As soon as the matter of Lullaby was discussed, the expressions of all the council members instantly turned gloomy.

Yajima spoke in a deep and serious tone, “Right now, only the wizards from the Fairy Tail guild are at the scene, and they are the only ones who can pursue him.

There are no wizards from other legal guilds in the vicinity!” Ultear smiled faintly and chimed in, “No matter what their noble goal is, they still cannot escape the accusation of destroying the town and public facilities!” The other council members began to voice their opinions as well.Full novel: Fairy Tail’s Demon Dragon — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Even if they manage to stop this Lullaby incident, they cannot escape the council’s investigation!” “The trial will proceed according to procedure.

Not a single Fairy Tail member or involved party will be able to evade punishment.” “Even though the Demon from the Book of Zeref is life-threatening, Fairy Tail’s destructive actions are still intolerable.

Anyone guilty must be punished accordingly.” “If this is left unchecked in the long run, all wizard guilds will copy Fairy Tail’s vigilante behavior.

If that happens, the existence of the Magic Council will lose all meaning!” “…” Yajima could only let out a soft sigh after hearing the barrage of one-sided comments.

Fairy Tail’s methods were indeed too brutal, and the guild had long been blacklisted by the Magic Council.

As long as there was a loophole or a mistake, the council would definitely find a way to punish them.

No matter how great their contributions were.

No matter how many dark wizards they managed to apprehend, it still wouldn’t change the council’s bad and biased view of them.

Yajima thought to himself, “Makarov…

it seems like this is the right time for you to retire.

Otherwise, the end of your term will be very miserable!” Meanwhile!

“Natsu!” Seeing Natsu staggering with a pale face, Lucy hurried over to the young man.

She grabbed Natsu’s arm, slung it over her shoulder, and supported the Dragon Slayer as he walked.

Natsu looked up to gaze at the face of the girl helping him.

However!

He couldn’t see Lucy’s face at all.

His view was completely blocked.

There were two twin ‘mountains’ protruding right in front of his eyes.

Swallowing discreetly, Natsu murmured softly, “Thanks, Lucy!” What incredible mountains!

These two majestic and soft mountains are enough to enjoy for a lifetime!

“We’re teammates, aren’t we!” Lucy answered with a sweet smile.

She supported Natsu and quickened her pace.

Even though her own magic power was still intact, Lucy deliberately didn’t use the Magic Four-Wheeler to chase after the others.

Natsu was already extremely weak and suffering from starvation; she felt guilty if she had to add to the young man’s misery by forcing him to get motion sick again.

Truly an incredibly caring girl!

Unfortunately…

the innocent girl had absolutely no idea that the starving young man clinging to her so affectionately was actually thoroughly enjoying the spectacular view of the ‘mountains’!

Clover Town Hall.

As soon as Erza appeared in the courtyard, she was immediately surrounded tightly by the town’s military forces.

“Fairy Tail wizard, step back!

From now on, this is our military business.

We will capture the dark wizards inside ourselves!” “You’re the culprits who destroyed our town’s station!

We will definitely report your actions to the Magic Council!” “Don’t even think about destroying our town hall too, get out of here!” “…” Facing these fools who had absolutely no grasp of how critical the current situation was, Erza refused to waste even a single second arguing with them.

Requip!

In just a matter of seconds, she changed her combat gear!

The Black Wing Armor instantly clad her body, complete with a pair of demon wings on her back.

With one powerful push, she flapped her wings and shot into the air.

It wasn’t that Erza didn’t want to or couldn’t forcibly disperse these soldiers.

It was just that if Kageyama managed to play Lullaby through the PA system in the town hall’s broadcasting room, the melody of death would instantly echo throughout the entire town in an instant.

The second that happened, every single soul residing in this town would be forcibly snatched by the demonic flute.

Rather than wasting precious time evacuating the crowd or indulging the soldiers, it was far more crucial for her to immediately find Kageyama and put an end to his insane plan.

Erza pushed her speed to the absolute limit.

The barrage of magic bullets fired by the military troops couldn’t even touch the dust of her shadow.

“Damn it!

We cannot let that woman destroy our town hall!” the military commander yelled in a panic.

Inside the town hall building, after searching several rooms but still not finding the location of the broadcasting room, Erza began to be gripped by anxiety.

“Catch her!

Don’t let her damage this building!” A group of armed soldiers burst in, blocking the hallway.

Erza raised both her swords and met them with a gaze as sharp as an eagle’s.

“Where is the broadcasting room?!” Schwing!!

Both her swords swung, cleaving through the air.

Dozens of magic light slashes shot out, sweeping through the line of soldiers.

Thanks to Erza’s flawless precision and perfect swordsmanship, the lethal slashes didn’t scratch their skin at all, but only cleanly sliced all the weapons in their hands into two pieces.

The suddenly disarmed military troops could only stand frozen, staring at Erza with pale faces.

Erza walked up to one of them, looked him right in the eye, and snapped, “I asked, where is the broadcasting room?!” The soldier was still shocked half to death, let alone able to open his mouth to answer.

One second passed without an answer!

BAM!

Erza instantly slammed her forehead directly into the poor soldier’s face, knocking him out cold onto the floor.

She immediately turned to the person next to him: “Where is the broadcasting room?!” One second without an answer!

BAM!

Six soldiers in a row instantly fainted on the floor from Erza’s brutal headbutts.

Only the seventh person, with a trembling voice and weak knees, finally spilled the location of the broadcasting room.

Suddenly, a dark shadow shot up from the floor, sneaking into the corridor, followed by Kageyama’s mocking laughter.

“Thank you so much for being kind enough to help me find the broadcasting room!” The shadow man from Eisenwald had actually sneaked into the town hall slightly earlier than Erza.

Because he realized he was being hunted by monster wizards he couldn’t possibly defeat, he didn’t dare risk capturing soldiers to interrogate them one by one.

After wandering around searching for the broadcasting room to no avail, he happened to see Erza ‘interrogating’ the military forces barbarically, and decided to tail her from within the shadows to get free information.

“Damn it!” Erza cursed in annoyance.

Both her swords swung again.

Flashes of magic sword light slashed the town hall corridor walls until they cracked and shattered, but Kageyama’s shadow had already slid away, escaping toward the target room.

Erza hurriedly ran after him, muttering furiously in her heart, “If only Natsu were here, he definitely would have leveled this entire town hall to the ground by now!” “That way, we wouldn’t have to bother stressing over Eisenwald’s next plan because the broadcasting room would already be obliterated!” Erza stared at the swords in her hands for a moment, weighing her own idea, before finally deciding not to use her ultimate move to destroy the building.

Leveling the town hall was a trivial matter to her, but bringing more trouble to the Fairy Tail guild was a huge deal.

Wasn’t Fairy Tail’s behavior already being heavily monitored by the Magic Council right now?!

She had to set a good example!
