Chains of ice formed around the Crocodile Lord’s legs.
The monster struggled to break free.
The Black Water Wyvern took the opportunity to attack.
Its claws struck the monster’s chest.
Slash!
The Crocodile Lord fell heavily onto the ground.
The remaining monsters were quickly defeated afterward.
Several notifications appeared.
[You have defeated multiple monsters.]
[You have gained experience.]
[You have leveled up.]
Ryan looked at the notification with a smile.
"Finally."
He opened his status screen.
Level: 81
Constitution: 490
Stat Points: 10
"I can finally reach 500."
He allocated all of his available points to Constitution.
Constitution: 490 → 500
Ryan closed his status screen.
Ryan then without wasting anytime left the dungeon arriving back home
Ryan did not waste any more time in the dungeon.
He recalled the Black Water Wyvern and left the Blackwater Cave Dungeon.
After leaving the dungeon, he begun to return home.
The trip back home was short to Ryan it felt like a very long trip. The excitement of drinking the Dragon blood made him feel the ride back home is really long.
By the time Ryan reached his house, it was already evening.
He entered through the front door and immediately saw his parents in the living room.
His mother looked at him.
"You’re back already?"
"Yeah. I finished what I wanted to do in the dungeon."
His father looked at him carefully.
"Did you get hurt?"
"No. Everything went smoothly."
Ryan sat down on the sofa.
He had no reason to tell them about Perfect Loot or the Black Dragon Blood yet.
For now, it was enough to say that he had gained several useful skills and equipment from the dungeon.
His mother brought him some food.
"You should eat first. You have been gone all day."
Ryan nodded.
"Thanks, Mom."
While eating, Ryan thought about his next plan.
He had already obtained the Black Water Wyvern’s class and abilities through Perfect Loot.
His own Knight Class was still F-Rank, but his actual combat power was already far beyond what an ordinary F-Rank Knight should possess.
However, he still needed to improve his class.
Ryan remembered the Fallen Holy Knight.
Level 100.
A Floor Boss.
The guardian of the Second Floor.
"I still need to get stronger before fighting him."
He wasn’t planning to rush into the battle.
The Black Water Wyvern had given him a huge increase in strength, but the Fallen Holy Knight was still twenty-five levels higher than him.
Ryan also wanted to give his new summon more time to grow.
After finishing his meal, Ryan returned to his room.
He closed the door and sat at his desk.
"Time to use it," he muttered as he took out the Black Dragon Blood.
Before drinking it, Ryan took out a crystal from his inventory. It was a Common-rank Silence Crystal that could create a dome of silence.
He activated it and soon a some formed around him.
"I hope this doesn’t hurt too much."
He took the precaution as he have read in many books take such treasures is painful.
Ryan looked at the dark drop of Black Dragon Blood in the vial.
After taking a deep breath, he drank it.
For a second, he felt a cool sensation spread throughout his body.
Then, a powerful energy suddenly surged through him.
Ryan’s body trembled as the strange energy rapidly spread through his muscles and bones.
Several new notifications appeared before him.
[Black Dragon Blood has been successfully absorbed.]
[Strength +100.]
[Agility +100.]
[Constitution +100.]
[Intelligence +100.]
[Perfect Poison Affinity obtained.]
[Dragon’s Vitality obtained.]
[Lesser Draconic Physique has been strengthened.]
[Poison resistance greatly increased.]
Ryan looked at the notifications one after another.
His eyes widened.
"Not bad."
"And it didn’t even hurt a bit" he smiled and then opened his status screen.
Ryan smiled and opened his status screen.

Ryan opened it and saw a message from his academy.
"Almost forgot. The original Ryan was enrolled in the famous Silver River Academy."
He opened the message and read it carefully.
It was a reminder about the upcoming Rookie King Competition.
The competition was organized by the academy and was open to all first-year students.
