Chapter 3: Tsubaki Shinra? by Harem-Fan
Honda Ken was holding a special piece of paper with a royal blue magic circle engraved on it while making his wish...
He had received this flyer one day by a young guy named Saji.
That guy Genshirou Saji was a young man with short blond hair and grey eyes, wearing the Kuoh Academy uniform with his sleeves rolled up.
He remembered what that guy told him...
"Hi, my name is Genshirou Saji, and I've come to help you grant your wishes. Here take this flyer and someone will help you when you make your wish. Um, I'm new to this job and am only passing out the flyers, haha."
I just quietly took the flyer and watched the kid look at some device in his hand and heard him muttering.
"Okay, the next Human with greed is two blocks that way, phew. Time to impress the President!"
Crackle Crackle~! But Ken was brought out of his thoughts when he heard the monster's body emitting electricity again.
Looking outside of his second story apartment window, he saw on top of the streetlight, a small curled up dog with the occasional flashes of lightning covering its body.
Ken found out that most people could not see the monster, but he knew this creature that seemed harmless was the cause for his internet and phone disruptions over the last week.
And this monster only seemed to lay on the pole at night and left during the day, so the service techs couldn't find any issues.
But now he was desperate and used the strange flyer to make his wish, so he could get rid of this beast.
He has new AV shows to watch online, and this monster is blocking his tissue and lotion time!
Buzz~! And after an hour of making his wish, Ken saw in the middle of his living-room a blue magic circle forming...
In the Kuoh Academy Student Council office after hours...
This 3rd year Student Council President who goes by the fake name of Souna Shitori, is working at her desk.
The reason her identity and name are fake is to hide her Devil Clan name on official documents in the Human world, but her real name is Sona Sitri.
Her actions of going through budgets stopped as she listened to a wish in her mind...
Sona Sitri is a slim, bespectacled young woman with short, black bob-cut hair and violet eyes.
She normally wears the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform.
After listening to the wish, she took her glasses off to wipe them with her eyes closed, and said.
"My summoning flyer received an urgent request... It seems a Lightning Beast Youkai (Raijū) is bothering my client. Tsubaki, I'm very busy, so please go eliminate it for the client."
At a smaller desk to the side of the room, the Vice President, Tsubaki Shinra, was also working when she heard her King's orders.
Tsubaki knew that the two new Devils Genshirou Saji and Ruruko Nimura in the club-room at this time were not yet strong enough to deal with a Lightning Beast, so she stood and said.
"Yes President, a Lower-Class Youkai will be no problem for me."
Sona put her glasses back on and nodded to her Queen and just went back to paperwork.
Tsubaki just walked into the side room where the Sitri have a summoning circle for Devil work, and targeted the flyer in question.
As the blue magic lit up, she was covered in blue magic and vanished...
Buzz~! And after an hour of making his wish, Ken saw in the middle of his living-room a blue magic circle forming...
And after the blue light faded, a woman was seen.
In her Kuoh Academy uniform, Tsubaki Shinra is a bespectacled young woman with long and straight, black hair that reaches her knees, split bangs, and heterochromic eyes.
Her eyes are colored with a violet left-eye (Mirror Alice Sacred Gear) and a light-brown right eye.
She also wears blue, semi-rimmed glasses with square lenses.
Tsubaki looked at the mid 20's otaku man in front of her and asked.
"You called for the Sitri Devils? My name is Tsubaki... What can I do for you? The request must be paid with equal compensation."
Gulp~! The man swallowed his drool at this Devil's beauty, and pointed out his window at the beast on the lamppost....
"That monster gets aggressive when I try to shoo it away, can you get rid of it for me?"
Tsubaki pushed up her glasses and saw it was a small Lightning Beast Youkai, and it was as strong as herself, but with her Sacred Gear it should be no problem at all.
"Okay, I will put a barrier up to fight it, please wait."
After setting up the anti Human barrier to make normal Humans move away and ignore anything in the barrier, Tsubaki started...
Hum Whoosh~! In front of Tsubaki, a blue Sitri magic attack circle formed and a soccer-ball sized water Demonic Bullet was formed and shot upwards towards the Lightning Beast!
Just then, the partially clear night sky was slowly enveloped with dark rain-clouds.
The sleeping Lightning Beast had felt danger, and the air around it had subtly rippled with invisible power.
Woof~! [A sneak attack, and what is this power?]
Bang Zap~! Just as the water bullet hit the Youkai hard, it had enough warning to leap off of the tall pole to attack the Devil.
Patter Patter Crackle Boom~! But as the sudden rain fell, a bolt of lightning from the clouds above struck the Lightning Beast mid leap.
As the man named Honda Ken saw this, he panicked and hid under the staircase to the second floor in fear.
