Nan Fei decisively chose to collect supplies.

After all, gathering them under everyone’s watchful eyes would easily expose her.

It turned out that collecting perfume had been the most correct decision she had made.Full novel: Book Transmigration into an Apocalypse: The Irritating Supporting Villainess Is Actually the Real Powerhouse — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Standing at the escalator entrance, Nan Fei noticed that not a single zombie passing by showed any aggression toward her.

Realizing this, she raised an eyebrow and focused her attention on her psychic ability, heading straight to the left.

Whenever the zombies showed abnormal reactions, she would stop and reapply perfume.

The side she was heading toward led to the supermarket exit. Since no one was managing it, she simply climbed over the turnstile.

Near the cashier counter were candies and some contraceptive products. Nan Fei glanced at them and directly used her mental power to wrap them up and send them into her space.

This was something she had figured out on the first floor. Using the space required physical contact, but her mental power was also part of her. So she only needed to separate a strand of it to wrap around items, and they could be directly stored in her space.

It was dozens of times faster than placing items in one by one.

All the items on an entire row of checkout counters were taken away. Nan Fei looked at the zombies hiding behind shelves, almost pressing them down, and fell silent.

She knew perfume was effective, but she hadn’t expected it to actually force zombies to retreat.

She twitched her lips and silently walked toward the shelves without zombies around. With a slight sweep of her mental power, the items on the shelves—including the shelves themselves—were completely cleared.

Once she moved away, the zombies stopped crowding those shelves. But the moment she approached again, they would retreat back to them. So she turned around and prioritized shelves without zombies.

Her space was large, but it was impossible to store an entire supermarket.

Fortunately, the shelves were categorized. Nan Fei first took the central sweets section—chocolate, candy, and other high-calorie foods.

Next were oatmeal, lotus root powder, and sesame paste—instant foods that could be easily prepared for breakfast.

Once those two shelves disappeared, the zombies had more space to stand. Nan Fei looked at the still tightly packed shelves and finally drew her dagger.

One by one, the zombies fell under her blade. She moved them aside so they wouldn’t block her path.

As the number of zombies decreased, the supermarket finally stopped being so crowded.

Nan Fei walked to the shelves that the zombies had been crowding earlier. These contained dried fruits, pastries, and small bread—also convenient survival food for the apocalypse.

As for the nearby puffed snacks, she wasn’t interested.

Tasty, yes—but not filling, and they took up too much space.

Beyond the puffed snacks were packaged sausages, dried meat, and eggs—tasty, filling, and solid, the best food in the apocalypse.

She also took the chocolate “planet cups” beside the dried fruit and cookies. Although messy to eat, they were still chocolate.

She didn’t want drinks—drinking only made you thirstier—but since there were honey and condensed milk nearby, she selectively took those.

At the bottom of the shelves were large bottled drinks and boxed tea beverages. Since they didn’t take up much space, she took a few.

She didn’t miss spicy snacks like spicy strips, chicken feet, and duck necks—Nan Fei loved spicy food.

Fruit canned goods were irresistible. In the apocalypse, fresh fruit was like a daydream; canned fruit was the perfect substitute.

Not a single item from that entire shelf was left behind.

Beef sauce, chili sauce, hotpot bases—her favorites—were all taken as well. Even stinky tofu was included.

When that shelf disappeared, instant foods like instant noodles and self-heating hotpots were revealed. Thinking of Qin Ze and the others, she left a small portion and took the rest.

There were also pasta and dried noodles. Although they lacked seasoning, they could still fill the stomach.

As for grains and oil, she took everything.

She had fire ability and water in her space, so cooking was not a problem. Even if she couldn’t eat immediately, she could prepare meals in advance as dry rations.

Seasonings—apart from hotpot bases—had a separate shelf. These were the soul of food, not strictly necessary but highly valuable in trade during the apocalypse.

Especially essential items like salt and sugar.

Cooking oil was even more important—take it all!

Countless goods disappeared before her eyes, entering her personal space. Nan Fei felt as if she were floating.

It almost made the tragic ending of the original host seem unimportant. After all, she had space, supplies, and abilities. She could simply avoid the heroine altogether.

Thinking this, she didn’t even spare the unpackaged goods or the counters underneath.

Neatly arranged cartons of yogurt—take them! They could be breakfast.

Dried mushrooms, chili peppers, vermicelli, kelp, dried tofu—take them!

Red beans, soybeans, mung beans, rice, millet, sticky rice—take them!

She even casually took a blender. Maybe when she upgraded her space, there would be electricity.

Refrigerated section yogurt? Expired? No.

Cheese, cheese sticks, dairy products, sausages, duck necks, chicken legs? Take them!

Cured sausages? Take them all!

Nan Fei steadied herself and walked toward the freezer aisle. Since the supermarket had backup power, everything was still preserved well.

Unfortunately, her space had no electricity.

She couldn’t help but feel envious of the heroine Yun Jiaoyue’s space, which had a separate warehouse with time frozen inside—nothing ever spoiled…

As soon as that thought appeared, Nan Fei instantly snapped back to her senses. She put down the frozen dumplings she didn’t know when she had picked up and closed the freezer.

Greed was not good.

Calming herself, she continued storing items.

Freshly made egg tarts and bread in the display case looked spoiled, but biscuits and chocolate cookies still seemed fine.

She picked one up and smelled it at her nose.

Not soft, still sweet.

She put it in her mouth—indeed, not spoiled.

She cleared out the entire display case.

Besides that, there were jams, candied fruits, raisins, and spicy peanuts. Various flavored sunflower seeds and loose candies were also abundant.

She couldn’t help but blame herself for being careless and quickly packed everything away.

There were cooked foods too, though they didn’t look fresh—and some even had zombies lying on top of them—so she gave up on those.

Vegetables and fruits were already rotten and leaking foul-smelling liquid. The smell made even her perfume seem useless.

Behind them was the fresh meat section, which she immediately decided not to approach. She turned to leave, but caught sight of a corner filled with hotpot bases and eggs.

She immediately turned back, quickly passed through wandering zombies, and headed there.

Her mental power swept over the target items, and the entire shelf—including the rack itself—was stored into her space.

Only then did she notice a tightly closed door nearby.

A cold storage room?

Nan Fei narrowed her eyes. Her mental power passed through the door, and faint, blurry images appeared in her mind.

It was indeed a freezer room.
