had roughly straightened his clothes, they still looked disheveled. He had struggled to zip up his pants before getting out, and even though they had already finished once, the sight remained indecent and intimidating.

Yu Zhi sat frozen in the car, unable to move.

Sometimes, she did indulge, but her appetite was small. Once was enough for her. Yet, these male leads, despite their differences in appearance, personality, and background, all seemed to possess physical stamina that bordered on superhuman.

“Mr. Lu, I… I just remembered I have something to do at school today…”

Lu Yanxi simply stared at her intently. Seeing her truly unwilling to move, he didn’t say a word. Instead, he bent down, leaned into the car, grabbed Yu Zhi’s ankle, and pulled her toward him.

“Mr. Lu!”

Yu Zhi’s panic now was partly her Character Persona, but it was also genuine.

Lu Yanxi’s handsome brows furrowed slightly. “The company has a resort project coming up later…”

He stopped there, leaving the rest unsaid.

Yu Zhi’s father was in project engineering, both in and out of the book. In the story, Lu Yanxi used this to control her.

She had no choice but to give up struggling and endure.

Yu Zhi was carried by Lu Yanxi into the elevator before he finally set her down. A chill ran down her back as she was pressed against the elevator wall. The outfits in the book seemed to disregard the seasons—under her skirt, she wore only stockings, which had already been torn off in the car.

Lu Yanxi lowered his head to kiss her, noticing Yu Zhi’s flinch. He wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her closer to him.

The cold wall was replaced by the man’s scorching body. By the time they reached the master bedroom on the third floor, Yu Zhi felt as though she were melting from the heat.

The clothes she had just put back on were stripped away again. No longer confined to the cramped space of the car, Lu Yanxi’s movements grew even more unrestrained.

Fortunately, even in this forced conquest, the novel’s setting ensured their bodies were genuinely compatible. Yu Zhi didn’t feel too much discomfort.

It was only at the final step that she suddenly snapped back to reality and stopped him.

“You haven’t put on…”

In the book, she struggled to even utter the word “condom.” But Lu Yanxi simply took her earlobe between his lips, his voice barely audible. “I’ve had a vasectomy.”

He had only continued wearing one in the car earlier.

Yu Zhi froze, but she didn’t have time to think further. Lu Yanxi’s movements didn’t stop, carrying a sense of urgency.

Both fell silent.

Apart from the chaos of the first night, this kind of contact without any barriers seemed to be the first time. Lu Yanxi didn’t make any other moves immediately. Instead, he continued to suck on her earlobes and neck, trying to calm the momentary loss of control.

Yet, scorching breaths still brushed against the woman’s skin. Lu Yanxi’s own muscles tensed from restraint, the veins on his arms bulging.

Getting a vasectomy wasn’t the wisest decision.

But Yu Zhi was still too young.

This was Lu Yanxi’s decision after careful consideration. Now, this seamless fusion made him feel the decision was right.

At the very least, this extreme pleasure was already worth it.

Yu Zhi also felt a sense of novelty, as if she had suddenly tasted something different. But whether she felt comfortable or not, she preferred to endure, at most letting out soft whimpers.

“Yu Zhi.”

The man rubbed his cheek against hers, his slightly stiff short hair brushing against her skin, surprisingly intimate.

Only after Yu Zhi responded with a hum did she realize this call was merely a signal.

No matter how much she pleaded afterward, the encounter didn’t stop. She drifted in and out of consciousness all night, unsure how much time had passed.

During a rare moment of respite, she opened her eyes to find the man’s gaze drifting downward, his eyes reddened with desire.

Even without considering her Character Persona, Yu Zhi felt utterly ashamed. She tried to change her position to block his view, but her legs were pinned down firmly.

“What are you looking at?” Yu Zhi was almost furious with embarrassment.

The man leaned in to kiss her again, unable to restrain himself.

“Tomorrow, I’ll have the maid prepare some cream puffs for you to try.” He was usually a man of few words, and this sudden mention caught her off guard.

Then, Yu Zhi heard his hoarse voice continue, “Then you’ll know what I was looking at.”

She understood instantly, her face flushing bright red. “Don’t… don’t say it.”

Lu Yanxi indeed stopped talking, leaving only relentless movements.

Lu Yanxi was always busy, so he woke up early. Even when Yu Zhi stayed overnight, it didn’t change.

But this time, when Yu Zhi woke up, he was still lying beside her.

Naturally, he was awake. Lu Yanxi was half-leaning against the headboard, his fingers entwined in Yu Zhi’s hair, winding and unwinding it.

At first, Yu Zhi wanted to pretend to be asleep. But seeing that Lu Yanxi showed no intention of getting up, she couldn’t keep up the act and opened her eyes to look at him.

