The tense silence in the café hadn’t even begun to fade when a sinister sound echoing from the entrance shifted the atmosphere once again.
“Kukuku…” It was a distinct, mocking, and dark laugh.
Everyone snapped their heads toward the source.
Approaching the table was a tall young man with crimson hair cascading over his shoulders—Ryuuen Kakeru.
Four people followed closely behind him.
Ryuuen slowed his pace, stopping directly in front of Kamiki’s table.
His hands were shoved into his pockets as he locked his gaze onto Kamiki.
“So, you’re the famous Kamiki,” Ryuuen said, his smirk widening.
“Shiro spoke quite a bit about you.” Shiro’s cheerful expression instantly turned to ice.
She sat up slightly in Kamiki’s lap, her eyes narrowing with sharp hatred as her brow furrowed deeply.
“Don’t address me by my first name,” Shiro said.
Her voice was dead cold, carrying the weight of an absolute command.
Ryuuen flinched slightly at the sudden outburst.
He instinctively began to take a step back, but caught himself at the last second.
Holding his ground, he forced his smirk to stay in place.
“Don’t be so hostile,” Ryuuen countered, the mockery in his tone dialing back a notch.
“After all, we’re in the same boat now, Shiro.” Kamiki, however, wasn’t looking at Shiro; his eyes were fixed entirely on Ryuuen.
His analytical gaze locked onto the boy.
Ryuuen’s face was quite literally a wreck.
Deep cuts marred his cheeks, the corner of his lip was split open, and both of his eyes were surrounded by pitch-black bruises.
He looked like he was barely standing.
Kamiki tilted his head slightly, looking down at the white-haired girl in his lap.
“Why did you beat him up, Shiro?” Kamiki asked.
Shiro leaned back against Kamiki’s chest, turning her arrogant gaze back to Ryuuen as she shrugged indifferently.
“He was talking big in class,” Shiro said, her tone utterly nonchalant, as if discussing the weather.
“He claimed he would rule the class with absolute power.
So, I just showed him who actually holds absolute power.
That’s all.” Her words sent another wave of shock through the other girls at the table.
Ichinose gasped, bringing both hands to her mouth.
“Oh my god…” she whispered, unable to believe that this girl was responsible for Ryuuen’s horrific state.
Amikura’s eyes widened to the size of saucers.
“Y-You did that to him?” she stammered.
Meanwhile, Chihiro shrank back toward the edge of the table in fear, instantly intimidated by Shiro.
“Calm down, girls,” Kamiki said smoothly, his voice soft and soothing.
“Shiro-chan isn’t a violent person.” He glanced back at Ryuuen’s bruised eyes.
“This idiot probably deserved the beating.” “But it’s still wrong, Shirogane-kun,” Ichinose said, her voice turning serious and reproachful.
“Getting into fights with your classmates isn’t right.” Amikura nodded in agreement.
“Yeah, he looks terrible,” she murmured.
Shiro shifted slightly in Kamiki’s lap, turning her head to look directly at Ichinose.
Her eyes narrowed as she looked down at her.
“Melon-chan, you’re far too naive,” Shiro mocked.
Ichinose blinked, completely thrown off by the bizarre nickname.
Her cheeks instantly flushed pink.
“M-Melon?” she stuttered.
Ignoring her confusion, Shiro pressed on.
“I don’t like violence either,” she said, her voice dropping into a warning tone.
“But I know when it needs to be used.
You’d better start thinking that way too.
Otherwise, this school will eat you alive.” Yuki intervened, leaning forward slightly and waving her hand through the air.
“Alright, alright,” Yuki said, her voice authoritative yet cheerful.
“Both of you stop.” She turned her sharp gaze directly to Shiro.
“Let’s cut the pointless chatter.” Shiro shrugged, settling a bit deeper into Kamiki’s chest.
“Fair enough.
A waste of time.” Yuki then turned her eyes toward Ryuuen and his entourage.
“Shiro,” she said.
“Introduce us to your new friends.” Ryuuen took a step forward, not bothering to wait for Shiro to speak.
His lips curled back into a smirk.
“Kukuku…” Ryuuen chuckled, his violet eyes sweeping over the table.
