“BOOM!!” The condensed Ki Blast slammed directly into the base of the Great Ape’s tail.

A violent explosion erupted instantly.

“Awooooooo!!” The Great Ape released a miserable howl far more painful than before.

As the smoke and fire gradually faded, the thick tail had already been blasted off completely from the root.

“Haa…

haa…” Sun Wuxiu dropped to one knee while breathing heavily.

His heartbeat accelerated rapidly.

However, he was not truly exhausted.

After all, the [Dragon Talisman] continuously supplied him with explosive energy, while the [Dog Talisman] kept his body in peak condition at all times.

The Great Ape’s roar suddenly stopped.

Its enormous body rapidly began shrinking like a deflating balloon.

The black fur receded.

The giant frame shrank smaller and smaller.

Finally, the terrifying Great Ape transformed back into the familiar eight-year-old child.

“Thud.” Son Goku fell flat onto the ground with his bare backside exposed while faint smoke still rose from the severed stump where his tail had once been.

He smacked his lips twice, rolled over casually, and immediately fell asleep.

“…” Sun Wuxiu and Grandpa Gohan silently stared at the completely destroyed courtyard around them.

The entire place looked as though a hurricane had swept through it.

Then they looked at the peacefully sleeping Son Goku.

Both of them were speechless.

“Sigh…” Grandpa Gohan picked up his hat from the rubble and sighed helplessly.

“Wuxiu, it seems the three of us will have to sleep in the trees tonight.” Sun Wuxiu wiped the sweat from his forehead.

But there was a relaxed smile on his face.

As long as everyone survived safely, nothing else mattered.

He then turned toward Grandpa Gohan.

“Grandpa, after we rebuild the house, I want to leave Mount Paozu for a while.” “Oh?” Grandpa Gohan looked at him curiously.

“I want to travel to the seaside and meet the martial arts master you once mentioned…

Master Roshi.” Grandpa Gohan stared at him blankly for a moment.

The next morning after the Great Ape rampage.

Warm sunlight streamed through the shattered remains of the wooden house and landed directly on Son Goku’s exposed backside.

“Mmm…” Son Goku rubbed his eyes sleepily before sitting up.

His head felt dizzy, almost like he had a terrible hangover.

“Huh?

Where’s the house?” He looked up toward the open blue sky above him with complete confusion.

Then a sharp pain suddenly came from behind him.

“My butt hurts!” Subconsciously, he reached toward where his tail should have been.

However, all he touched was a smooth scar.

“WAAAHHH!

MY TAIL!!” Son Goku immediately jumped up in panic.

Unfortunately, without his tail helping him maintain balance, he instantly stumbled and crashed face-first onto the ground.

“Oww!

Oww!

Oww!” “Stop yelling so early in the morning, Goku.” Sun Wuxiu’s calm voice sounded from outside.

Son Goku clutched his backside and limped toward the yard.

Then he froze completely.

In front of him, Sun Wuxiu floated calmly in midair through the power of the [Rooster Talisman].

At the same time, he used powerful telekinesis to lift a gigantic log that several adults together could barely carry.

The huge log slowly floated through the air before perfectly sliding into the framework of the house.

Meanwhile, Grandpa Gohan secured the structure from below.

“Wuxiu…

you…” Even Grandpa Gohan himself felt numb from shock at this point.

The destruction from last night had been catastrophic.

Originally, he believed rebuilding the house would require several months of work.

Yet as soon as the sun rose, Sun Wuxiu had already started reconstructing everything by himself.

First, he casually lifted several-ton boulders with the power of the [Ox Talisman] and threw the rubble directly down the mountain valley.

Then he activated the [Rabbit Talisman] and transformed into a blur as he rushed through the forest gathering wood.

In less than an hour, he had already brought back enough lumber to rebuild the entire house.

Now he was demonstrating absurdly precise telekinetic control.

What shocked Grandpa Gohan even more was that Sun Wuxiu did not even need tools when cutting wood.

A red glow flashed through his eyes.

The heat vision from the [Pig Talisman] swept across the logs.

Every cut became perfectly smooth and precise, almost like machine processing.

How was this a normal nine-year-old child?

This was practically a monster in human form.

“Grandpa, focus.