The man paused briefly, then slowly withdrew his hand.

“Awake?”

“Mm.”

“Accompany me to an online meeting later. I’ll take you back to school at noon.”

Yu Zhi wanted to refuse. “I have classes today. I need to go back to school.”

“Your classes are in the afternoon.”

Yu Zhi fell silent. Lying to Lu Yanxi was pointless—she couldn’t hide anything from him.

Fine, a meeting it was, though she didn’t know what role she played in it.

Yesterday’s clothes were unwearable, and Lu Yanxi had already arranged for new ones to be prepared for her. After changing and opening the door, she took just one step out before seeing a familiar figure coming up the stairs.

Lu Shuang.

Oh my god!

Yu Zhi was startled and hurriedly turned to go back, bumping headfirst into a solid wall of a person. But she didn’t even care about her sore nose, pushing Lu Yanxi in a panic as she retreated inside.

The man, tall and imposing, allowed the person in his arms to push him step by step backward until they were inside the room.

Yu Zhi slammed the door shut with a bang.

That was terrifying. If Lu Shuang had seen her, how could she explain why she was coming out of Lu Yanxi’s room so early in the morning?

As soon as she entered, the door was knocked on.

“Uncle, why did you close the door?”

Lu Yanxi glanced down at the girl in his arms, who was staring at the door with a mix of shock and embarrassment, and instinctively raised his hand as if to wrap it around her waist.

“Uncle?” Lu Shuang called again.

This snapped Yu Zhi out of her embarrassment, and she quickly took two steps back, looking at Lu Yanxi and wondering why he hadn’t responded yet.

Lu Yanxi’s raised hand paused for only a moment before landing on the doorknob.

Startled, Yu Zhi retreated two more steps behind the door.

The door opened, and Lu Yanxi looked at his niece outside.

“Why did you suddenly close the door?”

Lu Yanxi didn’t answer, instead asking, “What do you need?”

His question made Lu Shuang drop the matter. She stretched out her palm, looking pitiful as she said, “Uncle, give me some money.”

Lu Yanxi remained silent for a moment. It was hard to reconcile the person before him, who so casually asked for money, with the one who used to lower her head and stay silent in his presence.

This was a good thing, but…

His gaze swept over the girl behind the door. She was the one who had helped Lu Shuang overcome her fear of him, yet now she herself seemed afraid.

Though he thought this, Lu Yanxi still asked first, “How much do you need, and what for?”

“I just need thirty thousand.”

“Hmm?”

“Teacher Xiao Yu’s birthday is coming up, and I want to buy her a gift.”

Lu Yanxi glanced at her. “Is thirty thousand enough?”

Yu Zhi: “!”

Lu Shuang was also taken aback but then laughed. “Teacher Xiao Yu wouldn’t accept anything too expensive. Of course, if you’re willing to give me more, I won’t refuse.”

“I’ll have my assistant transfer it to you.”

A big smile immediately spread across Lu Shuang’s face. “Thank you, Uncle! You’re the best! I’m off to school now. Oh, and the gift is a surprise—don’t let Teacher Xiao Yu know.”

“Mm.”

The sound of the girl going downstairs faded into the distance before Yu Zhi finally let out a sigh of relief.

“Let’s go.”

This time, it was Lu Yanxi who walked out first.

The man’s online meeting was held in the study. Yu Zhi sat on the sofa nearby, amusing herself, while a servant filled the table in front of her with juice, snacks, fruit platters, and the like.

Lu Yanxi seemed to be in an international meeting, conducted entirely in English. Bored, Yu Zhi pricked up her ears to listen to the meeting, treating it as a listening exercise.

But she got so absorbed in listening that she didn’t pay attention when she reached out her hand. With a clatter, she knocked over a cup, and the juice inside spilled out instantly, splashing yellow liquid onto the carpet, which looked like some kind of expensive plush.

The commotion naturally drew Lu Yanxi’s gaze in her direction.

Yu Zhi was also startled, too afraid to even apologize. She grabbed some tissues and crouched down to wipe the stain from the carpet, which looked exceptionally luxurious.

A shadow fell over her as Lu Yanxi walked over at some point. He reached out a hand and pulled her up.

“Let the maid clean it up.”

“Sorry, sorry.” Although Yu Zhi inwardly blamed the man for insisting she stay here, she still had to offer a timid, whispered apology.

The maid, having received the order, had already come in to tidy up. Lu Yanxi glanced at the woman who seemed at a loss.

“Bored?” he asked.

“No.”

Even though she said so, Lu Yanxi knew it was true: “There are books on the bookshelf. You can pick something to read.”

Only after everything was settled did he return to his desk.

The meeting resumed. Yu Zhi breathed a sigh of relief and, genuinely bored, went over to the bookshelf. The selection was quite varied, with several books on interior design—related to her own field—so she naturally picked those out first.