“I’m Ryuuen Kakeru.” A short-haired girl behind him stepped forward next.
She clearly had no intention of waiting for an introduction either, her gaze incredibly sharp.
“Ibuki Mio,” she said, her voice icy.
Shiro threw her head back, casting a fierce glare at Ryuuen and Ibuki.
She despised being interrupted.
Still, she sighed and gestured toward the remaining two.
“Finally,” Shiro said, her voice laced with boredom.
“This is Ishizaki Daichi.” Hearing his name, Ishizaki stiffened.
The lingering fear from Shiro’s beating was evident on his face as he tried to avert his eyes.
“And that’s Yamada Albert,” Shiro finished.
Albert stood in the back, a massive, imposing figure.
He nodded silently.
His sheer size sent a small shiver of intimidation through the girls at the table.
Ichinose took a deep breath, wanting to dispel the lingering tension.
She immediately forced her signature warm, genuine smile back onto her face.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you all,” Ichinose said, looking directly at Ryuuen’s group.
“I’m Ichinose Honami from Class B.” “I’m Tsubaki Yuki,” Yuki introduced herself, her voice brimming with confidence and cheer.
“I’m a childhood friend of Shiro-chan and Kamiki-kun.” Ryuuen’s eyes narrowed at her words, his bruised face wincing slightly from the movement.
He looked from Yuki to Kamiki, who was still holding Shiro in his lap.
Shaking his head, he tried to maintain his mocking smirk.
“Kukuku…” Ryuuen muttered.
“Childhood friends, huh?
Are you two monsters just like her, then?” The word ‘monster’ dropped like a bomb in the café.
All the girls froze.
Ichinose’s eyebrows shot up in bewilderment.
“Monster?” she asked, her voice filled with confusion and shock.
“Don’t mind this idiot, girls,” Shiro said casually.
“I think I beat him a bit too hard.
His brain hasn’t fully recovered yet.” Ishizaki swallowed hard at her words, lowering his head.
Ryuuen gritted his teeth in fury, but he didn’t utter a single syllable.
Speaking up against Shiro’s absolute power would only guarantee another beating.
“You guys can keep talking,” Kamiki said, his voice calm, smooth, and naturally captivating.
“I have some business to attend to.” As he spoke, Kamiki gently took Shiro by the waist and lifted her off his lap without hurting her.
Shiro looked at him in surprise as her feet hit the floor.
Kamiki pushed his chair back, stood up, and casually straightened his clothes.
Yuki and Shiro reacted instantly, both stepping forward.
“We’re coming with you!” Shiro said, her eyes practically begging him not to leave.
Yuki stepped up beside him as well.
“Yeah, Kamiki-kun.
Let us tag along so you aren’t alone.” Kamiki raised his hand slightly, stopping them in their tracks.
His gaze was resolute, leaving no room for argument.
“No,” Kamiki said, his voice absolute.
Shiro pouted but didn’t press further.
Kamiki leaned down slightly toward her.
“Yuki has my number,” Kamiki told her.
“Get it from her.
Bring Kiyone to my room tonight.” His eyes lingered on both of them.
“We have something important to discuss.” “Fine, we’ll be there,” Shiro murmured.
Yuki nodded in agreement.
“I’ll let Kiyone know.” Kamiki turned back to the other girls at the table.
Ichinose, Amikura, and Chihiro were all watching him with a mix of admiration and curiosity.
Masking himself once more, Kamiki put on his flawless, charming smile and offered a polite nod.
“It was wonderful meeting you all,” Kamiki said.
“Thank you for the coffee.
Enjoy your chat.” “See you around, Shirogane-kun,” Ichinose said, waving with a sweet smile.
Amikura and Chihiro murmured their goodbyes as well.
Kamiki turned on his heel and walked toward the café exit with calm, confident strides, ignoring the intense stares of the male students as he stepped out the door.
Leaving the café behind, Kamiki headed straight toward the school’s sprawling shopping mall.
After stopping by a few stores and finishing his shopping, he returned to the boys’ dorms, carrying several bags.
He tossed his phone onto the desk and began unboxing his newly purchased laptop.
This computer was bought specifically for his little scheme.
