[* 3rd Person POV *] Cain’s grip loosened.

He stayed buried in her throat for another few heartbeats, letting the last pulses fade, then carefully withdrew.

The thick length slid free with a wet sound, a final string of cum connecting the head to her swollen lips before it broke.Full novel: As Naruto Uzumaki With An R-18 System — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Tsunade swayed forward slightly, still dazed, mouth open, chin and chest glistening.

Cain immediately dropped to one knee in front of her.

One hand came up to cup her cheek with surprising gentleness, thumb brushing away a streak of semen and tears.

His voice, when it came, was quiet and warm completely different from the rough commands of moments earlier.

“Easy… I’ve got you.

You did so well.

So perfectly.

Just breathe for me now.” He reached for the clean cloth he kept in the lower drawer of the desk and began to clean her with slow, careful strokes.

First her lips, then her chin, then the sticky trails that had run down her neck and onto her blouse.

Each touch was deliberate and soft, as if she were something precious rather than something he had just used.

“There we go” He murmured.

“You’re all right.

I’ve got you.

No rush.

Just let me take care of you.” Tsunade’s eyes fluttered, still unfocused, but she leaned into his hand almost instinctively.

The contrast was dizzying minutes ago his cock had been choking her, now the same hands were wiping her face like she might break.

When the worst of the mess was gone he helped her out of the stained blouse and skirt with the same quiet care, never letting his touch turn hungry again.

From a small cabinet behind the desk he pulled a soft, oversized spare shirt (one of his own) and a pair of loose training pants.

He dressed her himself, sliding the shirt over her head, guiding her arms through the sleeves, tying the pants gently at her waist.

The clothes smelled like him clean cotton and a faint trace of the same scent that still lingered on her tongue.

“There” He said softly, smoothing the fabric over her shoulders.

“Comfortable?” She managed a small, dazed nod.

Cain guided her to the wide couch against the wall of the office, the one usually reserved for long strategy meetings.

He sat first, then drew her down so her head rested in his lap, her body curled on the cushions.

One large hand settled in her hair, fingers moving in slow, soothing strokes.

“Rest” He told her, voice low and steady.

“I’m right here.

I’m not going anywhere.

Just close your eyes and let everything settle.” Tsunade’s breathing gradually evened out.

The overwhelming physical high softened into something warmer and quieter.

His fingers in her hair, the solid warmth of his thigh under her cheek, the quiet rustle of paperwork as he returned to work with his free hand all of it wrapped around her like a blanket.

For the first time in years she felt completely safe.

Completely seen.

Completely allowed to simply exist without carrying anything.

She drifted off to the sound of his pen and the soft crackle of the candle that still burned on the desk.

— When she woke, the light in the office had changed.

Afternoon sun slanted through the blinds.

Her head was still in his lap.

His hand was still moving slowly through her hair, as if he had never stopped.

For a few peaceful seconds she simply lay there, floating in the residual warmth.

Then the thoughts arrived.

What did I do?

I begged for it.

I let him use my throat until I came on the floor.

He’s married.

I asked him to ruin me.

What if this was only once?

What if he already regrets it?

What if I walk out of this office and everything goes back to the way it was lonely, heavy, empty?

A small, involuntary sound of distress escaped her.

Cain’s hand paused, then resumed its gentle stroking.

“You’re awake” He said quietly.

“How do you feel?” Tsunade swallowed.

Her voice came out rough and small.

“…Scared.” He waited, patient.

“That this was just… today” She continued, eyes fixed on the fabric of his pants.

“That you’ll go home to her and I’ll go back to the hospital and pretend none of it happened.

That I finally felt something real and now it’s already over” Cain set the paperwork aside.

Both hands settled in her hair, cradling her head with careful strength.

“Look at me” She did.

His expression was calm, serious, and completely open.

“I don’t want this to be only today” He said.

“I want you near me.

Every day.

Not as a secret I hide and not as a mistake I try to forget.” He brushed a strand of hair from her face with his thumb.

“Be my personal assistant.

Officially.

You’ll work out of this office.

You’ll be with me for meetings, for travel, for the long nights when the paperwork never ends.

You’ll have a reason to stay close that no one will question.

And when the door is closed…” His voice softened further.

“We’ll decide together what happens next.

As many times as you want.

For as long as you want.” Tsunade stared up at him.

The fear that had been rising in her chest cracked open and spilled into something vast and trembling and bright.

He wasn’t pushing her away.

He wasn’t treating her like a momentary weakness.

He was offering her a place right beside him, every single day.

Tears welled again, but these were different.

Warm.

Quiet.

Full of a bliss so deep it made her ribs ache.

She turned her face into his stomach, pressing her forehead against him as a shaky breath left her lungs.

His hands kept stroking her hair, steady and sure.

“Yes” She whispered against the fabric of his shirt.

“Yes.

I want that.

I want to be near you.” Cain’s fingers slowed, then resumed their gentle path through her hair.

“Then it’s settled” He said softly.

“Rest a little longer.

I’m right here.

I’m not going anywhere.” Tsunade closed her eyes again, but this time there was no fear waiting behind the darkness.

Only the solid warmth of his lap, the quiet sound of his breathing, and the slow, spreading certainty that she had finally been allowed to stop carrying everything alone.

The candle on the desk had burned almost to the end, but the soft light it cast over the two of them felt, for the first time in years, like enough.
