The young Demon King didn’t fully comprehend what the Doctor was preparing to do, but she believed with all her heart that as long as the Doctor thirsted for victory, they would never face defeat.
It had always been this way, and it always would be.

She had originally put her phone away because this was usually the time when Hestia and Kai would start being overly affectionate.

Just as Himeko suspected, the two were caught in their usual romantic tug-of-war.
Only this time, Hestia seemed ready to take direct action.
Neither she nor Kai were children anymore; a man and a woman alone in a basement with only one bed—wasn’t it completely normal for something to happen?!

Kai’s grandmother is Hera, and Hestia is Hera’s older sister.

If he could, he would have loved nothing more than to hold her like this forever, never letting go.

If they were merely pressed together a moment ago, she was now fully draped across his chest.
It had only been two short days, and they had spent even less time actually interacting.
In the grand span of Hestia’s life, this brief period was merely the blink of an eye.
Yet, for some inexplicable reason, she shared his sentiment; it felt as though she could no longer bear to be apart from the man in front of her.

Hestia absolutely despised that place; the word “boring” perfectly summed up its entirety.
But if she were with Kai, it would become the best place in the world.
As for turning Kai into a god, Hestia was fully capable of making that happen.
One should never underestimate the power of a patron deity, especially when that deity happened to be the eldest sister of an entire pantheon.
