Сhарtеr 15: System Rеwаrd
Аftеr еnding the stream, Jiаng Fu immеdiatelу cheсkеd hеr роints. Аcсоrding tо thе 20% revenuе share, her eаrnings frоm the dеbut strеаm gifts аmоunted tо nеаrly 600,000 yuаn.
Sigh, оne сould only sаy thаt the Dreamwеaving bоss was hарpy аgain.
Leaving thе stаgе, Jiаng Fu went to thе drеssing rооm to chаnge оut of her shоrt qipaо. She put оn jeans, slipреd intо a dоwn jаcket, and wаlked оut. Оperаtions manаger Sistеr Lu wаs аlreаdy waiting оutside.
“We’ll hеаd tо the meeting room later to rеviеw the stream,” Zhu Lu said tо thе four girls.
Jiang Fu noddеd, рicked up a box of cherries left for her by the staff, and was the first to walk toward the meeting room.
Jiang Fu: I have to say, these cherries are really sweet—crispy and juicy.
For this stream, the total points from highest to lowest were: Jiang Fu 30,851,300, Shi Yu 834,000, Momo 317,800, and Bai Qian 168,000. Zhu Lu proposed corresponding persona arrangements for each based on their current situations. As for Jiang Fu, it was mostly affirmation and praise.
“The way Fu Fu conducts her streams and her terminology are worth learning from. Most importantly, during group streams, avoid internal competition and conflict. It’s common for Big Brothers to have fun and gift everyone, especially Assassins—they are a key factor in driving consumption.”
After a brief review, the four girls returned to the dorm one after another.
Jiang Fu wasn’t the type to warm up to people quickly, nor did she particularly enjoy being in groups—a habit she had developed since childhood.
Originally, she had planned to stay in the dorm a bit longer and move out after receiving her salary. But now, with the 100,000 yuan transferred by Fu Siyan, she could start looking for a place. Living alone would be much more convenient and comfortable.
Jiang Fu still chose to live near the company for an easier commute.
After setting the area and requirements, she began browsing listings on the website.
Soon, a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment caught her eye. The apartment was located in the neighborhood next to her current one, with an excellent location. The living room had floor-to-ceiling windows, and it included one bedroom, one living room, and a large walk-in closet. Moreover, the landlord accepted one month’s rent as a deposit and one month’s rent upfront, which perfectly suited Jiang Fu’s needs. The rent was 5,800 yuan per month.
Without much hesitation, Jiang Fu scheduled a viewing with the landlord for 6 p.m.
With over an hour to spare, Jiang Fu decided to rest a bit. She also uploaded the recording of her opening dance from the morning to her personal account.
Jiang Fu remembered that when she performed the opening dance, neither of the two Big Brothers had entered the stream yet.
Sitting on the small sofa in her room, Jiang Fu scrolled through Tremolo, with constant notifications for likes and comments popping up. She didn’t rush to open them.
It had been a long time since Jiang Fu had relaxed like this while browsing Tremolo.
“It seems this system’s judgment is indeed accurate. It’s only the first day of streaming, and you already have so many fans.”
The mechanical voice reappeared in Jiang Fu’s mind.
Jiang Fu: The system came back to check on me so soon?
“It’s been a month—that’s not exactly soon. A month is enough for this system to complete ten upgrade tasks.”
“Dear system, could you please stop eavesdropping?” Jiang Fu responded in her mind.
“Fu Fu, our system communicates by listening to thoughts, you know~”
“Alright, alright. Since I’m doing so well, do I get any rewards, system?” Jiang Fu asked.
“Ahem, your fans have now reached 10,000, and the Big Brothers’ gifting amount has exceeded 500,000 yuan. You’ve barely achieved the first streamer milestone. Reward: one Scratch Card.”
As soon as the system finished speaking, a scratch card appeared in Jiang Fu’s hand. She examined it closely.”This is just like that scratch card, isn’t it? What can you possibly scratch out?”
The system replied, “This is random. There might be nothing, but if there is something, it will definitely be beneficial for you.”
Jiang Fu: 6, so it can also be “Thanks for participating.”
Jiang Fu waited for a while, but the mechanical voice in her mind didn’t appear. It seemed the system had waved its sleeves and left again.
Without hesitation, she scratched it open. The skill card clearly read: 【Equal Donation Cashback.】
Equal Donation Cashback?
Jiang Fu: “Does that mean that in the future, whatever Big Brother donates, I’ll get the same amount?”
“Correct, you’re quite smart,” the mechanical voice mysteriously echoed in Jiang Fu’s mind again.
“That’s great! This way, it doesn’t feel like such a loss.” Jiang Fu was pleasantly surprised by this reward. Now she wouldn’t have to be the big sucker anymore.
Just thinking about how she only got 20% of the two million Big Brother donated made her heart ache.
“Will the donations from Big Brother today also be eligible for equal cashback?”
Jiang Fu asked again.
“No, only donations made after receiving the reward are valid.”
That’s fine too—”cutting losses in time,” as they say.
The system brought a pleasant surprise and then hurriedly left. It was also time for Jiang Fu to go see the apartment.
Opening WeChat, she saw several unread messages. Jiang Fu clicked on Fu Siyan’s first.
【Simon: What are you planning to eat later?】
After reading the message, she typed a reply:
【I’m going to look at an apartment, and I’ll grab something to eat outside. What about you, Siyan Bro?】
【Simon: Eating at home. Are you planning to buy an apartment?】
【Fu: I’d love to buy an apartment to live in, but I don’t have the means for that yet, Bro.】
【Simon: If you want, I can help you.】
At this moment, Jiang Fu didn’t know that the other person was the CEO of Shidai Jian’an, which owned 90% of the real estate in City A.
【Fu: I want to save up and buy an apartment through my own efforts. The best help you can give me is to support my work more, Bro!】 Jiang Fu replied tactfully.
【Simon: Okay, when the time comes, I can help you figure out what style you like.】
【Fu: No problem, thank you, Siyan Bro.】
Jiang Fu naturally didn’t take his words seriously and just replied politely.
Next, she clicked on Zhou Jingze’s message.
【Jingze: Fufu, where are you from?】
【Fu: Ze Bro, I’m from City C, but I work in City A now.】
Finally, there was Zhu Lu’s message.
【Lu Sis: Fufu, how did you feel about today’s livestream? Any issues?】
【Fu: No issues, Lu Sis. I was actually going to talk to you—I might be moving out soon.】
【Lu Sis: No problem. You can even ask the company to help you move.】
【Fu: Okay, I don’t have much stuff, so there’s no need to trouble the company.】
After replying to the messages, Jiang Fu went out. The living room was empty, so presumably everyone else was in their rooms.
It was only a 10-minute walk from Jiang Fu’s current neighborhood to the neighboring one. She quickly arrived at the agreed-upon building.