Threatening Kamuro Masumi directly with the video was, without a doubt, the easiest method.
He could easily turn her into his lapdog, hand off his dirty work to her, and make her do his bidding.
However, a relationship built solely on fear is fragile and easily shattered.
If variables changed—say, the video leaked anyway or she found a new backer—the “dog” could bite back at any moment.
Because of this, Kamiki opted for a slightly more challenging, yet far safer route.
After working in his room for a few hours, he changed his clothes and headed back out, taking a casual stroll around the dormitory grounds.
His eyes scanned his surroundings like a predator scouting for prey.
It didn’t take long for the perfect opportunity to present itself.
He spotted three male students sitting on a bench right outside the boys’ dorm.
They were talking loudly, gesturing wildly, and whispering among themselves every time a female student walked past.
It was Ike Kanji, Sudo Ken, and Yamauchi Haruki.
Kamiki steered his steps toward them, slipping on his usual calm, reassuring, and polite mask.
Ike leaned back on the bench.
“Dude, the girls in this school are seriously legendary!” he exclaimed.
Yamauchi fixed his hair, boasting, “Honestly, I think I’m gonna confess to a girl on the very first day.
There’s no way she’ll reject me.” He paused, then added, “Have you guys seen Sakura from our class?
Her chest is huge.” Right at that moment, Kamiki reached the bench and slowed his pace.
The trio’s eyes snapped to him.
Kamiki paused, offering them a picture-perfect smile.
“Hey there, boys,” Kamiki said, his voice warm and friendly.
“Hope I’m not interrupting?” Ike blinked, eyeing Kamiki up and down.
The boy’s striking looks and overwhelming aura made him hesitate for a second.
“Uh, no, you’re good,” Ike said.
“Are you a first-year too?” “Yes,” Kamiki replied, taking a step closer.
“I’m Kamiki Shirogane.
I believe we’re staying in the same dorm.” Sudo narrowed his eyes at Kamiki’s relaxed demeanor.
“I’m Sudo,” he said gruffly.
“Sudo Ken.” Yamauchi eagerly jumped in, clearly wanting to show off.
“And I’m Yamauchi Haruki!
Nice to meet you, Shirogane.” “I was actually just passing by,” Kamiki said casually, keeping his tone light.
“But I overheard you guys talking about the girls, so I thought I’d say hello.” Ike smirked, nudging Yamauchi with his elbow.
“So you were eavesdropping, huh?
Can you blame us, though?” Kamiki nodded slightly.
“Not at all.
There really are some beautiful girls in this school.” Yamauchi puffed out his chest.
“I was just telling them about Sakura from our class.
Have you seen her yet?” “I haven’t,” Kamiki said.
He lowered his voice, injecting a touch of mystery into his tone.
“But while there are beautiful girls in this school, there are also some very strange ones.” Sudo frowned, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Strange?
What do you mean by that?” Ike and Yamauchi leaned forward in curiosity, eager to hear what he had to say.
“Let’s put it this way,” Kamiki said.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone.
“I was at the mall earlier today, and I stumbled upon something quite unusual.” Yamauchi blinked.
“What did you see?” “Some people have very bizarre habits,” Kamiki noted.
“Today, I watched someone shoplift, purely because they felt like it.” Sudo nearly bolted upright in shock.
“Shoplifting?!” he blurted out.
“Shh!
Keep it down, Sudo!” Ike hissed, glaring at his friend before turning back to Kamiki.
“Are you serious?” Instead of answering, Kamiki unlocked his phone, tapped the screen a few times, and pulled up the edited video file from his new laptop.
He extended the phone so the three of them could see.
“See for yourselves,” Kamiki said, his voice smooth yet inviting.
He turned the screen toward them.
The video began to play.
Kamuro Masumi’s profile was clearly visible as she stood in front of the shelves.
The camera shook slightly, giving the footage an authentic, secretly recorded vibe.
The three boys instinctively leaned closer, their heads crowding together as they stared intently at the small screen.
“Holy shit…” Sudo muttered, his eyes widening.
“She’s actually stealing.” Ike slapped a hand over his mouth.
“Whoa, no way,” he said in disbelief.
