The two of them went to have breakfast together. They ordered two baskets of crab roe soup dumplings and two bowls of wonton soup.
After eating, they placed another order for one hundred servings, had everything packed, and stored it in the warehouse inside the space.
“Let’s go to my house and get some sleep. After that, we’ll continue stockpiling supplies. Tonight, I’ll treat you to a big feast,” Ye Qinglan said with a smile.
“Okay. I’ll make a few more calls and have people deliver live fish and seafood. They’ll send everything directly to your house. I’ll also order more of your favorite takeout. Don’t forget to stock up on steamed buns, and make sure you buy medicine too,” Jia Ni said before calling several suppliers.
The two returned to Ye Qinglan’s villa and told the butler that people would be delivering goods throughout the day. After taking showers, they went straight to bed.
They slept until they woke up naturally.
After washing up and going downstairs, they found that the takeout had already arrived.
There was so much food that several trucks had delivered it. Orders from many different restaurants filled the entrance, and all the household staff came out to help carry everything inside.
“Uncle Gao, I’m going to transfer some money to you later. Please dismiss all the staff. I’m selling this house and preparing to immigrate overseas. Don’t tell anyone about this,” Ye Qinglan said before transferring enough money for his retirement.
“Thank you, Miss. I’ll keep everything you told me completely confidential.”
After speaking, Uncle Gao dismissed all the servants.
Soon, everyone packed their belongings and left the villa.
Ye Qinglan checked the takeout.
She had ordered 2,000 of each type of bun:
She also bought 5,000 of each of the following:
For cooked foods, she purchased 500 pounds of each:
She also bought 500 cups each of:
As well as 500 servings each of:
Ye Qinglan stored everything inside the space.
Then she had lunch with Jia Ni.
After eating, she emptied the entire villa into her space.
There were more than a dozen luxury cars in the underground garage, and she stored every one of them.
She even took all the furniture.
The kitchen was stripped completely clean.
“Put the villa up for sale. I’m willing to lower the price if the buyer pays in full,” Ye Qinglan told her assistant over the phone.
“Boss, the apartment we listed last night has already been sold. Several of your other properties have also been sold. I’ve already transferred all the money into your account,” the assistant reported.
His work efficiency was exceptionally high.
“Very good. Once all the properties are sold, I’ll send you a bonus.”
“Thank you, Boss.”
He knew his boss was generous, and her bonuses were always substantial.
Ye Qinglan checked her phone and confirmed that a large amount of money had indeed been deposited into her bank account.
She immediately transferred another ten billion yuan to Jia Ni.
At that moment, all the seafood and live fish, shrimp, and shellfish that Jia Ni had ordered arrived in the courtyard.
After inspecting everything and paying the suppliers, Jia Ni sent them away.
The seafood was stored in the warehouse inside the space, while the live fish and shrimp were released into the lake.
Later, the two drove to the city’s largest shopping mall.
They bought 2,000 sets of underwear, along with 500 sets of thermal underwear in every size and every color.
They also purchased twenty of each type of quilt:
“Jia Ni, let’s buy more cosmetics, facial masks, sunscreen, and nail polish,” Ye Qinglan said.
She loved beauty products.
“Qinglan, you should stock up on as much as possible. Once everything changes, you won’t be able to buy any of these anymore.”
Reluctant to part with her best friend, Jia Ni carefully selected countless items for her.
They bought:
Everything would be delivered to the villa the following day.
Afterward, they visited a seed company.
They ordered 500 pounds of every variety of vegetable seed and 2,000 pounds of every type of grain seed.
Those would also be delivered to the villa the next day.
“Help me order a large shipment of medicine. I want every kind available. Don’t forget gauze and disinfectant,” Ye Qinglan instructed her assistant after becoming tired.
“Yes, Boss.”
The assistant worked quickly and arranged for everything to be delivered to the villa the following morning.
“Come on. Tonight, I’ll treat you to a big feast,” Ye Qinglan said with a smile.
“I want king crab, bluefin tuna, A5 wagyu beef, French escargot, and foie gras.”
Jia Ni didn’t hold back at all.
“No problem. As long as you can finish it, I’ll pay for everything.”
Ye Qinglan laughed generously.
“By the way, don’t forget to read the novels I sent you. Tomorrow I’ll continue helping you gather supplies.”
As Jia Ni spoke, her eyes became slightly red.
The two happily finished their luxurious dinner before returning home to get some rest.
There would be another full day of stockpiling tomorrow.
Ye Qinglan drove back to the villa.
After entering the space, she took a shower and planned to read the novels Jia Ni had sent her.
Before she could start reading, her phone rang.
“President Ye, the highest price I can offer is eighty billion yuan. If you’re willing to sell, give me a call tomorrow.”
The caller hung up immediately after speaking.
Ye Qinglan then called another buyer.
“President Sun, President Zhu has already offered me eighty-five billion yuan.”
Before she could finish, the other party interrupted.
“President Ye, I’ll offer eighty-eight billion yuan. If you agree, we can sign the contract tomorrow.”
President Sun was determined to acquire the shares.
“Alright. Let’s sign the contract tomorrow at eight o’clock.”
Ye Qinglan smiled as she ended the call.
She slept soundly through the night.
Early the next morning, Ye Qinglan went to the company to sign the contract.
Within an hour, all the money had been transferred into her account.
She returned to the villa and collected the remaining items.
After that, she drove to a neighboring city.
She rented a warehouse and began purchasing supplies in bulk.
At the local wholesale market, she bought 1,000 of each of the following:
She also bought 5,000 pounds of honeycomb coal briquettes.
Next, she purchased 5,000 pounds each of:
She also visited a textile factory and bought 10,000 bolts of every type of fabric, including:
While waiting for the deliveries, she bought outdoor equipment, including:
After collecting all the supplies, Ye Qinglan returned home.
Someone had come to view the villa that day.
If they liked it, ownership would be transferred immediately.
The buyer had just returned from overseas.
After touring the villa, they were satisfied, paid in full, and completed the ownership transfer on the spot.
Ye Qinglan immediately went to find Ga Ni.
“Jia Ni, my villa was sold today.”
She couldn’t help feeling a little sad.
“Qinglan, don’t be upset. I’ve already prepared more supplies for you.”
After saying that, the two agreed on a meeting place.
Jia Ni took her from warehouse to warehouse collecting supplies.
Every storage warehouse belonged to her family.
She truly was the kind of best friend anyone would be lucky to have.
