The Celestial Arts were incredibly complex.

It took Alex a full three hours of explaining before Yurin finally managed to memorize the chants and seals.

However, memorizing the steps was just the first part; fully understanding it was another matter entirely.Full novel: Dragon Ball Super: The Lazy Master Gets Double Rewards — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

She would need to spend a lot of time meditating and experimenting to truly grasp its profound concepts.

Meanwhile, Goku was practically vibrating with impatience.

He already knew the Kaio-ken inside and out.

Even though the Ultimate Kaio-ken required much stricter, finer control over his physical stamina and ki circulation, he had already grasped the core theory.

All he needed now was a place to test it out.

The Super Hyperbolic Time Chamber was the perfect place for that.

But since Alex had been busy lecturing Yurin, Goku hadn’t wanted to interrupt.

He had just sat there, staring eagerly, waiting for his turn.

Now that the lesson was finally over, he sprang to his feet.

“Master Alex!

When can I go into the Time Chamber?

I can’t wait anymore!”

He looked like he was about to explode if he had to sit still for another second.

Alex stood up and took to the sky, flying toward the wide clearing from earlier.

Goku and the others quickly followed, their faces alight with excitement.

They were finally going to see this legendary Super Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

Ever since Tien told him about the chamber’s insane properties, Goku had been dying to experience it for himself.

They soon landed in the flat clearing.

Tien and Chiaotzu both froze, their jaws dropping.

The massive stone building…

where was it?

It was completely gone!

They had no idea that Alex had packed the chamber back into his inventory while they were off fighting Goku.

Goku and Yurin were just as confused.

Goku scratched the back of his head.

“Master, why did you bring us out here into the middle of nowhere?

Weren’t we going to the Time Chamber?”

Alex didn’t say a word.

Instead, a slow, confident smirk curved his lips.

He gave a casual wave of his hand.

Whoosh!

Out of thin air, the massive stone structure materialized on the empty dirt.

Tien instantly recognized it and gasped, “The Super Hyperbolic Time Chamber!”

‘Wait, it can just be packed away?’ Tien realized.

‘That has to be it!’

He had assumed that once summoned, a building that massive would be permanently stuck there.

But apparently, it could be summoned and dismissed at will, almost like a giant Capsule Corp item—only much more mystical.

From the outside, it honestly didn’t look like anything special.

“Alright, you two.

Go on in,” Alex instructed.

“Remember, once your mental stamina is completely drained, the chamber will automatically eject you.”

Goku cracked his knuckles, practically bouncing on his heels.

“Yes, Master!” In a flash, he bolted through the heavy doors.

Yurin didn’t hesitate either.

She cast one last lingering look at Tien before sprinting in right behind the Saiyan.

With the doors shut, Alex turned to Tien and Chiaotzu.

“What about you two?

Want to go in for another round?

Remember, you each get ten entries in a lifetime.”

Tien thought it over.

Ten entries were a lot, but he didn’t want to waste them recklessly.

It would be much better to wait until his mental fortitude had recovered and grown stronger before attempting another dive.

Right now, his main priority was mastering the massive power he had just gained.

He shook his head.

“No thank you, Master.

We’ll hold off for now.

I need to consolidate my current strength first.”

Alex completely agreed.

Throwing himself back in immediately would just be a waste of an entry.

“Smart choice.

Go get your training in.”

Alex flew back to the dojo courtyard, settled comfortably into his favorite lounge chair, and finally pulled up his system interface to inspect his newest rewards.

When Goku officially became his disciple, the system had rewarded him with a 3 billion power level boost, the Super Saiyan Bloodline, the Super Saiyan God form, the Boundless Core, and the Ultimate Final Flash.

Out of all of them, the Boundless Core was the only one that left him scratching his head.

He had no idea what it actually did.

As for the Ultimate Final Flash, the name alone gave it away—it was obviously an upgraded version of Vegeta’s signature technique.

‘System, check Boundless Core.’

Boundless Core: Can be assimilated by the host.

Once successfully fused, it grants the user the ability to telepathically communicate with anyone across all Twelve Universes (ignores distance limitations).

For example, if the host is in Universe 7, they can instantly communicate with Jiren in Universe 11, provided they can lock onto the target’s ki signature.

Alex stared at the description in absolute shock.

‘This effect is completely broken!’ As long as he could pinpoint someone’s ki, he could establish a telepathic link with them, no matter where they were in the multiverse.

That meant he didn’t even need to travel to other universes to recruit the strongest fighters as his disciples.

As long as his bullshitting skills were good enough, he could recruit them remotely!

‘Holy crap!

Was this a power only Angels like Whis possessed?

‘No, wait.

Even Whis probably can’t do this.

The Angels’ communication networks are usually restricted to their own respective universes.

My range covers the entire multiverse without any blind spots!’

The only person who might actually have this kind of reach was the Grand Minister himself.

‘Did I just roll a supreme god-tier item?!

Man, being the main character really is the best.’

The more he thought about it, the more pumped he got.

He wanted to assimilate the Boundless Core immediately, but he reigned himself in.

‘No rush.

Let me check what that Super Ki Control skill does first.’

‘System, check Super Ki Control.’

Super Ki Control: Grants absolute, microscopic mastery over ki manipulation and energy retention.

‘System, check Healing Magic.’

Healing Magic: Allows the user to cast basic restorative magic on themselves or others to heal minor injuries.

‘This Super Ki Control is insane too,’ Alex realized.

‘The only reason Goku and Vegeta managed to unlock Super Saiyan Blue was because Whis taught them how to perfectly trap and control their ki inside their bodies without letting it leak.’

‘If Goku really pushes himself in the Time Chamber, he might hit his current physical limits.

When he comes out, I can teach him Super Ki Control.

That alone might push him right to the edge of unlocking Super Saiyan Blue!’

‘Throw some God Ki into the mix, and his ascension to the divine realm is guaranteed!’

‘God Ki is extremely rare, though.

I can’t just hand it out like candy.

But whatever.

It’s Goku and Vegeta—they’ll inevitably reach the realm of the gods on their own anyway.’

‘As for the Healing Magic, it’s pretty average.

If it could fully regenerate lost limbs or fatal wounds, it’d be a god-tier skill.

But for basic injuries, it’s just okay.’

Still, overall, this was a massive haul.

The Boundless Core alone was worth its weight in gold.

‘Alright, let’s fuse with the Boundless Core.’

He gave the mental command.

‘System, use the Boundless Core!’

“Ding!

Boundless Core successfully assimilated.”

In that exact moment, a profound, heavy energy surged into Alex’s chest.

Brilliant, prismatic rings of light radiated outward, entirely enveloping his body in a rainbow halo.

He instantly focused his mind, grounding himself as waves of warm, soothing energy pulsed through his very soul.
