Ноw uttеrlу laсking in bedrооm ethics.

The knоcking аt the dооr sоundеd again: “Хiao Wеn, аrе уou hоme? It’s уour landlаdу. Didn’t уоu сall mе the day bеfоrе уеsterday аbоut mоving out? I hаpрen to bе frее tоday, sо I сame tо cheсk thе рlаcе!”

Wеn Zhi let out a sigh of relief, trying hаrd to stеаdу hеr brеathing. “Аuntie, just a momеnt, I’ll be right thеre.”

Shе pаtted Mo Tingyan’s shoulder, but he didn’t move. Instead, he looked up at her, his eyes filled with dissatisfaction.

Wen Zhi frowned and lowered her voice: “Get up.”

But Mo Tingyan wasn’t one to obey so easily. He lowered his head and kissed her fiercely for a full five seconds before finally releasing her and standing up.

Wen Zhi shot him a glare. Her clothes were disheveled, while he remained perfectly intact.

A playboy was truly different—a master among masters.

Next time, she wouldn’t let herself be so passive.

She quickly straightened her clothes and went to open the door, her face still flushed. “Sorry, Auntie, I was packing my things. The place is a bit messy.”

The landlady walked in with a smile. “I understand. Are you getting married?”

As she spoke, she noticed a tall, imposing man standing on the balcony. He was handsome and dignified, smoking a cigarette at that moment.

The landlady looked surprised and whispered to Wen Zhi, “This… isn’t the boyfriend who used to come here for meals before, is it?”

Wen Zhi: “…”

Though the landlady’s voice was soft, Mo Tingyan still heard it.

He took a drag of his cigarette, the smoke instantly blurring his usual lazy demeanor. Now, he exuded a certain seriousness…

The landlady didn’t pry further. After briefly inspecting the apartment and exchanging a few pleasantries with Wen Zhi, she left.

As soon as she was gone, Wen Zhi closed the security door. Glancing at the man smoking with his back to her on the balcony, she pursed her lips and went to the kitchen to pack.

The kitchen at Mo Tingyan’s place was far too clean—it didn’t even have any utensils.

Fortunately, all the kitchenware from her side could still be used. Now that they were living together and facing such heavy mortgage pressure, they had to save wherever they could.

As she was packing the plates, Mo Tingyan’s casual, unrestrained voice suddenly came from behind her: “Does your landlady know your ex-boyfriend too? Did he come here often, or… did he live here?”

Wen Zhi turned and shot Mo Tingyan a glare. Why bring up that unlucky guy out of nowhere?

“You’re overstepping. Stop talking nonsense and come help.”

Mo Tingyan raised an eyebrow. Though he knew Wen Zhi had never had a real relationship with anyone else, his mood soured.

Soon, they finished packing and moved everything into the trunk of the car.

Once in the car, Mo Tingyan started the engine in silence. Wen Zhi occasionally glanced at the man beside her…

He hadn’t said a word for a while, which was unlike him.

After returning home, Mo Tingyan carried the heavy items into the kitchen, while Wen Zhi took charge of unpacking and arranging everything.

Once Mo Tingyan was done, he leaned against the kitchen doorframe with his arms crossed, watching the busy figure inside. His expression grew increasingly displeased.

Because Wen Zhi hadn’t noticed at all—he was angry.

Finally, he called out to her: “Wen Zhi.”

Wen Zhi turned abruptly. In all the days they had known each other, this was the first time he had called her by her full name.Mo Tingyan said with a serious expression, “I’m hungry.”

Wen Zhi: “…So?”

The man replied straightforwardly, “Whatever you cooked for Mo Tingjue before, make it for me too.”

Wen Zhi: “…”

“I don’t have time. I have something to do tonight—I’m going live.”

Since they would be living together from now on, Wen Zhi didn’t plan to hide anything. She turned her back to Mo Tingyan, tidying things as she said, “I mentioned it to you before—I’ve been earning extra income as a voice streamer, you could say.”

As soon as she finished speaking, a solid wall of warmth suddenly pressed against her back.

Mo Tingyan wrapped her tightly in his arms, burying his face against the nape of her neck. His warm breath brushed her skin as he restlessly nuzzled her…

Wen Zhi felt ticklish and shrank her neck, leaning forward in an attempt to put some distance between them.

But for every step she retreated, he advanced, until he had her pinned against the kitchen cabinet, unable to move.

Helpless, Wen Zhi turned her head to say something, but Mo Tingyan’s voice came first: “Your voice really is enticing. Can you use a loli voice to call me ‘husband’? Come on, let me hear it.”

To vent his frustration.

Wen Zhi raised her hand to swat away his inappropriate touch and shot him a glare—

“Get lost.”

“Angry? I’m just curious about the different vocal styles of voice streamers. If they could be used flexibly… in certain moments, wouldn’t that just melt someone’s bones?”

Wen Zhi was nearly at her wit’s end with this man!

“Drop those thoughts. I teach voice acting.”

Unable to continue this conversation with the playboy, she simply turned around, breaking free from his embrace, and said impatiently, “Alright, hurry up and get out of the kitchen. Don’t waste my time.”

But how could Mo Tingyan leave when he hadn’t achieved his goal yet?

That scumbag got to eat her cooking, while he hadn’t…

He stood still, a slight curve lifting the corner of his mouth, but his next words carried an extreme, domineering tone—
