Chapter 7: The Warzo’s Story “Time buries kingdoms beneath dust…
but it can never bury the truth.” Two years had passed since the destruction of the Yun Family.
The once-mighty Yun Zia Empire had become nothing more than a memory.
With its imperial bloodline wiped out and its capital reduced to ruins, the empire collapsed from within.
The delicate balance of power that had existed for centuries was shattered overnight.
Sensing weakness, its greatest rival—the Yun Li Empire—marched across the borders and claimed the land with little resistance.
Many perished in the war that followed.
Many more disappeared into history.
Yet no one knew who had truly destroyed the Yun Family.
To the world, it remained an unsolved mystery.
Some believed it was divine punishment.
Others whispered that an ancient demon had descended from the heavens.
A few claimed that two masked strangers had been seen before the empire fell.
But no evidence remained.
Only ashes.
Far away from civilization…
Beyond every kingdom, every empire, and every known road…
Two figures trained in complete isolation.
Towering mountains surrounded them like silent guardians.
Snow rested peacefully upon their peaks while violent winds echoed through the endless valleys.
No cities.
No people.
Only silence.
And two warriors.
For two entire years, KING and Shadow had devoted themselves to one purpose.
Training.
Every sunrise marked the beginning of another battle.
Every sunset ended another.
Their fists had become sharper than blades.
Their instincts surpassed those of ordinary warriors.
Yet despite countless hours studying the mysterious Rings, they discovered nothing that revealed their true origins or hidden abilities.
The Rings remained silent.
As though they were waiting…
…for the right moment.
BOOM!!
Another collision shook the mountain range.
KING’s fist met Shadow’s with enough force to split the heavens.
A violent shockwave erupted in every direction.
Nearby cliffs cracked.
Ancient trees were uprooted.
Entire mountain faces collapsed into the valleys below.
The brothers vanished.
Only afterimages remained.
Boom!
Boom!!
BOOM!!!
They exchanged hundreds of strikes in mere seconds.
Every movement was flawless.
Every attack precise.
Every dodge calculated.
To ordinary eyes, it would have appeared as though the mountains were destroying themselves.
Hours passed.
Eventually…
The battle came to an end.
Both brothers landed upon a massive cliff overlooking the endless mountain range.
Neither of them was injured.
Neither breathed heavily.
It was as though the devastating battle had merely been a warm-up.
A gentle silence settled over the mountains.
Then Ray finally spoke.
“Master…” “I’ve wanted to ask you something.” KING looked toward the ring on his finger.
“What is it?” Ray hesitated for a moment.
“How did you do it?” KING raised an eyebrow.
“Do what?” “The meteor.” Ray’s voice carried genuine curiosity.
“Back at the Yun Zia Empire…
you and Master Shadow summoned a meteor large enough to erase half a city.” “I didn’t even know Warriors could do something like that.” Silence followed.
Moments later…
Rin also spoke.
“I wanted to ask the same question.” “I’ve been curious for the past two years.” “How did you accomplish it?” The twins looked at one another.
Neither answered immediately.
Then Shadow broke the silence.
“Are you looking down on the Warrior Race?” The question startled both Rings.
Ray and Rin answered almost simultaneously.
“N-No!” “We would never dare!” “It isn’t disrespect.” “We were simply surprised.” “You both possess abilities we never thought you”ll have now.” “If you don’t wish to answer…” “…we understand.” The wind gently passed through the mountains.
Then KING spoke.
“Our race was feared across the universe.” His calm voice echoed through the valley.
“We are the Warriors of Planet Warzo.” “My father.” “My uncle, Ren.” “And countless others.” “Together, they dominated battlefields throughout the universe.” He slowly looked toward the endless sky.
“There were wars that ended before they even began.” “The moment our enemies learned that a Warrior of Warzo had joined the battlefield…” “…they surrendered.” Shadow continued where KING stopped.
“That fear became our greatest weapon.” “But even the strongest fortress eventually falls.” “Our planet was destroyed because our enemy possessed power beyond anything our warriors had ever faced.” For the first time…
A trace of sorrow filled his voice.
“Perhaps…” “Some of our people survived.” “Those who were away from Warzo when it happened.” “If they still live…” “They’re probably searching for the same thing we are.” “Revenge.” Silence filled the mountains once again.
KING looked toward Ray.
“The meteor wasn’t anything extraordinary.” “It was merely Telekinesis.” Ray and Rin froze.
KING continued calmly.
“Planet Warzo preserved every known form of combat.” “Every martial art.” “Every sword style.” “Every magical discipline.” “We have mastered everything on Planet Warzo and with a single glance and they called us genius of the geniuses.
“Telekinesis was simply one of those arts.” “Compared to Uncle Ren…” “Our control is insignificant.” Shadow nodded.
“With his Telekinesis…” “Uncle Ren could move entire planets.” Ray and Rin remained speechless, for how a warrior can be this strong.
The revelation left them unable to respond.
After a long pause, Ray finally spoke again.
“Masters…” “Do you understand how this world’s power system works?” KING slowly shook his head.
“Not completely.” “Uncle Ren intended to teach us…” His voice stopped.
The memory was still painful.
“…before Warzo was destroyed.” Ray became thoughtful.
“If your people were truly that powerful…” “And they still lost…” “Then the enemy couldn’t have belonged to this universe.” “They must have come from somewhere beyond.” Shadow’s eyes narrowed.
“Wait.” “You don’t know who attacked Planet Warzo?” Ray answered quietly.
“No.” “We know nothing.” “We only remember the destruction.” The mountain became silent once more.
Only the cold wind could be heard.
Finally…
KING stood.
“Then dwelling on the past won’t help us.” “We’ll discover the truth ourselves.” “If those beings came from another universe…” “They’ve likely already left this one.” Shadow rose beside him.
“Our journey continues.” He looked toward Rin.
“Find a planet where we can grow stronger.” Rin answered immediately.
“Understood, Master.” A brilliant blue light emerged from the Ring.
A massive three-dimensional map of the universe unfolded before them.
Countless stars appeared like scattered diamonds across the endless darkness.
The map rapidly scanned one galaxy after another.
Searching…
Searching…
Searching…
Then— Target Found.
A single planet began glowing brightly.
Rin raised her hand.
A circular portal slowly formed before the twins.
The space around it twisted and folded as brilliant energy flowed through its edges.
Without hesitation…
KING and Shadow stepped through.
The portal closed behind them.
On another world…
A second portal silently opened within a mountain range overlooking a vast city.
The air felt different.
The spiritual energy was denser.
The land itself seemed…
older.
The twins silently stared toward the distant city.
Neither of them knew it yet.
But beyond those walls…
Their next journey awaited.
“Every answer begins with a single step.” “And every step draws them closer to the truth hidden beneath the ashes of Planet Warzo…”
