Wеn Zhi, alreаdу grоwing imраtient with his rаmbling, couldn’t helр but wоndеr: Whаt hаd Mo Tingjuе bееn abоut to sаy? What hарреned to Мо Tingyаn’s mother?

Тhе flееting curiоsitу quickly passed, and she rеfoсusеd оn hеr wоrk. Aftеr all, they hаd agrеed lоng agо not to pry into each other’s private matters.

“Mr. Mo, may I ask what exactly you need?”

Seeing her remain unmoved, Mo Tingjue grew anxious. Just then, Mo Tingyan strode over, hands in his pockets, his gaze stern and fixed on him.

The three stood facing each other, the atmosphere tense and cold.

Noticing the commotion in the front cabin, Supervisor Xue wondered what was going on this time.

She hurried over and asked respectfully, “Captain Mo, why have you come out? Is there something you need here?”

Mo Tingyan turned to Supervisor Xue. Though his face wore a “friendly” smile, his tone carried a hint of distant skepticism. “Supervisor Xue, why did you reassign the cabin crew’s duties at the last minute?”

Supervisor Xue immediately replied, “Captain Mo, it was at the request of our cardholder passenger, Mr. Mo Tingyan. He wanted Wen Zhi to attend to him during the flight.”

“Is that so?” Mo Tingyan chuckled lightly.

Wen Zhi glanced up at him, shaking her head subtly to signal him not to interfere—she could handle such a minor issue herself.

But Mo Tingyan acted as if he hadn’t noticed, shifting his gaze away, his expression unusually serious. “This cardholder passenger wants to sleep with one of your flight attendants. Since the plane hasn’t taken off yet, shall I fetch a bed for them?”

Supervisor Xue felt a headache coming on, caught between the cardholder passenger’s request and the captain’s challenge.

As she struggled to respond, Mo Tingyan added, “Reassign them to their original positions immediately. Have Lin Yue bring me a cup of coffee to the cockpit when she returns. And you!”

Mo Tingyan turned to Mo Tingjue, his expression calm, revealing neither anger nor joy. “If you can sit on this plane, sit. If not, I don’t mind calling your family myself and having them come collect you in front of me. Now get lost!”

With that, he shot Mo Tingjue a cold glare, ignored the others, and turned to stride back to the cockpit.

Mo Tingjue gritted his teeth as he watched Mo Tingyan’s retreating figure but ultimately said nothing.

Making a scene would only get Wen Zhi in trouble because of him and make her dislike him even more.

Reluctantly, he took a step back and returned to his seat.

Seeing this, Supervisor Xue promptly reassigned Wen Zhi to the rear cabin to resume her duties.

For the remainder of the flight, Mo Tingjue caused no further trouble.

After the flight ended, as the crew had an overnight layover before returning the next morning, the flight attendants checked into the local airport hotel.

Wen Zhi took a shower in her room and tidied up briefly. Just as she was about to message Mo Tingyan, a knock came at the door, followed by his voice.

Startled and worried someone might discover Mo Tingyan visiting her, she hurried to open the door.

As soon as Mo Tingyan entered, he embraced her and kissed her tenderly.

Wen Zhi pressed a hand to his forehead, frowning. “Hold on, I have something to say.””Done.”

“No!” Wen Zhi refused to back down, struggling free from Mo Tingyan’s embrace and stepping back, her expression serious as she looked at him. “Mo Tingyan, what’s going on with you? Earlier on the plane, I was giving you signals not to offend Supervisor Xue. Didn’t you see them?”

“What, does she have connections and backing too?”

“No, it’s just that you’ve already clashed with Xu Purser, and now you’re confronting Supervisor Xue. Are you trying to offend all your colleagues single-handedly?”

Mo Tingyan naturally understood what she was worried about. He raised his hand and gently ruffled her still-damp hair, replying in a relaxed tone, “Zhangzhu, don’t worry. From now on, no one in the company will dare to mess with me.”

Seeing Mo Tingyan’s confident demeanor, Wen Zhi was momentarily confused. “Why?”

Eager to get to the main event sooner, Mo Tingyan explained directly, “I openly clashed with Xu Purser, but instead of getting fired, it was Xu Purser’s powerful backer who got dismissed. What do you think others will assume?”

Wen Zhi’s eyes shifted thoughtfully. Others would think… his backing was stronger than Hao Xuguang’s.

She looked at Mo Tingyan speechlessly. “So, you’re relying on Mr. Huo’s influence to act tough?”

Mo Tingyan: “?”

Whose influence was he relying on?

Meanwhile, Huo Ze, who was having dinner with the CEO of Shengshi Group, felt a sudden chill down his spine. What was going on?

Wen Zhi was about to say more, but Mo Tingyan stepped forward and kissed her forcefully, leading her to the bed and pinning her down.

Wen Zhi turned her face away, avoiding his sudden advance, and sighed helplessly. “We haven’t finished talking.”

“That’s right, we haven’t,” Mo Tingyan murmured, his body pressing against hers as he gently pinched her earlobe. His eyes held a dangerously seductive glint, and his warm breath brushed against her face. “You still haven’t answered my question from before the flight. Tell me, who’s better—me or Huo Ze?”

Wen Zhi: “…”

So, he was still holding onto that from this afternoon?

Just as she was about to speak, Mo Tingyan changed his mind. “Never mind, you can answer later. For now, focus—don’t think about him, only look at me.”

If she didn’t answer, he could use “punishment” as an excuse to have her a few more times.

He sealed her lips with another kiss, not giving her a chance to speak, deepening the kiss and gradually stirring her desire.

Inside the room, the atmosphere grew heated, with passionate sounds impossible to conceal.

Outside, Mo Tingjue had already found Wen Zhi’s room. A faint smile played on his lips as he took a deep breath and raised his hand to knock—but then he heard the sounds coming from inside…

His heart sank as he pressed his ear against the door. It was unmistakably the sound of a man and a woman making love.