Bang Crackle~! As the Youkai was hit by the bolt of lightning, it was pressed into the apartment's parking-lot.
Hum Whoosh Bang~! Tsubaki didn't stop the attack and shot the Lightning Beast Youkai that was fully enveloped in the natural lightning, as its body was growing.
Growl~! [Ah, That felt good... I finally got stronger! Die Devil!] Woof~!
From the pothole of asphalt, the now larger Youkai stood.
This large brown Mastiff looking Youkai is a powerfully built dog with a massive head.
Its short muzzle has loose droopy lips, with a wrinkled forehead, and a broad-square jaw had white lightning covering its fur.
Hum~! Tsubaki frowned seeing the changes in the Lightning Beast, and manifested a defensive blue magic circle, to block the Youkai.
Whoosh Boom~! As the Youkai charged forward with the speed of lightning, it slammed heavily into Tsubaki's blue barrier, almost destroying it with one hit.
"Run Mr. Honda, this Lightning Beast is now Middle-Class in power! Mirror Alice!"
As Tsubaki had tried to call for reinforcements, the air rippled and she was unable to call for help, like someone else put up a barrier over hers...
Unknown to Freed, Tsubaki, or the Youkai, the sudden bolt of lightning and communication failure was caused by Freed's Sacred Gear Telos Karma.
Crackle Boom Shatter~! As the Lightning Beast had opened its large jaw, it spit out a bolt of electricity at Tsubaki, hitting her Mirror Alice and shattering it...
Crackle Boom~! As it broke, it rebounded the bolt at twice the strength back to the Youkai.
Although the lightning is less effective on it, at twice its full strength, she still felt the pain and stunning it for a moment.
While the Lightning Beast was stunned, Tsubaki pulled out her large Naginata for a tough fight to come, as her calls for help were still being jammed...

"Damn, I got scammed!"
As I was planning, Cory pointed up.
I felt the air ripple, and saw the clouds in the sky gather supernaturally fast, then it fell...
Patter Patter Crackle Boom~! Just as the sudden rain fell, a bolt of lightning from the clouds above struck the location of interest.
"Cory call for backup and Kenny follow me into battle!"
Beep Beep~! Cory looked at the changes in the sensor after we left and he sweat-dropped, because the Youkai's power exploded to Middle-Class-low!
And as Cory tried to call on his phone, he found there was no reception in the barrier they created...
Step Step Step~! As I pulled out my Light Sword in my right-hand and my Light Gun in my left, I and Jeff Valdez saw the intense battle going on in the parking-lot!
Crackle Bang Crackle Bang~! A large Youkai Mastiff covered in white lightning was biting, clawing, and shooting lightning at a blue Sitri magic shield held by a beautiful Japanese Kuoh Academy girl.
(Remember, he only saw up till Asia was saved in the anime, so the only Sitri he knows of is Sona, not even does he know Serafall.)
As the female Devil and the enraged Youkai traded blows, I gave an order to my partner.
"Kenny, the Devil is stronger, so I will take her, go and attack the Precious Lightning Beast from behind."
As my creepy battle smile plastered my lips, Jeff looked at me funny for sending him to deal with the large ass Youkai.
Both Tsubaki and the Lightning Beast heard and saw the two of us, and the Youkai spoke.
[Damn you Human, how dare you call this mighty Lightning Beast, Precious!]
The Youkai turned from Tsubaki to leap at poor Jeff...
Clang Clang Clang~! I lost my mind for a second and started to attack the pretty Devil woman, and creepily giggled while taunting.
"Hoho~! Devil-chan, you are really skilled with that weapon... You're getting me excited!"
Tsubaki was happy that the strong Lightning Beast changed targets, but when a pare of Exorcist jumped into the fight, she frowned, because...
Clang Clang Clang~! The man fighting her is stronger in combat than herself!
As my Light Blade was swinging wildly, I was pushing the long haired Japanese Devil back to the wall of the apartment, and she told me while concentrating.
"I am Tsubaki Shinra of the Sitri house, and this is the territory of Rias Gremory, why are you here?!"
"You called~♪! And well I wanted to kill some Youkai today!"
Bang~! While I was excited to fight with this lady, I pointed my Light Pistol at the back of the Lightning Beast's head and shot...
In the rain, none of us noticed the rippling air as my bullet curved just slightly and shot Jeff in the ear, distracting him.
"Ahhhhhgagaga~!"
While Jeff had been distracted, the Lightning Beast spit-out a bolt of lightning into Jeff's chest, pretty much killing him!
Tsubaki's Naginata (halberd) stopped swinging due to my shock at that event, so she put up a 3 layer defensive shield.
As the Youkai was happy about killing the Human, she turned to me and growled.
I pointed to the dead body and I yelled at the Lightning Beast.
"Damn it, Precious, you killed Kenny!"
