In the Cardinal World.
Deep within the Jura Forest lay a cavern known to only a handful of beings—a place where one of the strongest existences in the world had been imprisoned for centuries.
The cave was vast beyond imagination, its interior stretching for kilometers beneath the earth.
Towering crystal formations protruded from the walls and ceiling, illuminating the darkness with a faint blue glow. Rivers of pure water flowed silently through the cavern, reflecting the crystalline light and creating an almost dreamlike atmosphere.
The air itself was saturated with dense magicules.
They drifted through the cave like invisible currents, so concentrated that ordinary monsters would evolve merely by residing here for long periods of time.
At the very center of the cavern stood a colossal prison of holy energy.
Countless layers of sealing magic intertwined together, forming the legendary Unlimited Imprisonment that bound the Storm Dragon Veldora within an isolated space.
The entire cave trembled faintly beneath the overwhelming presence of the True Dragon, even after centuries of confinement.
And then—
Without warning or fanfare, space rippled.
A crimson-haired man appeared within the cavern.
No explosion.
No distortion.
No grand entrance.
One moment the cave was empty.
The next, Sirzechs Lucifer stood there calmly as though he had always belonged.
His green eyes swept across his surroundings with curiosity.
"So this is the Cardinal World..."
He slowly raised a hand and allowed tiny particles floating through the air to gather around his fingertips.
The moment they touched his skin, he felt the difference.
A faint smile appeared on his face.
"Hmm..."
"So this is Magicule."
The scarlet particles danced around his fingers before dispersing back into the atmosphere.
"It is certainly a higher-grade energy than ordinary demonic power or magical energy."
Unlike the energy of his home world, these particles possessed an unusual vitality and adaptability.
They seemed far closer to the fundamental laws of the world itself.
Sirzechs took a slow breath.
With every inhalation, countless magicules flowed into his body.
His senses immediately noticed the benefits.
Even without attunement, his body was already beginning to absorb and analyze the world’s energy.
A look of anticipation crossed his face.
Then he spoke inwardly.
"System. Begin World Attunement."
A familiar blue screen appeared before him.

Magicules rushed toward him from every direction.
The world itself seemed to acknowledge his presence.
And then—
A new voice echoed within his mind.
Ancient.
Emotionless.
Yet carrying an authority that seemed woven into the fabric of reality itself.
It was not the System.
Nor was it any living being.
It was the Voice of the World.
The fundamental will that governed the Cardinal World.

The moment the final notification disappeared, an overwhelming surge of power erupted from Sirzechs’ body.
An ocean of magicules burst outward.
The surrounding cavern trembled violently.
Crystal formations shook.
The underground rivers churned.
Even the air itself seemed to distort beneath the pressure of his existence.
Yet the eruption never spread beyond a twenty-meter radius.
A transparent barrier shimmered around him, containing every trace of the disturbance.
The overwhelming aura repeatedly crashed against the barrier’s inner surface before being forced back inward.
Without such precautions, the birth of a Calamity-Class existence would have been impossible to conceal.
The strongest beings of the Cardinal World would have immediately sensed his arrival.
Fortunately, Universal Barrier isolated every fluctuation.
Not a single magicule escaped.
Not a single presence leaked outward.
Deep within the cave, Sirzechs slowly opened his eyes.
His crimson irises glowed with newfound power.
He could feel the changes coursing through every part of his existence.
His body had become lighter.
His soul felt denser.
The magicules flowing through him responded as naturally as his own limbs.
The world’s laws no longer viewed him as an outsider.
He had become a genuine existence of the Cardinal World.
A Demon Peer of the Red Primordial lineage.
Sirzechs exhaled slowly.
A faint crimson mist escaped his lips before dissolving into the surrounding atmosphere.
The sensation was intoxicating.
Power surged through his veins like an endless tide.
And this was only the beginning.
A smile slowly formed on his face.
"Interesting..."
He clenched his fist.
Space around it warped slightly from the pressure alone.
"I haven’t even been named yet."
The Cardinal World had already rewarded him beyond his expectations.
And somewhere in the distance, completely unaware of the new existence that had just been born beneath the Jura Forest, fate continued moving toward the moment when a certain slime would awaken.
