Seychelles….
The place is even more exciting and beautiful than what Zara and Paula have imagined. The beaches are heavenly gorgeous with turquoise waters and the nature, the locals, everything is so perfect.
Zara and Paula can’t resist the charms and started exploring after texting Sebastian. They should be resting in their room actually but they’re too excited to waste few hours.
They rather explore the place than lay on bed like logs.
The next day, they started to visit other islands with other groups and had loads of fun.
The food is incredible and they played lot of water games, clicked countless pictures and by the time they returned to their room, it’s seven in the evening already.
Zara chose a beachside resort, with private pool, a gym, including many more amenities.
She poured all her hard earned money into this vacation because she wants this experience to be remembered forever.
There is a restaurant nearby with the best ocean view and consists of private chambers in the shapes of huts, making it more alluring and she texted Sebastian to meet her there.
And he has only an hour to succeed in his mission.
“I am going to bath.” said Zara before slipping into the bathroom quickly, making Paula chuckle at her childish actions and took out her mobile to call her poor husband who is alone at home.
After thirty minutes, Zara came out in a bathrobe, a content smile playing on her lips.
“I am so happy darling. He didn’t make it and we are going to have lots of fun here.”
Paula cut the call after hearing her friend’s excited words and checked the time.
Zara danced to the Señorita song which is being played by a random guitarist at the beach and swayed her body like a swan, singing the lyrics like she’s Camila Cabello.
She can hear the voices of people and music from the campfire and can’t wait to join them.
She loves the song so much.
Though she’s not in Miami, she can make do with Seychelles for now but where is her Shawn Mendes?
“You still have thirty minutes baby. Wait till eight to laugh.” mocked Paula, walking towards the bathroom.
“Shut up darling. You should be optimistic.” protested Zara, earning a scowl from her friend and shook her head in exasperation before taking her phone to look at their itinerary for tomorrow when Sebastian called her.
She grinned seeing his name and answered the call immediately.
“Poor Bash. I pity you.”
She teased him, lying on the bed and slept on her back satisfied by her master plan.
“Where are you Sunshine? I am tired of listening to this Señorita song without my Camila Cabello by my side but I liked the restaurant you booked. It’s so pleasant. You have good taste.”
Sebastian ran his fingers through his hair with a wicked grin as he can imagine Zara’s pale face. He isn’t done with her yet.
“W..What are you saying?”
Zara stuttered, holding her breath and sat up straight, her back breaking into cold sweat.
This can’t be true.
H..how can he know about the song she’s listening to right now? And what did he mean by the restaurant?
Don’t tell her…he….?
“Didn’t you ask me to meet you at the restaurant near the Hilton resort? Here I am. I know it’s not eight yet, so take your own time Sunshine. I will wait for you.”
Sebastian hung up the call and threw the phone beside him, a smirk playing on his lips.
“You are so mean.” said Simon from the side, staring at the smirking man.
They arrived at Seychelles yesterday morning, even before Zara arrived.
And Simon is still confused as to why they are here two days ahead but after knowing about Zara’s evil plan, he really admired Sebastian’s sixth sense.
“You should be mean to deal with this tigress.” said Sebastian smiling as he remembered Zara’s stuttering from earlier.
She must be astonished. But she deserves it.
“How did you know about her plans?” asked Simon sipping his drink.
“I knew she wouldn’t obey me. So I planned to come two days ahead in case she plays any tricks and I was right about her.”
Sebastian expected her rebelliousness but she’s really smart to trick him but he outsmarted her.
“She did play tricks but why didn’t you meet her when she called you yesterday?”
Simon said as he remembered Sebastian’s agitation after talking to Zara. He was prepared to pull her out of the burrows but stopped himself.
“I wanted her to believe that she is on the winning side before making her cry in defeat when the time comes.”
Simon widened his eyes at his friend’s over smartness and leaned back on the sofa, spreading his legs wide in relaxed position.
“You waited for years to see her and she is finally here, in your reach but you didn’t take the initiative to meet her. At least you could’ve seen her from a distance.”
Sebastian stared at the empty space before him deep in thoughts, his heart throbbing thinking about Zara.
“You have no idea how much I wanted to see her but I doubt my self control. So, I am waiting to meet her in here. She did the right thing by booking a private chamber.”
He took a look at his surroundings with a knowing smirk and appreciated his Sunshine for choosing a private room for them.
“I can’t wait to meet your girl, man.”
Simon said, rubbing his hands excitedly, intrigued by the mysterious girl.
Sebastian was in his suite room when Zara called him yesterday and was so mad at her that he wanted to meet her right then but held himself back.
What if she tricked him with her lies?
When he saw the address sent by Zara, he immediately called his people to check the details of the person who booked the restaurant chamber.
And of course he was met with an unfamiliar woman’s name. He then asked his people to check the airport footage and saw Zara accompanied by a woman of her age.
And she’s also the woman who booked the chamber in the restaurant.
He really underestimated his sunshine.
She not only came early to Seychelles but also used her friend’s ID to reserve restaurant chamber so as to not let him know about her.
He swallowed the anger and waited patiently.
He spent his day in excitement, agony, bitterness everything because she is so close to him but he has to wait till the appointment time to see her.
At first, he wanted to wait till eight to inform her about his arrival but he lost his patience and called her ahead.
She must be going crazy by now, clutching her hair, screaming and cursing him which is exactly Zara is doing now.
She threw her phone on the bed cursing Sebastian and paced around the room, muttering to herself like a crazy person.
“Baby what happened?” asked Paula as she stepped out of the bathroom.
She is surprised to see her friend act like a weirdo all of a sudden.
“He’s here. He’s here.”
“No, no he can’t be. How can he be here?”
Paula walked towards her flustered figure in worry as Zara is behaving like a mad woman and held her shoulders.
“Who is here, Zara?”
She asked her, holding her in a place and gestured her to take a deep breath but Zara is not in the mood to relax.
“Bash! H..he called me. He said he’s here.”
Zara bit her lips as she told Paula about Sebastian’s phone call, her eyes brimming with tears.
She is on the verge of crying after knowing that he is here because she did everything in her hands to avoid him but all her plans got wasted.
She couldn’t escape from him anymore.
If she didn’t meet him now, he’ll straight go to her parents.
How did he manage to come here in just twenty four hours?
Even though he used his private jet, it’s still not possible.
She calculated everything perfectly and planned her appointment but she didn’t know how he made it to Seychelles so soon.
“Baby relax, relax. Let’s not jump into conclusion before conforming.” said Paula, giving hope to Zara and the latter nodded her head, taking a deep breath to control her racing heart.
Paula’s right.
She shouldn’t trust Sebastian before seeing him for real.
With that in mind, she dressed up hurriedly and headed to the restaurant, tagging along Paula.