“Isn’t that Kamuro from Class A?” Yamauchi squinted at the screen.
“Yeah, that’s her!” he exclaimed.
“The girl with the cold attitude.
Unbelievable.” Kamiki locked his phone and slid it back into his pocket, thoroughly enjoying the expressions of utter shock plastered across their faces.
Kanji swallowed hard, his jaw practically hitting the floor.
“…Did she really do that?” Sudo Ken crossed his arms tightly.
He despised that kind of behavior.
But the strongest reaction came from Yamauchi Haruki.
His breathing grew heavy, and his cheeks flushed red with intense excitement.
He didn’t see a crime; he saw a golden ticket.
A beautiful girl, and her secret was in his hands.
What did that mean?
It meant he could make her do whatever he wanted!
He could force her to obey his every command, or even make her his girlfriend just to brag in front of everyone.
Yamauchi shifted restlessly on the bench, his eyes gleaming with greed.
“Shirogane!” Yamauchi gasped, his voice trembling.
“You have to give me that video.
Right now!” Kamiki maintained his calm smile, though he was laughing hysterically on the inside.
The idiot was reacting exactly as predicted.
“Why do you want it?” Kamiki asked, feigning innocence.
He knew the answer perfectly well.
The absolute moron wanted to blackmail Kamuro to get close to her.
Kamiki had already analyzed the situation: it would backfire horribly.
A proud girl like Kamuro would never submit to a loser like Yamauchi.
Once the dust settled, Yamauchi would end up with a massive target on his back.
“I can’t just give it away for free,” Kamiki said, adjusting the phone in his pocket.
“What do you want for it?” Yamauchi asked, holding his breath.
Kamiki let his gaze drift over the three of them.
“I can transfer it to you,” he said.
“But it will cost you sixty thousand points.” Yamauchi recoiled in shock.
“Sixty thousand?!” he cried out.
Sudo scoffed, furrowing his brow.
“Isn’t that a bit much?” In reality, these three idiots had already blown most of their points on the very first day, buying everything they laid eyes on at the mall.
They didn’t have that kind of money left, and Kamiki knew it.
“Yes, sixty thousand,” Kamiki repeated, his voice firm and unwavering.
“There’s no such thing as a free lunch, you know.” He paused, sweetening the bait.
“Besides, we get a hundred thousand points every month.
You’ll get your money back next month anyway.
For a video like this, I’d say it’s worth it.” Yamauchi swallowed hard.
He pictured Kamuro—that cold, beautiful girl—and imagined having complete control over her.
He couldn’t let this chance slip through his fingers.
He spun around, facing Sudo and Ike with pleading eyes.
“Guys,” Yamauchi begged.
“Lend me some points.
Please!” Sudo shot him a look of disgust.
“I don’t have that much.” “I’m running low too,” Ike added.
“I spent almost everything.” “Come on!” Yamauchi whined.
“We’re getting a hundred thousand next month!
I swear I’ll pay you back the second it hits my account.
Please, dude,” he pleaded, shaking Ike by the shoulder.
“This is my only shot.” Ike sighed in defeat.
“Fine.
I can spare twenty thousand.” Yamauchi instantly whipped around to Sudo.
“Sudo, you too!
Please, I always help you out with sports stuff!” Sudo Ken tightened his posture, his gaze turning incredibly sharp as he stared directly into Yamauchi’s eyes.
“Hell no,” Sudo said, his tone flat and unyielding.
“I’m not lending you money for something like this.” Yamauchi’s eyes widened.
“Come on, Sudo!
It’s just a one-month loan!” Sudo shook his head.
“If it were for anything else, I’d give it to you.
Food, training gear, whatever.
But not for this.” Ike tried to intervene.
“Dude, it’s just a video.” “No,” Sudo snapped, cutting Ike off.
“Borrowing money just to blackmail a girl?
That’s not manly at all.” Kamiki watched Sudo in silence, noting his firm stance.
*’In the original story, Sudo undergoes massive character growth,’* Kamiki mused.
*’It seems his core character was strong from the very beginning.
He’s not just a brute; he has his own code of honor.
He truly has great potential.’* Meanwhile, Yamauchi was turning red with frustration.