She took the book back to her spot. The earlier mess had already been cleaned up, but the carpet was clearly the kind that was hard to maintain, leaving some faint stains. Probably out of consideration for Lu Yanxi being busy, it hadn’t been replaced yet.

She moved the juice farther away from herself before opening the book.

The study was so quiet that only the sounds of the meeting remained.

During a break in the discussion, Lu Yanxi glanced toward the sofa. The girl was clearly no longer as restless as before, absorbed in her book and much more relaxed, curled up against the back of the sofa.

Like a lazy cat.

It was somewhat similar to the impression she usually gave, yet also a little different.

It wasn’t until the air suddenly fell completely silent for a while that he realized he had been lost in thought. The others in the meeting were waiting for him to speak.

Lu Yanxi’s brow furrowed almost imperceptibly as he slowly withdrew his gaze.

With a book, Yu Zhi’s time passed quickly.

When it ended, it was just lunchtime. They ate together again. Yu Zhi hadn’t expected that there would actually be the cream puffs the man mentioned last night on the table.

She glanced at Lu Yanxi, whose expression remained calm and unchanged.

She then looked away.

After a while, she heard Lu Yanxi ask again.

“Not going to eat any?”

Yu Zhi didn’t dare touch them now: “I don’t like sweets.”

Lu Yanxi looked at her, then picked one up himself.

When Yu Zhi glanced over, he happened to break it open, and the filling oozed out.

Remembering the man’s suggestive words from last night in bed, she immediately lowered her head. This time, she truly didn’t dare look again, focusing intently on her meal.

After this meal, today’s plotline should be over.

Yu Zhi was now eager to return home, her movements at the table noticeably faster. While she hurried, Lu Yanxi remained leisurely and elegant, to the point of being exasperating.

Having finished first, Yu Zhi discreetly checked her phone.

A new friend request?

Who in this world would add her as a friend?

Curious, she opened it and was taken aback by the name in the verification message.

“It’s Zhong Shiyu.”

Huh…

Did they have any connection in this world?

Puzzled, Yu Zhi hesitated only briefly. To avoid any butterfly effect that might cause her to go Out of Character and reset, she ignored the request.

“Who’s messaging you?” Lu Yanxi suddenly asked from across the table.

Yu Zhi hadn’t expected him to ask about this too, but remembering that this man was inherently possessive, it didn’t seem strange.

“A classmate,” she replied.

“Male or female?”

“That…”

Just from her hesitation, Lu Yanxi drew his conclusion: “A male classmate.”

The man’s expression turned unpleasant. He stared at Yu Zhi, the pressure in his gaze making the surrounding air feel thin.

“Actually…” Yu Zhi began softly, wanting to explain, but was interrupted by Lu Yanxi.

“No need to tell me all that. We don’t have any kind of relationship, and I’m not interested.”

At most, they were just fuck buddies—a label Lu Yanxi had set after their first time together, originally intended to humiliate Yu Zhi.

Yu Zhi didn’t really care.

Now, Lu Yanxi had put down his chopsticks, whether because he was finished or had lost his appetite—either way, it was a good thing. Yu Zhi stood up to follow him out, but before they even left the room, the man spoke again.

“If you want to fight for that project for your father, don’t do anything to anger me.”

Bro, are your left and right brains fighting each other? Just said you didn’t care, and now you’re talking about “angering” you?

This bastard always uses her father’s company as leverage.

Damn it!

Even though she knew this was exactly the kind of trashy male lead persona in this “chasing wife to the crematorium” plotline, a small flame of anger still ignited in Yu Zhi’s heart. She nearly rolled her eyes, and the System’s Out of Character warning light quickly lit up yellow, threatening to turn red.

Yu Zhi instantly changed her expression, leaving only “humiliation,” “endurance,” and the fear of being threatened.

Close call, close call!

If she had to go back now and restart from yesterday’s car scene, she’d rather smash her head right here.

Just endure it, endure it.

“I understand.”

Seeing her expression, Lu Yanxi’s eyes darkened, and he said nothing more.

Just before parting, Yu Zhi received a notification that money had been deposited into her bank card. She opened it and saw an extra one million yuan.

Her gaze instinctively turned to Lu Yanxi. The man didn’t look at her: “Isn’t your birthday coming up? Pick yourself a gift.”

Although she still couldn’t forgive him, Yu Zhi’s mood shamelessly brightened. One million! One million that she could take back to reality!

“And,” the man’s low voice came again, “you don’t need me to teach you how to please me, do you?” Even as he said he didn’t need to teach her, seeing the girl’s dazed and confused look, he still instructed, “When we can’t meet, call me every week.”
