“My God, she’s so beautiful. What a knockout!”

Inside the luxurious presidential suite, Zhang Jun was hidden in the closet, staring wide-eyed through the narrow crack in the door as he peeked outside.

In front of the closet, a young woman untied her bath towel and pulled a dress over herself.Full novel: Antique Appraisal: I Can Extract Skills from Cultural Relics — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Her fair, smooth legs were long and straight.

Her tall figure was exaggeratedly curvy, with such a full bust and shapely hips that her spaghetti-strap mini dress could barely contain her, outlining breathtaking curves.

Her face was as lovely as a peach blossom.

Her thick, raven-black hair cascaded over her shoulders like a waterfall.

It was as if her beauty had sweetened the air throughout the room.

“Knock, knock, knock…”

Someone knocked on the door.

Liu Qingxue went to open it.

Standing outside was Gong Wei, dressed to the nines and wearing a gentlemanly facade. “Honey, I ordered you a drink in your favorite flavor.”

“Thank you.”

Liu Qingxue accepted it and smiled faintly. But then she braced one hand against the doorframe, blocking Gong Wei. “You’re not allowed in.”

“Of course I won’t come in. Don’t worry.” Gong Wei took half a step back and raised both hands in surrender, his face full of tenderness and affection. “I just want to look at you a little longer. Once you’ve finished your drink, I’ll go to bed.”

“Ah, my attempt to take a covert photo failed.”

Hearing this, Zhang Jun felt deeply frustrated in the closet.

A month ago, he had discovered that his girlfriend, Ding Lan, was cheating on him—and her affair partner was the rich second-generation heir Gong Wei. Gong Wei hadn’t been afraid at all. Instead, he’d sneered arrogantly at Zhang Jun: “You poor loser. You’re too useless to keep your beautiful girlfriend. Whose fault is that? We’ll keep meeting up. If you’ve got the guts, get back at me!”

Zhang Jun had been consumed by humiliation and fury. He’d broken up with Ding Lan on the spot, quit his job, and spent every day tailing Gong Wei, hoping to photograph him fooling around with different women and expose him, ruining his reputation.

Today, after finally finding an opportunity, he’d slipped into the presidential suite while Gong Wei had left the door ajar, then hidden in the closet.

He hadn’t expected Gong Wei to be meeting his actual girlfriend, Liu Qingxue. There was no point in taking photos—after all, they were a couple, and their relationship was entirely aboveboard.

But what happened next left him dumbfounded!

Perhaps Liu Qingxue wanted Gong Wei to leave quickly. She drank in a hurry, downing the drink in just a few gulps, then held up the empty cup for him to see. “There, I’ve finished it.”

With that, she started to close the door.

But Gong Wei suddenly braced his hand against the door, using astonishing force. The gentle smile vanished from his face in an instant, replaced by a sinister expression that sent a chill down the spine.

“Honey, why don’t we spend the night together?” His voice grew low and slick, filled with undisguised desire.

Liu Qingxue’s expression changed, and she flatly refused. “No. I’m not ready.”

“We’ve been dating for two months. You won’t let me hold your hand or kiss you, and you won’t sleep with me… Are we even a couple?”

“Not until we’re married. Don’t even think about it right now.”

Liu Qingxue’s tone was firm.

She vaguely sensed there might be something wrong with Gong Wei’s character, though he had always put on a good act in front of her. Of course she wasn’t willing to give herself to him so easily.

“Hahahaha, honey, you won’t be able to refuse me tonight.” Gong Wei suddenly burst into wild laughter, his voice brimming with smugness and arrogance. “You’ll be incredibly eager, incredibly passionate.”

He shoved the door open and strode into the room, closing in on Liu Qingxue step by step, a lewd look on his face and ardent flames burning in his eyes.

Terrified, Liu Qingxue backed away again and again, her voice trembling. “You’re talking nonsense! Get out, or I’ll really get angry!”

“Let me tell you the truth.” Gong Wei stopped, put his hands in his pockets, and regarded her leisurely, as if admiring prey caught in a trap. “I added something to the drink you just had.”

Liu Qingxue’s face turned deathly pale, and her voice trembled. “You—you bastard! You monster! I’ll report you! I’ll make sure you rot in Prison!”

“Report me?” Gong Wei threw his head back and laughed as if he’d just heard the funniest joke in the world. “Hahahaha! You’re my girlfriend. Isn’t it perfectly natural for us to be intimate? Besides, I have plenty of money and connections you couldn’t even imagine. I’d win any lawsuit. And your reputation would be completely ruined. Would you still be able to work as a supermodel?”

His voice turned cold and cruel. “So you might as well accept your fate and serve me well from now on. Once I’m tired of you, I might give you some compensation.”

Liu Qingxue trembled with rage, forcing herself to stay calm as she spoke each word distinctly. “Gong Wei, I, Liu Qingxue, hereby declare that we are breaking up right now! From this moment on, you are you and I am me! We have nothing to do with each other anymore. You drugged me tonight. If you dare to assault me, that’s a serious crime, and you really will end up in Prison!”

“We’re breaking up?” Gong Wei stood there with a mocking grin, utterly unafraid. “Hahahaha! Who knows that now? You have no proof, do you? You think I’m scared?”

He sat leisurely on the edge of the bed and crossed his legs. “Besides, the drug I used is very special. It won’t show up in a test tomorrow. I’m not going to touch you now, either. I’ll wait for you to come to me on your own.”

After saying that, he did exactly as promised, sitting there and waiting at his leisure.

Time passed, second by second.

Liu Qingxue’s face grew redder and redder, her breathing faster and faster, and her heart pounded as if it would burst out of her chest. An unfamiliar longing surged through her reason in waves, like the tide. Her gaze began to blur, and her body trembled slightly, beyond her control.

She bit her lip desperately, trying to stay conscious through the pain, but the drug was too potent, and her willpower was being eroded bit by bit.

At last, looking dazed and vacant, she walked toward Gong Wei step by step.

“Heh heh heh, come here, my little beauty.” Gong Wei spread his arms with a sinister grin, evil light gleaming in his eyes.

At that critical moment—

“Bang!”

The closet door was kicked open, and Zhang Jun burst out like a furious leopard.

“You monster! You’re utterly vile!”

How could he stand by and watch Gong Wei assault such a beautiful woman after drugging her?

Gong Wei was stunned by the sudden turn of events.

When he recognized Zhang Jun, he froze for a moment, then flew into a rage. “You?”

Before he could say another word, Zhang Jun rushed up to him and chopped hard at his neck with his right hand.

“Ugh—”

Gong Wei’s eyes rolled back, and his body crumpled limply to the floor. He lost consciousness completely.

Zhang Jun quickly found several shirts and ties of uncertain ownership in the closet and tightly bound Gong Wei’s hands and feet. Then he pulled off a towel, stuffed it into Gong Wei’s mouth, and shoved his entire body into the spacious closet before shutting the door.

Only after finishing all this did he turn around.

“Miss, I’ll—take you to the hospital…”

He stopped mid-sentence, stunned.

Liu Qingxue’s face was flushed, her eyes hazy. At some point, she had torn off half of her white spaghetti-strap dress, exposing her smooth, rounded shoulders and a wide expanse of pale skin. Looking bashful, she walked toward him step by step, her eyes full of anticipation and desire…