Sudo’s refusal was driving him crazy.
Leaning forward against the bench, he snapped at him.
“You’re unbelievable!” Yamauchi yelled.
“We’re classmates!
We’re supposed to look out for each other!” Sudo didn’t flinch.
“Looking out for each other doesn’t mean buying shoplifting videos.” He turned his head away, ignoring him.
Yamauchi knew better than to push it; he was well aware of how terrifying Sudo could be when enraged.
He quickly turned back to Ike.
“Ike, just transfer the twenty thousand to me.” Ike pulled out his phone and swiped across the screen.
“Alright, sending it now.” The twenty thousand points from Ike popped up on Yamauchi’s screen.
Yamauchi immediately checked his balance.
Combined with Ike’s contribution, he now had a total of sixty-eight thousand points.
Gritting his teeth, completely blinded by his delusion of power over Kamuro, he decided to blow his entire life savings.
“Fine,” Yamauchi said, his voice trembling with reckless ambition.
“I’m sending the sixty thousand points.” Without a word, Kamiki extended his phone, his perfect, polite smile never fading.
Yamauchi frantically tapped his screen, confirming the transfer.
Within seconds, a notification pinged on Kamiki’s phone.
The points had cleared.
Without wasting any time, Kamiki transferred the video file to Yamauchi’s device.
“Transaction complete,” Kamiki said smoothly.
“The video is yours, Yamauchi-kun.” The moment he received it, Yamauchi hit play.
As he stared at the footage, a repulsive, creepy grin spread across his face.
“Perfect…” Yamauchi whispered, glancing at his remaining balance.
“I only have eight thousand points left.
But this was absolutely worth it!” Ike shook his head, laughing at his friend’s expense.
“Guess you’ll be living off the free cafeteria soup until next month.” “You guys just don’t get it,” Yamauchi said, clutching the phone to his chest.
“This video is going to get me way more than just eight thousand points.” Sudo, completely disgusted by the entire display, leaned back against the bench and stared off into the distance.
The fact that he was in the same class as these two idiots was deeply depressing.
Kamiki slipped his phone into his pocket and offered a polite, parting bow.
“I must be off, gentlemen,” Kamiki said.
“Have a wonderful day.
I’ll see you in the courtyard tonight.” “See ya, Shirogane!” Ike called out after him.
Kamiki turned and walked away, heading toward the exit of the dorm grounds with measured steps.
He made his way to the street just past the mall, where the technology and communication shops were located.
He needed to visit a phone repair shop.
Exactly twenty minutes later, Kamiki stepped out of a small, dated repair shop, a look of quiet satisfaction on his face.
He headed straight back to the boys’ dorms, his mind completely clear.
The plan was moving forward flawlessly.
He took the elevator up to his floor.
As he stepped into the hallway, he found three figures waiting right outside his door.
Kiyone, Yuki, and Shiro.
Shiro was leaning against the wall, tapping her foot in irritation.
The moment she caught sight of Kamiki, her eyes lit up.
“You’re finally here!” Shiro said, taking a swift step forward.
“You took forever.” Yuki crossed her arms, a playful smile on her lips.
“Calm down, Shiro.
If Kamiki-kun promises to show up, he always does.” Kiyone, as expressionless as ever, leaned against the wall, her cold, sharp gaze locked onto Kamiki.
She didn’t say a word, offering only a slight nod of greeting.
Kamiki pulled out his keycard and tapped it against the lock.
“Sorry to keep you waiting, girls,” he said, opening the door and stepping aside to let them in.
“Please, make yourselves at home.” Shiro was the first to bolt inside, immediately making herself comfortable on the bed.
Yuki followed with smooth, relaxed steps, while Kiyone brought up the rear, silently closing the door behind them.
Yuki and Kiyone moved over to join Shiro, who was waiting impatiently on the bed.
The three girls sat side by side on Kamiki’s mattress.
Kamiki, on the other hand, pulled up the only desk chair in the room and seated himself directly across from them.
“Girls,” Kamiki began, his voice calm.
“I assume you’ve already figured out how this school’s system works.” Without a shred of hesitation, all three of them nodded in unison.
Yuki smirked faintly, tossing her hair over her shoulder.
