The next morning…..
Zara texted Sebastian as per Paula’s instructions.
‘I will come to Seychelles as you wish and I am bringing my friend. We already booked our tickets.’
It’s night in Sebastian’s place so Zara have to wait till evening to get his reply and she spent her day absent minded in the office, her thoughts occupied by her Seychelles trip.
And when she returned home, she took a shower and sat in front of TV, changing channels continuously, thinking about Sebastian.
“What do you want to eat?”
Meredith asked when she saw Zara going into her room after watching TV for three hours in a row.
She looked so lost or maybe sad. She wanted to ask why she is sad but held back because Zara is not good at expressing her worries and it’s their fault as parents.
They never asked their children about their thoughts or problems and Zara got used to being that way, holding up, keeping everything inside her without sharing and tries to solve her problems by her own.
Meredith always felt guilty for not being with her kids when they needed her and couldn’t support them emotionally. Jenna and Zara never blamed her for that as they knew her situation.
“I am not hungry mom. I am going to sleep.”
Zara went into her room and locked her door anxiously because she is waiting for his reply.
What if he ask her to come alone?
No way!
She won’t give in to his demands.
But the surprising part is, the man of her dreams is threatening her to be with him and even asked her to marry him.
She never believed in fantasies but now her life is like one of them.
While she’s immersed in her thoughts, her phone rang and when she saw the caller ID, she gulped subconsciously, terrified to attend the call.
After taking a deep breath she finally pressed the answer key and put the phone near her ear.
“Who is coming with you?” asked Sebastian as soon as the call connected, not giving Zara to even say hello.
“My best friend.”
“If you play any tricks. Trust me, you won’t like my actions.” warned Sebastian through his gritted teeth.
She’s really good at manipulating him otherwise how could he escape from his bodyguards trusting a stranger? She has that power over him.
“SHUT UP!” yelled Zara, her eyes burning with flames, not liking his constant threats.
“Who do you think you are to threaten me? And listen, I won’t promise to be with you. We are meeting to make things clear. UNDERSTAND!!”
She didn’t want to be a coward anymore. She hated his dominance and didn’t want to back down.
“We’ll see.”
Sebastian grinned wickedly, his voice low and deep, making her nervous.
‘Be patient Sebastian!’
He calmed himself down because he just got her contact details but not the address which is why he threatened her to meet him at Seychelles.
He remembered her telling him about her bucket list destinations and Seychelles is one of them.
He is just trying to fulfil her wish. But if she tries to leave him again like she did in the past. He won’t be nice at all.
Zara cut the call, unwilling to continue their conversation and collapsed on the bed, to sleep but it took her hours to finally drift into deep slumber.
Unlike Zara, Sebastian is very much excited to meet her so he cancelled all his meetings and appointments for a week to spend some quality time with her alone in Seychelles.
He couldn’t wait to see her after two years.

“You texted him that we are coming next week but why are we here two days earlier?” asked Paula as soon as they stepped into their hotel room in Seychelles.
“Why is it always him to blackmail me? It’s my turn now.” said Zara with an evil smirk and took out her mobile to call Sebastian.
Paula sat on the edge of the bed with a deep frown.
“What are you up to Zara Jones?”
She asked her friend who is leisurely wandering around the room, placing her phone near her ear, waiting for Sebastian to answer the call.
And when the call connected, she gestured Paula to stay quiet and gulped, hearing his deep voice from the other side.
“Missed me Sunshine.”
Sebastian rested on the recliner chair in the balcony, enjoying the view, a playful smile spreading on his lips.
He was just about to call her as the moon reminded him of her and took his mobile only to see her calling him back. Perhaps she heard his silent pleas, his yearning for her.
Zara rolled her eyes at his cheesy words and spoke to him, her voice arrogant and cold.
“I am here in Seychelles as I promised. You have twenty four hours to meet me. My flight is at ten tomorrow evening and I should leave the hotel by seven to reach the airport. I will text you the details of our meeting place. This is the ultimatum and do not threaten me using my family. If you are a man accept the dare and keep your promise.”
With that she hung up the call and threw the phone on the bed breathing heavily.
She is still in shock remembering her courage to speak with him in arrogance.

“What the hell Zara?” shouted Paula, not believing her actions.
Zara who is busy praising herself came back to senses and stared at her friend in confusion.
“Why should we listen to him, darling? If we accept all his demands, he will take us granted for everything so it’s better if we stay rooted to our grounds.” said Zara stretching her muscles lazily, feeling proud of herself.
Paula shook her head in disbelief and collapsed on the bed, her face etched with worry.
Zara is really crazy to challenge Sebastian. She hopes nothing goes wrong in Seychelles.
“So, are we leaving tomorrow? Didn’t we book this room for a week?” asked Paula, making Zara laugh out loud.
“Of course not darling. He can never make it to Seychelles by tomorrow. Even if he made it, he can’t find me because I booked this room using your identity and he doesn’t know who you are.”
Paula’s jaw dropped at her explanation and tried to say something but Zara isn’t done yet.
“At last, he thinks that I left and as he promised, he shouldn’t threaten me using my family ever. Finally, I can be free from his threats. We can enjoy this vacation to the fullest. Darling!!! We made it to Seychelles.”
They both squealed jumping on the bed, throwing pillows at each other.
They have been friends for years and wished to visit Seychelles once in their lifetime but never had a chance and now because of Sebastian, they are fulfilling one of their dreams.
Sebastian stared at the blank screen for few seconds, stunned by Zara’s words.
After getting back to his senses, he stood up from the recliner abruptly and opened his balcony door, trying to leave his room but held himself back.
He took a deep breath before sitting on the bed running his fingers through his hair.
He knew it.
He fucking knew it.

How dare she to challenge his male pride?
He really underestimated her.
She, who helped him to escape from his well trained bodyguards and wrapped him around her fingers in just one night. How did he expect her to obey him?
While he’s lost in his thoughts, his phone buzzed in his hand with Zara’s text and opened to see the details of their meeting place.
He tightened his jaw seeing the information and made few phone calls before closing his eyes to sleep.
