Just Small Fry 15: Chapter 15: An Anemo Hypostasis?

Just Small Fry The elemental shell surrounding the Anemo Hypostasis began to contract, and it spiraled upward into midair.

“Amber, be careful!” Eight tornadoes rose across the battlefield like rabid dogs that had lost control, sweeping wildly through everything in their path.Full novel: Genshin Impact: Every Girl I Win Over Grants Me a Stand — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Eula gripped her Favonius Greatsword tightly.

Standing in front of Amber, she cut down every hilichurl corpse that had been swept up by the hurricanes.

The Anemo Hypostasis entered a brief state of exhaustion.

At the same time, eight Anemo sigils appeared in the air.

Before its next attack, it would definitely absorb the power of those Anemo sigils to strengthen itself.

“Amber!” “I know!

Leave it to me!” Amber spread her Wind Glider and used the wind currents on the battlefield to rise into the air.

She had to destroy them all before the monster could recover.

At the same moment, the power of Cryo erupted from Eula.

“Glacial Illumination!” The Spindrift Knight swung her greatsword in a sweeping arc, surging forward like a tidal wave.

The blade of the Favonius Greatsword, wrapped in biting frost, swept straight through the monster’s core.

But a single Elemental Burst did not have much effect.

The Anemo Hypostasis quickly recovered.

It acted before Amber could, absorbing the Anemo sigil in front of her.

Then it released a violent gale shockwave, blasting Eula several meters away.

“Eula!” Amber tried to retract her Wind Glider, but a powerful wind current quickly formed beneath her feet and lifted her high into the sky.

The Anemo Hypostasis created a wind barrier, forcibly trapping Amber in midair.

Seeing this, Eula could hardly believe it.

This monster’s intelligence was actually that high.

The Anemo sigils had been bait from the very beginning.

“Amber…” Eula leaned on her greatsword, her hands trembling slightly.

She slowly stood up, only to suddenly feel someone holding both of her arms and helping her steady herself.

“You all right?” She whipped her head around and was shocked to find Chen Mo standing behind her like a ghost, appearing without a sound or trace.

“You…

how…” She bit her lower lip tightly, then changed to a questioning tone.

“This is not a place you should be!

Please leave immediately!” “I’m definitely leaving, but not right now.” The Anemo Hypostasis absorbed another Anemo sigil and prepared to release another shockwave.

Even so, Chen Mo’s expression remained completely composed.

Eula could not understand where his confidence came from.

No matter how she shouted or scolded him, she could not stop him from walking forward.

The impact of the fierce wind gathered once more.

Just as Eula thought he was about to be torn apart, Chen Mo summoned Star Platinum and slammed the ground, lifting a massive stone wall to use as cover.

“That purple shadow…

what is it?” Eula’s astonishment had not even fully surfaced before a deep cry of “Ora” rang beside her ears.

Star Platinum lifted the enormous stone wall and, catching the Anemo Hypostasis off guard, smashed it toward its core.

“What terrifying brute strength…!” Remembering what she had seen at the previous hilichurl camp, Eula looked at Chen Mo with even greater disbelief.

“That wreckage everywhere…

he really was the one who caused it…” The Anemo Hypostasis reformed its elemental shell.

Facing Chen Mo, even the monster could not help becoming cautious.

It pulled away, rose high into the air, and formed an elemental array around itself.

Amber anxiously warned him, “Chen Mo, be careful!

It’s going to fire wind projectiles!” “I know!” Star Platinum stood ready like an uncrowned king on a court, determined to smash every single wind projectile apart.

Chen Mo threw out heavy punches in rapid succession.

His battle cries mixed with the sound of tearing air, and the wind projectiles were easily dispersed.

“Unbelievable…” In Eula’s memory, every knight who faced the Anemo Hypostasis’s triple wind formation could only dodge.

She had never seen anyone bold enough to meet its attack with brute force.

“Is this the confidence that strength gives him?” The Anemo Hypostasis’s attacks were like a tiny finch crashing into Stormterror.

In front of Star Platinum’s fists, they were no more than a little girl throwing a tantrum.

Chen Mo seized the opportunity and quickly closed in on the core.

He unleashed another twenty to thirty heavy punches, leaving the Anemo Hypostasis already on the verge of collapse.

It spread its wings and transformed into a wind butterfly, about to flee.

At that instant, Chen Mo suddenly shouted, “Star Platinum!

The World!” The cold sweat on Eula’s body froze just before it could fall.

All of Teyvat was plunged into one second of stopped time.

Star Platinum grabbed the Anemo Hypostasis’s core and slammed it back down onto the ground.

“Trying to run?

Did you ask my Star Platinum first?” The Anemo Hypostasis did not even know how it had ended up back in Chen Mo’s hands.

Star Platinum’s fists swung faster and faster, each blow more ruthless than the last.

With one final, forceful “Ora,” time resumed its flow.

In an instant, the Anemo Hypostasis was sent flying several meters away.

Eula had no idea what had just happened.

She was certain she had not blinked.

So why had the Anemo Hypostasis failed to fly into the sky and instead fallen right in front of her?

Cracks spread across its emerald-colored core.

The Anemo Hypostasis did not choose to enter its revival phase.

Instead, clinging to its last breath, it gathered its elemental shell around itself and stopped moving.

The color on its body had grown dull and lifeless.

Its core was tightly sealed deep inside.

“Why did it suddenly turn into a turtle?” Chen Mo looked up.

Amber was still trapped in the air and unable to come down.

He wondered why the wind barrier created by the monster could last this long.

Perhaps it was because the Anemo Hypostasis was still controlling elemental energy to maintain it?

Eula, desperate to save her friend, would not let him continue thinking and analyzing.

She walked over to Chen Mo and suggested, “Let’s return to Mondstadt City…

and ask Miss Lisa to come…” After witnessing Chen Mo’s strength and bizarre abilities, Eula no longer even dared to speak loudly.

“Lisa is extremely knowledgeable…

she definitely…” “No need to make it that troublesome.” Chen Mo suddenly patted Eula on the back, frightening her so badly she nearly bit her tongue.

“Um…

have you figured something out yet?

I don’t want to stay trapped in the sky forever…!” He smiled brightly at Amber.

“Relax, relax.

I’ll get you down very soon.” In the game, the elemental shells of Hypostases could block all damage from players.

But Chen Mo was now in the real Teyvat, not inside the game.

He refused to believe that, before absolute power, the Anemo Hypostasis could truly hide inside its turtle shell and cling to life forever.

“Star Platinum!” He raised one divine finger toward the Anemo Hypostasis, his arm forming a perfect ninety-degree angle with his torso.

The purple Stand once again burst violently out of his body.

It firmly grabbed both sides of the monster’s outer shell, the muscles throughout its entire body swelling as it exerted all of its strength.

“Ora—!” Like a piece of heavy industrial machinery, Star Platinum forcibly pried open the Anemo Hypostasis’s shell.

The monster seemed to know its end was near.

Hiding inside its shell, it trembled violently and let out faint clicking sounds.

Witnessing it all with her own eyes, Eula could no longer maintain her usual elegance and composure.

“Impossible!

I must be dreaming!” She stared in stunned silence.

Even after pinching her thigh until it turned red, swollen, and purple, she still refused to believe that what she was seeing was reality.

Until the very moment Chen Mo completely shattered the Anemo Hypostasis’s core, Eula’s expression of shock never faded in the slightest.

“A mere Anemo Hypostasis.

Just another roadside mob.”