“Hoshinomiya-sensei dropped more than enough hints,” she said.
“I’d honestly be embarrassed if I hadn’t figured it out.” Shiro immediately chimed in.
“I explained it to the class,” she stated, her tone flat and precise.
“They won’t be causing any trouble.” Yuki giggled.
“Of course they won’t.
You completely pulverized Ryuuen, Shiro.
Everyone else must be shaking in their boots.” Kamiki tilted his head slightly.
“Violence is a useful tool for establishing authority in the short term, Shiro,” he remarked.
“But it doesn’t buy loyalty in the long run.
Still, for now, it’s enough to keep them from wasting points.” He then shifted his gaze to the girl sitting quietly at the far edge of the bed.
“How are things in your class, Kiyone?” he asked.
“Is Class D following the rules?” Kiyone took a deep breath, a look of sheer exhaustion washing over her face.
“Unfortunately, that kind of logic didn’t work in our class,” she replied.
Kamiki raised an eyebrow slightly.
“Oh?” “Yes,” Kiyone said, her voice dropping into a cold register.
“I explained the entire school system to them.
I told them our points would be wiped out.
Yet, they just kept acting completely undisciplined, without a care in the world.” Shiro’s eyes widened in genuine surprise.
“Do people that stupid actually exist?” she asked, her voice laced with pure disbelief.
Yuki also looked at Kiyone with curious eyes.
“Did they really not take you seriously at all?” she added.
Kiyone gave a slight shrug, her eyes remaining dull.
“Aside from a select few, the rest of the class is just average,” she said.
She straightened up on the bed, her features suddenly tightening as a deep sense of revulsion flickered in her eyes.
“Though, of course, there are some disgusting individuals who fall well below average.” Kamiki leaned forward in his chair.
“Disgusting?” he asked, keeping his tone level but attentive.
“Who are you talking about?” “Yamauchi, Ike, and Sudo,” Kiyone said, looking as if merely uttering their names made her sick to her stomach.
“They’re constantly making noise in class, ogling the girls, and disrupting the lessons.
Despite being warned, they just keep spending points like there’s no tomorrow.” Yuki rested her chin in her hand.
“Wow.
Class D really sounds like a total dumpster fire,” she murmured.
Kamiki leaned back in his chair, a mysterious smile playing on his lips.
He let his gaze slowly drift over the three girls.
“Alright then,” Kamiki said.
“Let’s get down to business.” The three girls sitting side by side instantly snapped to attention.
The heavy, suffocating “White Room” aura in the room suddenly shifted.
“I called you here to make a wager,” Kamiki added.
Yuki leaned forward, her curiosity piqued.
“A wager?
What kind of wager?” Kiyone narrowed her eyes, while Shiro waited with bated breath for Kamiki’s next words.
Kamiki took a deep breath.
“In this school,” he stated, “you three will try to prevent me from graduating from Class A.” The girls exchanged bewildered glances.
Kamiki pressed on.
“If you win,” he said, “I will submit to you.” “What do you mean by that?” Shiro asked, tilting her head.
Kamiki smirked.
“I’ll stop flirting with other girls.
In fact, right after we graduate from this place…” He paused, looking dead into their eyes.
“…I will marry you.” The air in the room froze instantly.
Then, a total meltdown occurred.
All three girls turned bright red.
Kiyone snapped her head away, her cheeks burning like wildfire.
“W-Who would ever want to marry a pervert like you?!” she shouted, her voice trembling.
Yuki, however, had a completely different reaction.
She looked as if she was about to spring right off the bed, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
“Deal!” Yuki cried out.
“Deal!
A hundred times, a thousand times, yes!” Shiro looked at Yuki in sheer astonishment.
Yuki had placed both hands against her flushed cheeks, already lost in a daydream.
“I’m finally going to marry you,” Yuki whispered to herself.
Shiro immediately squared her shoulders and looked at Kamiki, her fierce sense of competitiveness ignited in an instant.
“I accept too,” she said excitedly.
“I am definitely going to stop you.” Kiyone, still red-faced, glared at them.
“Have you two completely lost your minds?” she snapped.
