Leave Luo City…

Those words swept in like a tornado. A cold wind seemed to lash against Su Wanqing’s face, making her ears ring.

After a long moment, Su Wanqing curled her lips into a cold smile, turned around, and disappeared into the vast night.Full novel: CEO, Enter My Game — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Another night fell.

Su Wanqing stood at the entrance of the Nevernight City, dressed in a water-blue qipao, her figure swaying gracefully, her face dark.

She had been denied entry.

Jian Ou. It had to be Jian Ou. Only he would do something like this.

Su Wanqing grabbed her phone and dialed that familiar number.

Three years. Those eleven digits were etched into her heart like a brand—yet she had never once dialed them.

“Where are you?”

There was a moment of silence on the other end before Jian Ou’s gloomy voice came through.

“Empire Building, Room 2606.”

After getting the address, Su Wanqing hung up. Within thirty minutes, she appeared downstairs at the Empire Building.

On the twenty-sixth floor, in one of the guest rooms, the door was left slightly ajar. Jian Ou, dressed in a black suit, sat on the sofa, staring gloomily at the red wine glass in his hand.

The door was suddenly pushed open.

Su Wanqing rushed in like a gust of wind and appeared right in front of Jian Ou.

“What exactly do you want?!”

Su Wanqing tried to suppress her anger, but she couldn’t. She had already fallen this far—was he still going to chase her down relentlessly?

“Leave Luo City.”

The words came from Jian Ou’s mouth like hail smashing onto the ground, freezing to the bone.

“Jian Ou, enough! Why should I leave? I don’t want to leave!”

“Don’t want to leave? Then what do you want to do? Become the top courtesan that everyone sleeps with? Su Wanqing, when did you degrade yourself to this extent?”

Su Wanqing’s words angered Jian Ou. The wine glass in his hand slammed heavily onto the tea table. Unable to withstand the force, it shattered, and the red ** spilled onto the white carpet, shockingly vivid.

Su Wanqing sneered. “So what if I degrade myself? What does it have to do with you, Young Master Jian? Don’t you just want to see me fall this low? Isn’t this enough?”

Jian Ou’s breath hitched. His black pupils shrank slightly, filled with danger.

“You’re really that short of money?”

“Yes. But it has nothing to do with you!”

Su Wanqing lifted her chin, staring stubbornly at Jian Ou.

Jian Ou’s gaze suddenly darkened, his expression turning even more terrifying.

“Fine. If you don’t want to leave Luo City, that’s fine. Be my woman. I’ll keep you. Ask for however much money you want.”

Keep her?

Su Wanqing let out a cold laugh. A strange feeling rose in her heart. She had never imagined that things between her and Jian Ou would turn into this kind of relationship—keeping and being kept.

“Hah, how ridiculous. Young Master Jian, would someone like you lack women? Why insist on talking about keeping someone like me—a top courtesan everyone sleeps with? Besides, I don’t want to be kept by you at all!”

Bang—!

The tea table shook three times as Jian Ou suddenly stood up. His dark expression looked as if it could drip ink.

“Su Wanqing, don’t push your luck. Either leave Luo City, or be kept by me. You choose!”

Su Wanqing looked at Jian Ou, who was burning with anger. Slowly, a cold, dazzling smile bloomed on her lips. Her red lips parted slightly, and she spat out three words—

“Impossible.”

The moment the words fell, without waiting for Jian Ou’s response, Su Wanqing turned around decisively, leaving behind a proud, cold figure as she disappeared out the door.

From behind came a series of chaotic noises. Without turning back, Su Wanqing knew she had completely angered Jian Ou this time.

But so what?

Hatred had already taken root long ago. What difference did it make if she added one more stroke?

Walking out of the Empire Building, a beam of headlights shot straight into Su Wanqing’s eyes—bright and blinding, making her momentarily dazed.

Under the glare, the pride she had just held onto evaporated. Standing at the entrance of the Empire Building, Su Wanqing lowered her head.

Leaving Luo City was impossible.

Leaving Nevernight City was even more impossible.

This time, Jian Ou was trying to push her to a dead end.

There was no way Jian Ou would back down. So the only option left was to find Sister Mei again. After all, she was the nominal boss of Nevernight City. If she was willing to help, staying might not be that difficult.

Taking a couple of deep breaths, Su Wanqing forced herself to pull it together. She hailed a taxi and headed toward Nevernight City.

The night wind blew in through the open window. Su Wanqing felt a chill on her face. She raised her hand to wipe it—only to realize her face was already covered in tears without her noticing.

Three years… and she could still cry because of him.

Su Wanqing, you really are beyond saving.

The deeper the night, the crazier it became—these words were best embodied in Nevernight City. Lively guests, soft and charming hostesses, weaving together a dream that no one wanted to wake up from.

Su Wanqing stood in the shadows, quietly waiting.

She was waiting for an opportunity.

“Young Master Qin, leaving already?”

A familiar voice rang out. Su Wanqing looked up and, sure enough, saw Sister Mei coming out to see a guest off.

“Haha, I’m leaving. Taking one of your people with me—Boss Mei won’t mind, right?”

A beautiful woman leaned into the man’s arms. As he spoke, his hand had already grabbed her full hips several times.

“Of course not. I’ll even remind Manlu to serve Young Master Qin well. But speaking of that, Young Master Qin really has a good eye—Manlu is the prettiest girl in the whole place tonight.”

Sister Mei smiled as she spoke, sounding completely sincere.

“Is that so? That’s great. I like pretty ones, hahaha.”

A black car sped past.

Before Sister Mei could even put away her smile, Su Wanqing had already appeared in front of her.
