Ten thousand years had passed by as if they were nothing.

In Spade’s perception, time in Hell usually flowed like a calm sea, but this past century had been particularly lively.

Throughout Hell’s radio channels, the usual steady broadcasts had been replaced by continuous bursts of static and white noise.Full novel: Hazbin Hotel: I Became the Clown Demon — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

These were followed by one bloody bulletin after another—announcing the fall of an Overlord or the eradication of a demon, with every gruesome detail publicized for all to hear.

Spade listened to the radio for several days.

Tapping his fingertips on his desk, he already knew the answer.

“Oh ho ho ho ho—” A burst of arrogant laughter suddenly erupted in his office.

He recalled the images he had seen in his past life, and even now, they felt absurd and hilarious.

Alastor—that serial killer whose hands had been drenched in blood while he was human—had known he would eventually fall to Hell.

He had made a deal with Rosie from Cannibal Town in advance.

But who could have predicted that the day after the deal was sealed, this future Radio Demon would be mistaken for a deer by a mortal hunter and get shot right in the head?

Tragic, hasty, and utterly ridiculous.

Since then, Spade had kept a daily watch on the radio.

He listened as this rising star, who had swept through Hell and climbed to the top in just a few short years, broadcasted the fall of old Overlords and the shifting of territories.

Life was getting more and more interesting.

He hadn’t expected that one day, this famous Radio Demon would personally set foot in his territory.

And Spade, from start to finish, remained seated deep within his office like a mastermind.

Using the intercom system spread throughout the factory, he spoke to the intruder.

The moment Alastor stepped into the factory, a flicker of surprise crossed his eyes.

Rumor had it that this clown demon possessed unfathomable power and was the master of Hell’s most dangerous doll factory.

However, the scene before him was eerily quiet.

In the vast exhibition halls and production areas, only the cold mechanical assembly lines ran endlessly.

Gears meshed and bearings turned, but not a single living soul was in sight.

The radio speakers mounted on the walls suddenly crackled to life.

As the static faded, a voice filled with playful mockery slowly emerged.

“Oh oh oh oh—if it isn’t the recently famous Radio Demon?

To what do I owe the honor of your visit?

Are you here to order some toys?

Let me be clear upfront—my toys come with a very high price tag.” Alastor gave a slight bow, his face fixed with that elegant, professional, and gentle smile.

He responded with practiced composure.

“No, no, no, Mister Joker.

You misunderstand.

I heard your toys were exceptionally dangerous, but now that I see them…” He looked around, his gaze sweeping over the plush dolls on the display shelves, the scattered parts, and the silently humming machines.

He shook his head gently.

“It seems the rumors were quite an exaggeration.

These are nothing more than empty machines and cute plush toys.” Inside the office.

Spade sat in the shadows.

His appearance was a fusion of a clown and Prototype 1006—a pale, eerie clown face with a mouth stretched into an exaggerated arc.

His upper body was clad in a tight clown suit, while his lower half featured ruffled clown trousers and pointed shoes.

However, the hands that controlled everything were the very claws of Prototype 1006—metallic joints glinting with a cold light.

At that moment, his claws tapped rhythmically against the desk, producing sharp *ting-ting-ting* sounds.

[Heh, this guy is certainly confident.] Spade sneered inwardly and spoke into the microphone.

“Oh?

Since that’s the case, Mister Radio Demon, you had better get ready—to have a proper playdate with my toys.” The moment the words left his mouth.

The entire doll factory transformed instantly.

[Toy Activation · Hunt Start] Spade’s finger twitched as he issued the supreme command.

First Wave: Mommy Long Legs.

Dense friction sounds echoed from the pipes in the ceiling.

Multiple-meter-long red limbs suddenly burst from the pipes.

These muscular long arms, tipped with sharp claws, swept toward Alastor with lightning speed!

The joints emitted “clack-clack” snapping sounds as they moved.

The speed was so great it left afterimages, cutting off all avenues of escape around Alastor.

Second Wave: Huggy Wuggy.

The floor vents exploded open.

A blue plush body lunged out.

Its wide-open eyes were filled with madness, and its razor-sharp teeth snapped at Alastor’s ankles.

Simultaneously, its thick arms swung with bone-breaking force, smashing toward his torso!

Third Wave: Baby Long Legs.

The ropes above the exhibition hall suddenly went taut.

Dolls with spindly necks and small bodies dropped from the sky.

Like ghosts, they swarmed around Alastor, their tiny, sharp claws constantly scratching and tearing to distract his vision and movement, forming a seamless net of encirclement.

Final Executor: Killy.

Mechanical gears turned frantically.

A massive grey mechanical beast emerged from behind the assembly line.

Its metallic limbs struck the ground with a heavy boom, its mandibles opening and closing with a lethal pressure as it charged toward Alastor!

The elegant smile on Alastor’s face finally showed a crack.

Black demonic energy erupted from his body.

Radio static transformed into sharp sonic waves, desperately fending off the onslaught of the dolls.

Mommy Long Legs’ arms were severed by the sonic waves, only to regenerate instantly.

Huggy Wuggy was blasted back but immediately scrambled up for another charge.

Baby Long Legs came one after another like a rising tide.

Killy’s charge was unstoppable, smashing deep craters into the floor.

Spade’s toys felt no pain and knew no fear.

They were capable of infinite regeneration and knew only how to hunt.

This wasn’t a battle; it was a one-sided, crushing game.

Alastor’s demonic power was being steadily drained.

His radio waves grew erratic, and several scratches and bruises of varying depth appeared on his body.

Looking at the endless, indestructible hunting dolls before him, he finally recognized the reality of the situation.

This clown demon was far more terrifying than he had imagined.

[Defeat · Escape] “Tch…” Alastor let out a soft click of his tongue as his elegant mask finally shattered.

He no longer stayed to fight.

A massive blast of radio shockwaves erupted from him, forcefully repelling the dolls in his immediate vicinity.

He then transformed into a black shadow and bolted toward the factory gates.

Mommy Long Legs’ arms chased after him, missing his coattails by a mere inch.

Huggy Wuggy charged wildly, smashing the door frame to pieces.

Killy’s roar echoed throughout the factory.

But in the end, Alastor managed to flee the territory.

From beginning to end, Spade had not stepped a single foot out of his office.

He simply sat in the shadows, watching the disheveled Radio Demon flee on the monitors.

Those Prototype 1006 claws tapped the desk again.

*Ting, ting, ting—* After a long silence, a burst of unbridled, wildly arrogant laughter erupted in the office.

“Hahahahahahaha—” “The Radio Demon?

That’s all?” “Can’t even beat my toys, yet you dared to step into my factory.

This is…

just too funny.” The laughter spread through the radio system, echoing across the silent doll factory.

Interweaving with the sound of running machinery, it became the most eerie resonance in Hell.

And as for that humiliated Radio Demon who had fled—it was likely he would never dare to come anywhere near the territory of the Clown Overlord, Spade, for the rest of his life.
