Wen Ruchu followed Old K to the warehouse and opened the door. Even though she had seen big scenes since childhood, she was still shocked by what she saw. In the center was a pile of gold stacked like a small hill, roughly the size of two 22-inch suitcases. She muttered to herself, Ten billion yuan just to buy this… But the gold was dazzling, really beautiful.

However, that wasn’t the main point. The warehouse was filled with weapons—every kind of hot weapon and cold weapon. Bullets and grenades were stacked in mounds, and there were even bulletproof vests. Not bad. With these weapons, self-defense won’t be an issue.

“All right, I’ve seen the goods. I’m satisfied. You can leave. The money will arrive in ten minutes.”Full novel: Dominating Apocalypse: Big Sis Is Still the Boss — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Hearing this, Old K had no choice but to lead his two underlings out. But instead of leaving entirely, he hid nearby with them, not far from the warehouse.

Wen Ruchu couldn’t resist touching the small mountain of gold. She picked up a gold bar and bit it, leaving a tiny tooth mark. This feels amazing!

She waved her hand, and the little gold mountain disappeared. Suddenly, she felt a bit dizzy. After a couple of minutes, she calmed herself and used her consciousness to inspect Dimensional Space.

Holy… Dimensional Space has already expanded to the size of twenty football fields. The materials that had nearly filled it before now appeared to be just the tip of the iceberg. Previously, Dimensional Space had a height limit, but now she couldn’t even see the top. Does this mean I can stockpile endlessly?

Moreover, while she scanned Dimensional Space with her consciousness, it also displayed the outside world in real time.

The house had changed too—from three floors to four, each with three rooms and two bathrooms. Even the main door’s timer had changed! Suddenly, twenty more minutes had been added. When she left this morning, 180 minutes remained; now it showed 200. With today’s extension, Dimensional Space’s duration had grown from ten minutes to thirty!

Her small yard had also expanded. Originally just a small patch of black soil, it had grown to about three acres. She hadn’t even started planting yet, but three acres were more than enough for self-sufficiency. She would need to buy seeds!

Next to the land, a small spring had appeared. There wasn’t much water—maybe the equivalent of two bottles of mineral water—but whatever its use, the two tons of gold were definitely worth it. Now she could stockpile endlessly, grow crops, and produce food without worrying about running out—even though she had so many supplies she couldn’t finish them.

She didn’t have time to examine everything in detail. Wen Ruchu first transferred all the warehouse weapons into Dimensional Space. With these, she felt even more confident about surviving the apocalypse. Anyone daring to challenge her… would regret it.

After storing the weapons, Wen Ruchu happily closed the warehouse door and planned to leave. To avoid drawing attention, she had parked her plunderer in a hidden spot. But after walking just a few hundred meters, she sensed someone tailing her.

This was expected. Ten minutes had passed, the money should have arrived, and they couldn’t wait any longer. Black eats black, Wen Ruchu smirked. Let’s see who’s the blacker one.

The area was desolate, with no people or cameras. Even if a few died, it wouldn’t matter. She changed direction, not wanting her car to get dirty.

“Stop!”

Old K’s voice called from behind. Wen Ruchu stopped and turned.

Old K and his two underlings approached, radiating menace.

“Oh? What’s this about?”

Old K chuckled. “Young woman, quite extravagant. But unfortunately, today, both you and the goods will stay here.”

Wen Ruchu raised an eyebrow. “So… you’re breaking your word?”

Old K pulled a gun from his waist and pointed it at her. “If you cooperate, maybe I can let you die quickly.”

“Too bad. I’ve always hated deceit and guns pointed at me.” With that, Wen Ruchu vanished on the spot.

Old K and his underlings were stunned. A person just disappeared? What the hell are these Dragon Nation people doing?

They panicked and backed up, positioning themselves back-to-back.

Wen Ruchu observed the three in Dimensional Space, her lips curling in a cold smile. They just wanted to do business…

After donning a bulletproof vest and gas mask, she exited Dimensional Space and threw a smoke bomb and tear gas at Old K and his men.

“Cough… cough…”

“Damn it.”

Old K and his tattooed underlings pinched their noses, realizing something was wrong. The world became hazy, and Old K realized he had messed with the wrong person. He wanted to run—but Wen Ruchu wouldn’t let them. They knew her secret; only the dead could keep it.

Wen Ruchu pulled out a pistol and fired, taking down each of them. They collapsed into pools of blood.

It was ironic—her first kill in this life was black eats black. She wasn’t to blame. She had twenty billion yuan ready, but greed had doomed them.

She didn’t plan to handle the bodies. The desolate area meant discovery would take days. Old K was just a middleman; there were many more like him. Losing one would barely be noticed for a while. Even if they traced it to her, she’d already returned to the country. By the time anyone tried to catch her, the apocalypse would have begun. Good luck finding me…

So Wen Ruchu continued stockpiling in Ugly Country, unconcerned. Dimensional Space allowed infinite storage; why not use it? She still had 1.9 billion yuan left.

After a couple more days, she bought tickets to visit “Rich Guy.” She’d always had her eye on his oil, coal, and natural gas. Her treasures were waiting to be fed.

…

As soon as she stepped off the plane, the heat hit her like an oven. Checking her phone, the local temperature was fifty degrees Celsius. Many regions were warming early. Time was critical.

Wen Ruchu ordered ten thousand tons each of oil, gasoline, coal, and natural gas from the supplier. This would be enough for her needs: oil and gasoline for general use, coal essential for extreme cold, and natural gas for cooking.

She didn’t stay long at Rich Guy’s—only two days. It was simply too hot. Even though she had endured extreme heat in her past life, her body now, untrained and fragile, could barely tolerate it.
