By the next morning, news about last night’s fight had already spread throughout the entire school.
Everyone was whispering about it.
When Aria and the others arrived at New Spring Academy, they immediately noticed something strange.
Shuyong ,Shin,Roy wasn’t there.
As soon as class started, Laulilla quickly walked over to Aria’s desk.
“Where’s shuyong?” she asked worriedly.
Aria calmly looked up at her.
“He didn’t come today.”
Laulilla frowned.
“Can’t you say something properly instead of staring at me like that?”
Aria rested her chin on her hand while continuing to look at her suspiciously.
“I’m just observing something.”
Laulilla blinked in confusion.
“What?”
Aria smirked slightly.
“You seem pretty worried about him.”
Laulilla immediately crossed her arms defensively.
“No!
Not at all.
He’s just my classmate, that’s why I asked.”
Aria raised an eyebrow dramatically.
“Oh really?
Then I guess Shin and Roy aren’t your classmates either?”
Laulilla’s face instantly turned red.
“Ugh, forget it!”
Then she suddenly remembered something.
“Oh right.
Jennifer called you to the ground earlier.”
Aria looked completely unbothered.
“Tell her to meet me during lunch.”
Laulilla sighed tiredly.
“…Fine.
“Ringggg!
The bell rang, and all the students quickly returned to their seats.
A few moments later, Miss Chen entered the classroom.
“Good morning, miss,” the students greeted together.
“Good morning,” Miss Chen replied with a small smile.
She placed her books on the desk before speaking seriously.
“Your monthly exams are coming soon, so make sure to prepare well for them.”
The entire class instantly became quieter.
“And today, there’s an important meeting in the staff room,” she continued.
“So I’ll have to leave for a while.”
Then she looked around the classroom carefully.
“Until I return, all of you will do self-study.
No noise, understood?”
“Yes, miss,” the students replied together.
Just then, Jennifer entered the classroom and walked straight toward Laulilla.
“So?” she asked impatiently.
“Did you tell her what I said?”
Laulilla nodded slightly.
“Yeah.
Aria said she’ll talk to you during lunch.”
Jennifer crossed her arms before replying coldly,
“Fine.”
The students were busy talking and laughing with each other while waiting for lunch break.
After some time—
Ringggg!
The lunch bell rang loudly through the school.
Almost instantly, everyone rushed out of the classroom.
At the same time, Aria headed toward the school ground to meet Jennifer.
As she arrived, she looked around casually.
“Jennifer?
Where are you?
I’m here.”
“I’m over here,” Jennifer replied from a distance.
Aria turned around and walked toward her calmly.
“So?
Why did you call me here?”
Jennifer glanced toward Laulilla and Enid.
“You two leave for a while.”
The two girls exchanged confused looks before quietly walking away.
Once they were alone, Aria crossed her arms.
“Now talk.
Why did you bring me here?”
Jennifer looked unusually serious.
“There’s something I need to tell you.”
Aria raised an eyebrow.
“What?”
Jennifer took a deep breath.
“The stalker at Usagi’s house… that black mask man…”
Her eyes darkened slightly.
“Usagi called him herself.”
Aria’s expression didn’t change at all.
“Yeah,” she replied calmly.
“I already know.”
Jennifer looked shocked.
“You knew?
Then why didn’t you do anything?!”
Aria slowly looked toward the school building.
“Because,” she said quietly, “I want everyone to see her true face themselves.”
Jennifer frowned in confusion.
“…What true face?”
Aria looked at Jennifer calmly.
“You’ll understand everything with time.”
Jennifer nodded slightly.
“I see.”
Then Aria spoke again.
“Jennifer… I need your help.”
Jennifer crossed her arms.
“Tell me.”
Aria lowered her voice carefully.
“But don’t tell this to anyone.”
Jennifer nodded.
Aria continued,
“Usagi likes Shuyong.
That’s why she got Roy beaten up by those gangsters.”
Jennifer’s eyes widened in shock.
“How do you know that?”
Aria answered seriously,
“Because when Shin told me about Shuyong’s past… Usagi heard that conversation too , and from his face expression it’s totally cleared that she was going to take revenge with roy for what he done to shuyong.”
Jennifer stayed silent for a moment before slowly speaking,
“Yeah… now that I think about it, only me, Shin, Roy, and Shuyong knew about that matter.”
Her expression darkened.
“So why was Usagi suddenly so interested in it?”
Jennifer looked directly at Aria.
“That means she used you just to learn more about Shuyong.”
Aria nodded slowly.
“Exactly.”
Then her expression turned serious.
“So now you and I have to protect Roy together.”
She extended her hand slightly toward Jennifer.
“So tell me… are you with me?”
Jennifer looked at Aria seriously before nodding.
“Yes… I’m with you .
But atleast tell me from whom we have to protect Roy.”
A faint smile appeared on Aria’s face.
“Good.
Then there’s something you need to help me with.”
Jennifer frowned slightly.
“What kind of help?”
Aria crossed her arms calmly.
“You need to get permission for me from Laulilla.”
Jennifer looked confused.
“Permission for what?”
Aria glanced toward the classroom windows before replying quietly,
“So that I can trap Shuyong in love…”
Jennifer’s eyes widened instantly.
“…What?”
Aria continued calmly,
“I want him to confess his feelings to me first.”
Then a cold smirk appeared on her lips.
“And when that happens, Usagi will reveal her true self in front of everyone.”
Jennifer stayed silent for a few seconds before finally nodding.
“…Alright.”
Without wasting more time, Jennifer went to talk to Laulilla.
After some discussion—
Aria finally got the permission she needed.
After all those conversations, lunch break finally ended, and the students slowly started returning to their classrooms.
As Aria walked back toward the class, Suzumi suddenly came beside her.
“Aria, where were you?”
Aria replied casually,
“I was at the ground.”
Suzumi nodded slightly before smiling.
“By the way… you fought really well yesterday.”
The moment she mentioned the fight, the other students nearby immediately gathered around Aria excitedly.
“Aria, you’re seriously so strong!”
“Yeah!
You handled that stalker all by yourself!”
“Even Shuyong and Shin together couldn’t stop him properly!”
“You’re actually really brave… and super strong too!”
Aria looked at everyone for a moment before awkwardly scratching the back of her neck.
“It wasn’t big a deal, for me .” she muttered casually…