The crossbeam is coming down.” Sun Wuxiu reminded calmly.

“Ah…

right!

Right!” Grandpa Gohan snapped out of his daze and hurriedly continued helping.

With Sun Wuxiu acting as an entire construction team by himself, the rebuilding speed became unbelievably fast.

As for Son Goku, who had just lost his tail and still felt sore all over, he could only sit nearby and help pass nails and tools while staring at his older brother with admiration sparkling in his eyes.

By evening, the reconstruction was complete.

A brand-new wooden house stood proudly atop Mount Paozu.

Compared to the old one, this house was even larger, sturdier, and far more impressive.

That evening, the three sat around the dining table together.

Grandpa Gohan slowly drank his soup while looking at his two grandsons with complicated emotions.

One had transformed into the terrifying monster that nearly killed him last night.

The other had protected everyone and rebuilt their home in a single day.

Neither grandson was ordinary.

Sun Wuxiu swallowed the final piece of roasted meat before wiping his mouth and putting down his chopsticks.

“Grandpa, Goku, I’m done eating.” He slowly stood up.

His expression was calm yet firm.

“Grandpa, I was serious about what I said last night.

Tomorrow, I’m leaving Mount Paozu to search for Master Roshi.” Grandpa Gohan did not appear surprised.

Everything Sun Wuxiu displayed during the previous night and throughout today’s reconstruction had already proven one thing.

He was ready to leave.

“What?!

Brother, you’re leaving?!” Son Goku instantly jumped to his feet.

Unfortunately, he forgot he no longer had a tail to stabilize himself and nearly fell over again.

“I want to go too!

Brother, take me with you!” He immediately rushed forward and hugged Sun Wuxiu’s leg tightly.

Sun Wuxiu gently patted his head before shaking his own.

“Goku, your body hasn’t fully recovered yet.” He pointed directly toward Goku’s bare backside.

“Your tail was just cut off.

You can barely even walk properly right now.

If you follow me, you’ll only slow me down.” “I…

I won’t!” Son Goku stubbornly argued back.

However, his wobbly legs and embarrassed expression completely exposed him.

“Be good.” Sun Wuxiu’s tone left no room for argument.

“You need to stay here and continue training with Grandpa.” His expression became serious.

“The giant monster you transformed into last night is extremely dangerous.

You need to learn how to control it properly.” Earlier, Sun Wuxiu had already explained everything about the Great Ape transformation to Goku.

The reason Goku failed to realize it last night was because he had been half asleep and only woke up to use the bathroom.

Son Goku lowered his head quietly.

When he woke up this morning and saw the destroyed house, the bloodstains on Grandpa Gohan and Sun Wuxiu’s torn clothing, even though the injuries themselves had already been healed by the [Horse Talisman], he immediately understood that he had caused enormous trouble again.

“…Alright.” Son Goku finally nodded unhappily.

Grandpa Gohan watched the brothers warmly.

Then he slowly stood up and walked into the inner room.

A moment later, he returned holding an old yellowed map.

“Wuxiu, take this.” He handed the map over carefully.

“Travel southeast from Mount Paozu.

After crossing the large forest, you’ll eventually reach the sea.” Grandpa Gohan pointed toward a tiny island drawn on the map.

“Master Roshi’s Kame House is located on a small island offshore.

Once you reach the coastline, you’ll find it easily.” His eyes were filled with trust.

Ever since he picked up this child years ago, Sun Wuxiu had behaved far more maturely than ordinary children.

He was calm, intelligent, sensible, and unbelievably talented.

Grandpa Gohan already understood there was little left he could teach him.

“Wuxiu.” Grandpa Gohan’s tone became serious.

“Master Roshi is a true martial arts grandmaster.

However…

his personality can be somewhat eccentric.” He paused briefly before continuing.

“When you meet him, remember to remain respectful and don’t casually show off your abilities.” After a moment of silence, Grandpa Gohan added another sentence.

“Especially the invisibility ability.” Naturally, Sun Wuxiu understood exactly why Grandpa Gohan specifically warned him about the [Snake Talisman].

“I understand, Grandpa.” Sun Wuxiu smiled faintly before carefully putting away the map.

“Then…

it’s time to go.”
