His voice was hoarse and low. Even if she were slow to catch on, she could sense the dangerous atmosphere in the air right now.

Zhao Jingwan even felt that the gaze fixed on her had already stripped her clothes off.

Her throat tightened, and she retreated in fear.Full novel: Claimed by a Foreigner: Baby, I’ve Caught You Again — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Seeing the man narrow his eyes dangerously at her movement, her brain’s instinctive reaction screamed only one word at her: run.

So, without hesitation, her body obeyed her mind’s command. She spun around and bolted toward the door.

She twisted the handle. It opened.

She pushed the door open and saw Zhou Zheng just coming up to the second floor.

He looked equally surprised to see her.

The girl, who hadn’t even managed to step half a foot out of the room, looked at him with terrified eyes, as if pleading for help.

Her lips parted slightly, but before she could utter a word,

Zhou Zheng saw a muscular arm wrap around her waist from behind, and the girl was yanked back into the room in one swift motion.

Then the door slammed shut.

He stood there, lowered his head in thought, and decided that no matter how urgent the matter was, he wouldn’t dare go up to disturb them now.

Luo Jin scooped her up with one arm and kicked the door shut.

With his other hand, he took the cigarette from his mouth and took a light drag, tilting his head to press close to her ear, his posture roguish.

“Running? Hm?”

His breath sprayed against the back of her ear. Zhao Jingwan flinched, shrinking her neck, and spoke in a trembling voice.

“You said you wouldn’t touch me.”

“Did I say that?”

He set her down and pressed her against the wall beside him, taking the cigarette from his mouth and exhaling a wisp of smoke.

“Say I did. What if I take it back now?”

He lowered his head, closing in on her lips, stopping just a breath away.

Zhao Jingwan immediately turned her head away, her voice thick with tears as she shook her head lightly.

“No… no, you can’t go back on your word.”

Her heart pounded violently, threatening to burst out of her chest. There was nothing but fear in her—nothing else.

Her body was pinned hard against the wall, unable to move an inch.

All she could do was bite her lip and endure. Because she was so terrified, every nerve in her brain was stretched taut. She couldn’t think of any way out, and her eyes reddened with desperation, on the verge of tears.

The man let out a low chuckle, turned his head, and leaned in again, lightly biting the corner of her lips that she had turned away.

“No? Why not? You were twisting your hips so seductively. If I didn’t react, would I even be a man?”

“Hm? Give me one reason not to fuck you.”

His low, hoarse, strained voice made it clear that his desire had reached its peak.

If he held back any longer, he’d truly be a saint.

“I…”

She stammered, unable to form words. Luo Jin’s hand holding the cigarette reached up to pinch her cheek, and he lowered his head to bite down on those lips she had just bitten red and swollen herself.

The kiss grew harder and harder. Zhao Jingwan’s face was held firmly in the man’s grip, and she couldn’t move at all.

She could barely breathe. Cornered and desperate, she bit down hard between her teeth.

The pressure on her lips vanished, and she finally had a moment to gasp for air.

Luo Jin raised his hand to touch his lip. The taste of blood spread through his mouth.

“Heh. Want to play rough, do you?”

She dared to bite him. It seemed being gentle with her wasn’t an option—this little girl liked it rough.

He reached out and hoisted her directly onto his shoulder, carrying her to the balcony on the second floor. He set her down facing the ground below, pressing her against the glass railing.

One hand gripped the back of her neck from behind.

Her slender wrists were twisted behind her back and held in his grasp. His tall frame pressed against her back as he threatened her in a voice both vile and seductive.

“See how many people are down there?”

Below was a garden. There was a gardener trimming the lawn, a maid watering the flowers. Not many people, but they came and went—and if any of them looked up, they’d see her.

Zhao Jingwan was terrified.

“Say it. Do you want to play here?”

“No…”

“No what?”

Luo Jin casually stubbed out the cigarette butt between his fingers on the railing beside him, asking in a careless tone.

“Don’t want me to fuck you? Or don’t want me to fuck you here?”

His crude words pushed her to the brink of emotional collapse.

Zhao Jingwan couldn’t hold it together anymore. Tears streamed down her face, drop after drop, each one heartbreakingly pitiful.

Her hair, already loose and disheveled, finally lost its hair tie entirely from all the jostling.

She was forced to bend forward, her stomach pressed against the railing, nearly half her body hanging over the edge.

A gust of wind rose, tangling her long hair.

Zhao Jingwan wanted to beg for mercy, wearing that face so tearfully beautiful in its distress.

She turned her head to look at the man behind her. Her hair flew in the wind, tears streaming to her chin before being blown away.

“Please… don’t…”

Her beauty was on full display in this moment.

The girl’s reddened eyes, her slightly swollen lips, crystal-clear tears sliding down her cheeks.

Her wind-tossed hair whipped messily across her beautiful face.

Her soft pleas wrapped around him, seeping into his very bones.

So broken, and yet breathtakingly beautiful.

The sight landed in Luo Jin’s eyes, stirring an even stronger urge for destruction buried deep within him.

He wanted to make her cry louder, to hear her beg without pause, to watch her tremble in agony.

To bring her pleasure, to watch her bloom with every beauty she had never released.

His desire had reached its peak. Just as his hand was about to move, a broken, trembling female voice sounded.

“I know Rodell…”

The large hand between her legs stopped. Luo Jin looked up at her, most of the lust draining from his eyes.

“He’s my father.”

“What did you say?”

Zhao Jingwan closed her eyes and lowered her head, her long hair falling forward to conceal her face and mask her expression.

“Didn’t you ask if I recognized the person in the photo? I do. That’s me.”

Her voice was calm.

Luo Jin released his grip on her hand.

“Go on.”

“I came to Dubai to find him. I know Sheikh—he’s my half-brother on my father’s side. He picked me up on my first day here. He said he’d take me to meet my father once he finished his business, but he never showed up.”

“Who is Chu Ning?”

“She’s my friend. I wasn’t lying to you. Over a month ago, she went to Italy on a trip with a classmate, and then she disappeared. I have no idea how she ended up in Dubai. The last call she made to me—she gave me an address, and that address was that club. I really am looking for her.”

She tucked her tousled hair behind her ear casually, then looked up at the man. Her eyes were soft and vulnerable this time, without the tension and fear from before. Luo Jin could tell that what she was saying now wasn’t a lie.

“Where is Sheikh?”

“I don’t know.”

She shook her head. She truly didn’t know—only that he should still be alive. But the man hadn’t asked that question, so she didn’t offer an extra answer.

“This information doesn’t seem very useful to me.”

He stared at her, as if telling her that saying all this wouldn’t buy her anything.

“Is that so?”

Her voice was somewhat weak, her heart sinking. A few seconds later, she raised her gaze to meet the man’s eyes directly and spoke slowly.

“I know where the thing you’re looking for is.”

Luo Jin raised an eyebrow, intrigued by her statement.

“Before Sheikh left, he gave me a key to a villa. He told me that if I couldn’t wait for him, I should go there and find a man named Sifu. I went there, but no one was there.”

“How do you know what I’m looking for is there?”

Zhao Jingwan composed herself and said quietly.

“I don’t know for sure. But you haven’t found it yet either, have you? At least… at least Sheikh met with me before he disappeared. Otherwise, can you find anyone else who had contact with him?”

Interesting. Luo Jin looked at her lowered head. Her voice was soft, but she’d hit on exactly what mattered to him.

“Do you know what happens to people who lie to me?”