“He’s talking about marriage, and you’re treating it like a game!” Yuki grabbed Kiyone by the shoulder, shaking her gently.
“Come on, Kiyone!
This is our only chance to bind Kamiki to us forever!” Kiyone swallowed hard.
She turned her gaze back to Kamiki, her heart still hammering against her ribs.
Trying to compose herself, she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
“Fine,” Kiyone said, her voice still a little breathless.
“And if you win?” Kamiki leaned forward slightly in his chair, his enigmatic smile deepening.
“I’ll keep that a secret for now,” Kamiki replied.
Shiro furrowed her brow.
“Why?” “Think of it as a blank wish I’ll claim from you,” Kamiki said, his tone incredibly provocative.
“If I win, all three of you will fulfill a single request of mine, no questions asked.” Kiyone locked her eyes onto Kamiki’s.
She knew she was gambling with a dangerous man.
Yet, that deeply suppressed emotion inside her refused to let her back down.
“Fine,” Kiyone said, her voice steady and resolute this time.
“I accept.
But you’re not going to win.” “Do you really think the three of you combined can defeat me?” Kamiki asked, his voice dripping with supreme confidence.
Inwardly, however, he knew the potential of these girls all too well.
If they truly synchronized their efforts, they could cause massive, unpredictable problems for him.
Kiyone let out a sharp breath, lifting her chin slightly.
“I admit, you’re stronger than any of us in a one-on-one fight.” She locked her gaze directly with his.
“But if the three of us work together, the game changes.
The odds shift entirely in our favor.” “The odds?” Kamiki countered, raising a mocking eyebrow.
“Yes,” Kiyone said.
“We’re in three different classes.
We can corner you from every single angle.” Yuki slid forward slightly on the bed, placing her hands on her knees.
Her gaze held a mixture of profound affection and unshakeable resolve, even though the blush on her cheeks hadn’t fully faded.
“Forgive me, Kamiki-kun,” Yuki said, her voice soft but steady.
“I love you too much.” Kamiki listened to her in silence.
“That’s why I’m going to give this everything I’ve got,” Yuki continued.
“I’ll do whatever it takes to beat you and secure that marriage.
I won’t show you any mercy.” Shiro straightened up right beside Yuki.
Her previous impatient demeanor vanished entirely, replaced by an intense, terrifying focus.
Her eyes gleamed like a predator locking onto its prey.
“Same here,” Shiro stated.
“You always beat us back in the White Room, but this school is a completely different ballgame.” “Excellent,” Kamiki said, his lips curling upward as his voice resonated through the room.
“I’m glad to see you all so spirited.” Yuki smiled at his words, the excited light in her eyes shining even brighter.
Shiro crossed her arms, maintaining her fierce resolve as she stared directly into Kamiki’s eyes.
Kiyone gave a firm nod.
“We’re dead serious, Kamiki,” she said.
“Don’t look at this as just a game.” “I would never underestimate any of you, Kiyone,” Kamiki replied.
“The war begins tomorrow.” He paused, his sinister smirk returning.
“Give it everything you’ve got, girls.
Because I’ll be doing the exact same.
And I won’t hesitate to crush you.” Shiro slid off the edge of the bed.
When her feet hit the floor, a wild, fierce grin adorned her face.
“We’ll see about that, Kamiki-kun,” she said.
Yuki stood up as well, smoothing down her clothes.
She took a step closer to Kamiki.
“I can’t wait for tomorrow,” she whispered.
“I’d better start picking out my wedding dress early.” Kiyone rolled her eyes.
“You’re still daydreaming, Yuki.” She turned on her heel and walked toward the exit, grabbing the doorknob.
“Let’s go, girls.” Yuki gave Kamiki one last wave.
“Goodnight, darling,” she said cheerfully.
The three girls exited the room, and the door closed with a soft click.
Once the sound of the door faded, Kamiki let out a deep breath.
He placed his phone on the desk, walked straight to his wardrobe to grab some comfortable clothes, and headed into the bathroom.
After a hot, relaxing shower, he dried his hair, turned off the lights, and lay down on his bed.
The moment he closed his eyes, his mind drifted into absolute silence.
Within minutes, he fell into a deep sleep.
