Our first morning in the new world greeted us with breathtaking beauty.
Sunlight streamed through the gaps between the ancient pine leaves, casting a golden glow across the crystal river flowing peacefully nearby.
Beneath the shade of the enormous tree beside the river, I prepared to begin my first project.
Now that I understood how our powers worked, I felt a strange mixture of awe and disbelief.
We could use virtually any type of magic, even amplify its power without limit, depending on how much mana we poured into it.
The logic was simple, but the implications were extraordinary.
Eventually, my attention turned toward my wife.
That woman possessed a truly bottomless mana reserve, as though it had no end whatsoever.
Just imagining what she could do if she casually unleashed her full power was enough to make my throat go dry and send a chill down my spine.
I stopped thinking about it and rolled up my already somewhat dirty sleeves.
Today, I had decided to build our new home completely from scratch.
As someone capable of using every type of magic in this world, I could have easily used Formation Magic and summoned a magnificent palace in the blink of an eye.
But I refused to take that shortcut.
After spending my youth on Earth behind the cold glow of digital screens, I wanted to feel the actual weight of every wooden beam.
I wanted to build a shelter for my wife with my own hands, using my own sweat.
“Yeah… although I’ll still add a little magical assistance so this doesn’t take several months.”
I had no intention of building a magnificent castle.
It would have only a few warm bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a modest dining room.
A perfect foundation for the life we would build together.
I approached the ancient tree near the cliff and took a deep breath, channeling the dark energy of the Vampire King into my fingertips.
SREEET!
With a single swing of my bare hand, my vampire claws sliced through the enormous tree as effortlessly as cutting through tofu.
Once the timber was ready, I shaped several chunks of stone into crude hammers and saws.

The next moment, the woodworking tools floated into the air on their own, hammering nails and assembling wooden beams with incredible precision.
While the tools worked automatically, I took on the role of the main laborer, carrying the necessary materials back and forth.
Watching me work so hard beneath the scorching sunlight, Charlotte, who was sitting on a large rock nearby, smiled warmly.
“Ryuu must be tired. I should make something refreshing for him,” she murmured softly.
She gracefully walked toward the bushes of the ancient forest in search of fruit.
Relying on the instincts of her High Elf body, she carefully picked the golden red forest fruits by hand, enjoying every moment of interacting with the nature of this new world.
RUSTLE…
Just as Charlotte’s delicate fingers were about to reach for a ripe fruit, a rough rustling sound suddenly came from the thick bushes nearby.
Charlotte stopped for a moment.
Her sensitive elf ears twitched instinctively as she tried to determine where the sound had come from.
Charlotte slowly exhaled and smiled faintly.
“Ah… probably just a forest rabbit passing by,” she thought dismissively.
She paid it no further attention and continued gathering fruit.
Once her basket was full, Charlotte sat beneath the tree and began using her magic.
She stretched both palms toward the air and activated Telekinesis.
The forest fruits floated into the air, forming a circle before being squeezed automatically until their juice gathered into a clear sphere of liquid.
“Ryuu, take a break. I made you some fresh fruit juice,” Charlotte called as she walked toward me.
Two coconut shells filled with juice floated gracefully beside her.
I stopped my physical work and walked over to her.
We sat together beneath the shade of the enormous tree.
I immediately drank the juice until the last drop was gone.
It tasted incredible, sweet with a slight tang that instantly restored all of my stamina.
“It’s really good, Charlotte. Thanks,” I said sincerely, meeting her purple eyes.
Charlotte giggled, her cheeks turning slightly red beneath my gaze.
“You’re welcome. Besides, I couldn’t just watch you work so hard by yourself. You still have enough energy, right?”
“If you’re the one cheering me on, I’ll always have enough energy,” I replied casually while affectionately ruffling her silver hair.
Charlotte merely pouted at my cheesy line, but the sweet smile never left her beautiful face.
To be continued.
