Oscar stared at the translucent blue window floating in front of him. The detailed breakdown of the residual consciousness sealed inside each part of the bow frame expanded line by line across his vision.

Oscar sucked in a sharp breath.

The stats were absurd. Combined together, the attributes of these parts easily ran deep into the millions.

His Ban function allowed him to restrict and strip down target variables, but to affect an entity with stats in the millions, his own base attributes needed to be exponentially higher than what he currently possessed.

If he tried to forcefully ban or tame those primary dragon body parts right now, his own soul would instantly collapse from the massive attribute feedback.

How long would it even take for him to grow strong enough to ban something with millions in stats?

Just thinking about the raw numerical gap made him feel a headache coming on. It was a long-term goal that required immense leveling and attribute stacking.

However, his eyes shifted to the very last entry on the list.

The Void Dragon’s Eyes.

Unlike the rest of the monstrous body parts, the residual spark inside the eyes was significantly weaker. The attributes were only in the five hundreds, with Agility sitting at a meager ninety.

That single part was within reach. It was still vastly higher than his current Level 20 stats, but it was not an impossible mountain like the rest.

Though he did not know how long it would take him to destroy the consciousness.

’Mutated perception law... sounds good.’

All the other parts’ traits were fragments of Void law. That meant he had to obtain them all to receive the skill. But Mutated perception law was a complete one.

So he would get the skill instantly after destroying its consciousness.

’I cannot touch the main body parts anytime soon,’ Oscar muttered quietly in his mind. ’But those eyes... I can tame them much sooner.’

He closed the status interface and turned his attention back to Iris, who was patiently waiting for him by the table with the finished quiver.

"I am currently not strong enough to tame these consciousnesses," Oscar said, shaking his head slightly.

A clear look of disappointment crept onto Iris’s face. Her shoulders slumped just a bit as she stared at the glowing bow frame on the pedestal.

"However... for the Eyes, it is possible," Oscar added smoothly.

The instant those words left his mouth, Iris looked up, her expression immediately shifting into one of pure happiness and relief.

Oscar stepped past her and walked toward a thick, reinforced glass jar sitting on an isolated shelf along the side wall.

Suspended inside a clear, dense fluid was a single large dragon eye.

Its deep purple pupil was wide open and completely unmoving, yet it radiated an eerie, lingering pressure that seemed to stare right through anyone who looked at it.

"My system function only works effectively if my own attributes match or exceed certain thresholds of my opponent," Oscar explained, keeping the exact details of his Divine Hack System hidden while giving her a believable reason. "Except for this eye, every single other part of that dragon possesses attributes deep into the millions."

Iris nodded in understanding. "That makes total sense. An Apocalypse-class monster’s core body parts carry too much residual authority for a Level 20 Host to suppress."

"Even for this eye, its primary attributes sit in the three-digit range," Oscar said, turning back to face her with a calm, confident expression. "But I am certain that within a year, I can either tame or completely destroy its consciousness."

His confidence was not empty boasting. Now he possessed enough power to venture outside the city gates.

With his Aimbot trait and class skills, his leveling speed would be multiple times faster than any ordinary Host.

Reaching three-digit attributes might not even take a full year. He could potentially achieve it in a matter of months.

Satisfied with his clear timeline and confidence, Iris smiled brightly and turned her attention back to the wooden table.

"Then our contract stands," she said, picking up the wrapped item. "It is time for you to claim your reward."

Oscar felt a sudden surge of anticipation as she carefully pulled back the dark cloth.

Up close, the Quiver looked even more incredible. Its base material was forged from the genuine leather hide of the Void Dragon, giving it a deep, obsidian black finish that seemed to absorb the ambient light in the room.

Etched along its surface were razor-sharp crimson metallic scales, and three embedded gem sockets ran along its outer spine, pulsating with a soft, steady rhythm.

"Place a drop of your blood onto the center crest to establish the soul bond," Iris instructed.

Oscar pulled out his small combat knife, pricked the tip of his finger, and pressed a single drop of red blood directly onto the central crimson scale of the Quiver.

Bzzt!

The moment his blood touched the surface, the Quiver dissolved into a brilliant beam of dark crimson and purple light.

The light wrapped around Oscar’s right arm, sinking smoothly through his skin without causing a single shred of pain.

A subtle, burning sensation spread along the underside of his arm. Oscar pulled back his sleeve to look.

Etched permanently onto the skin of his lower forearm was an exquisite dark dragon tattoo.

The body of the dragon coiled tightly around his arm, while its fierce, detailed dragon head stretched directly up to the base of his inner palm.

A translucent system notification panel immediately materialized before his eyes.

[Equipment Information] Name: Void Dragon Scale Quiver

Quality Grade: Legendary

Type: Utility

Passive Traits:

Auto-Replenishment: Consumes monster cores placed in contact with the host to instantly synthesize projectiles. Core rank determines arrow durability, sharpness, and quantity (Minimum yield: 20 arrows per low-grade core). Synthesized arrows are stored in a compressed spatial sub-dimension inside the tattoo. Tattoo Form: Fuses directly into the host’s forearm. While active, the equipment becomes completely weightless and invisible to external mana scans, rendering it undetectable.

Oscar stared at the system text in silent awe.

He reached into the Spatial Pouch at his waist and pulled out a single dull orange Feral Minotaur monster core.

He placed the core directly against the dragon head tattoo on his inner palm and tightened his grip.

A soft, dark red light flickered across his palm for a fraction of a second.

The solid monster core completely vanished, absorbed directly into the tattoo.

Oscar focused his mind on the dragon head tattoo and willed a projectile to manifest.

Swish!

With a subtle hiss of displaced air, a sleek, jet-black arrow materialized directly in his right hand.

"It is a success..." Oscar murmured, looking down at the perfectly forged bolt resting in his palm.

"Of course it is a success," Iris said, crossing her arms with a proud, smug grin on her face. "You are holding a piece crafted by a future Legendary grandmaster."

Oscar closed his hand, letting the synthesized arrow dissolve back into the tattoo.

With his new stats, a Rare combat skill, and an infinite supply of arrows provided by his monster cores, his overall combat efficiency had reached a level that completely shattered standard Level 20 benchmarks.

He looked at Iris and gave a firm, respectful nod. "I will keep my end of the contract. Once I return from my next hunt, I will begin working on the Eyes."

"I will hold you to that promise, Oscar," Iris replied smoothly.
