Lucy rushed into the classroom in panic.
“Jennifer!” she cried out loudly.
“Ash’s nose is bleeding!”
The moment Jennifer heard that, anger instantly appeared on her face.
Without saying another word, she stormed out of the classroom.
A few minutes later, she came back looking furious.
The entire class fell silent the moment she entered.
Jennifer walked straight toward Roy—
And suddenly—
Slap!
She slapped him hard across the face.
Everyone froze in shock.
Roy slowly turned his face back toward her, his eyes cold and dangerous.
Just then, Suzumi stepped forward angrily.
“Jennifer!
You can’t hit Roy like that!”
Jennifer glared at her furiously.
“Shut up, you asshole!”
Before Suzumi could reply, Aria suddenly stood up from her seat.
“Jennifer,” she said coldly, “how dare you abuse my friend like that?
Control your tongue.”
Jennifer immediately turned toward Aria with burning anger in her eyes.
“This is all happening because of you!” she shouted.
“Ever since you came here, something bad keeps happening!”
Jennifer glared at Aria with pure hatred in her eyes.
“Why don’t you just leave our school already?”
Aria crossed her arms calmly.
“Sure.
But first, you leave this world… then I’ll leave the school on my own.”
The classroom instantly fell silent.
Jennifer clenched her fists angrily.
“And why can’t you leave first?”
Aria’s expression darkened slightly.
“Because I’m the one who can erase you from this world.”
Jennifer let out a mocking laugh.
“Oh?
I wish you could.”
Aria stepped closer fearlessly.
“Yes,” she said coldly.
“I can.”
Jennifer smirked.
“Then do it right now.”
Aria stared directly into her eyes.
“Not now.”
Jennifer frowned.
“Why not?”
Aria’s voice turned dangerously calm.
“Because you won’t be able to handle the action’s reactions.”
She slowly turned away before speaking one last time.
“So for now… I’m letting you go.
But remember one thing—”
Aria looked back over her shoulder.
“I will never forgive you.”
At that exact moment—
Ringggg!
The final bell rang, echoing through the entire school.
Roy was walking home alone that evening when suddenly—
A group of nearly fifteen thugs surrounded him.
Before Roy could react properly, they started beating him mercilessly.
Not far away, Yuji witnessed everything.
His eyes widened in shock.
“Hey!” he shouted angrily.
“I’m calling the police!”
Hearing that, the thugs quickly ran away before getting caught.
Yuji immediately rushed toward Roy and helped him up.
Seeing Roy covered in injuries, he quickly took him to the hospital.
After admitting him, Yuji nervously called Shuyong.
The moment the call connected, Yuji spoke hurriedly,
“Shuyong… someone beat Roy really badly.
He’s hospitalized right now.”
Shuyong instantly stood up from his seat.
“What?!
Where are you right now?
Which hospital?”
“Nightfall Hospital,” Yuji replied.
“Stay there.
I’m coming right now.”
Just then, Shin noticed how panicked Shuyong looked.
“What happened?”
Shuyong quickly explained everything.
Hearing the news, Aria, Usagi, Suzumi, Shin, and Shuyong all rushed together toward the hospital.
The moment they arrived, Yuji looked relieved.
“I have to leave now,” he said quietly.
“Something important came up.”
Shuyong nodded.
“Alright.
Thanks for helping him.”
The group quickly asked for Roy’s room number and hurried there.
When Roy saw Shuyong entering the room, his eyes widened.
Then suddenly—
He started crying.
Shuyong walked closer and looked at him quietly before speaking softly,
“It’s okay.
What happened already happened.
There’s no point remembering it again and again.”
Roy stayed silent while tears continued falling from his eyes.
Then Shuyong gave him a faint smile.
“Let’s just become good friends again… like before.”
For the first time in years, Roy smiled weakly back at him.
The atmosphere in the room finally became lighter as everyone started talking together.
After spending some time there, everyone eventually headed back home.
Usagi lived nearby, so she reached home quickly.
Shin and Suzumi also lived close to each other, so they walked together.
Meanwhile, Shuyong and Aria shared half the same route home.
The two walked side by side quietly under the night sky.
When they finally reached the point where their paths separated, both of them turned toward their own streets—
But suddenly—
Shuyong’s phone vibrated.
It was a message from Usagi.
> Someone is trying to break into my house…
Shuyong’s expression instantly changed.
He quickly showed the message to Aria.
Without wasting another second, both of them ran toward the road to find a taxi.
But no taxi stopped.
Aria clicked her tongue in frustration.
“Forget it.”
And the next second—
She started sprinting toward Usagi’s house through a shortcut route.
A moment later, Shuyong finally managed to stop a taxi.
While sitting inside, he quickly texted Shin about the situation.
Shin immediately informed Suzumi, and the two of them also rushed toward Usagi’s house.
A few minutes later, Shuyong arrived first.
Soon after, Shin and Suzumi reached there too.
Shin looked around quickly.
“Where’s Aria?”
“She ran here on foot,” Shuyong replied.
Suzumi blinked.
“Then she definitely won’t arrive anytime soo—”
“I’m here…”
Everyone turned around in shock.
Aria stood behind them, breathing heavily after running the entire way.
Suzumi quickly held her shoulders to support her.
Then suddenly—
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
The loud sound of someone hitting a door echoed from upstairs.
Aria immediately straightened herself.
“You guys go ahead,” she said calmly.
“I’m coming.”
Shin, Suzumi, and Shuyong rushed upstairs through the stairs—
Only to find Aria already standing there.
Suzumi stared at her in disbelief.
“…There was an elevator?”
Aria shrugged casually.
“You guys wasted your energy.”
Another loud BANG!
echoed again.
The group finally reached the source of the noise.
A man wearing a black mask was violently banging on Usagi’s gate.
Wanting to look cool in front of Aria, Shuyong immediately stepped forward and pushed Aria and Suzumi behind him.
“I’ll handle this.”
Then he charged toward the masked man and started fighting him.
A moment later, Shin joined the fight too.
But the masked man was unbelievably strong.
After a brutal fight, both Shin and Shuyong became so injured and exhausted that they could barely stand anymore.
Seeing them weakened, the masked man slowly started walking toward Suzumi.
Suzumi froze in fear.
But suddenly—
THUD!
Aria spun around and kicked the masked man so hard that he crashed straight onto the floor.
Everyone stared at her in shock.
Aria calmly walked toward the man and removed his mask.
The moment she saw his face, her expression changed slightly.
“No… it’s not him.”
Suzumi looked confused.
“Who?”
Aria immediately stood up again.
“No one.”
Then she turned toward Suzumi.
“You okay?”
Before Suzumi could answer, the masked man suddenly stood up again and angrily started hitting the door once more.
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
Aria’s eye twitched in irritation.
Then—
BOOM!
She kicked the door so hard that it broke open instantly.
Everyone froze.
Aria looked at the masked man coldly.
“Stop hitting the door again and again.
It’s hurting my ears.”
Then she casually tied him up with a rope and pushed him toward Usagi.
“You handle the rest.”
And just like that—
Aria walked away happily, humming and dancing as if absolutely nothing had happened…
