The time went by slowly as Sebastian obliged Zara and stood there in silence letting the sea breezes hit his face.

But instead of worrying about the consequences, he is wondering about the fact that how can this little girl know what he needed.

She helped him with his upset mood, satiated his hunger, gave him alone time and now she’s letting him settle the wavering thoughts in his head.Full novel: His Sparkling Sunshine — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

How can she be so considerate?

He suddenly believed that she might be his match but soon erased the thought because a pure girl like her cannot come into his mess.

He can’t impose her peaceful life with his chaotic one.

But the lingering thoughts remained in him.

There is something special about her.

He remembered the time he first saw her at the restaurant and a knowing smile touched his lips.

She was dressed in loose peach pyjamas paired with her white woollen beanie that looked like a snowball on her head.

She let her wavy brunette hair down which ended above her hips and put on cute slippers that matched her personality.

He didn’t lack girls in his life but no one caught his attention like she did.

He met lot of his fans but no one has ever cared about him like her.

She gave him a thick scarf to keep him warm before stepping out of her house as her clothes are of kids size.

She fed him, entertained him, made him laugh and even brought him to her favourite place.

Everything about her feels surprisingly warm and effected him in a way he couldn’t explain.

Her eyes, smile, smell and her cute pouty pink lips disturbed him like crazy.

Just a while ago, he wanted to touch her long fingers and wished to entwine them with his when she fiddled with them while talking to him.

In addition to her surprises, she even gave him a name as if she owns him.

Bash?!

Really!

For the first time in his life, he wants to force himself into someone else’s life.

Her life.

He wants to be with her and expects her to accept him but she’s innocent and pure and he didn’t wish for her to be consumed by his darkness.

Fuck!

What the hell is happening to him?

He just met her few hours ago, barely knew about her and for fuck sake he didn’t even know her name and he is already thinking about owning her.

How pathetic can he be?

Keeping an end to his floating thoughts, he let his mind relax and talked to the sea as she suggested.

The waves are rising and falling just like his heartbeat because the silence answered him and it is scary.

He gulped as the sounds of waves echoed in his ears and kept chanting continuously and it only intensified his fear.

What the fuck is wrong with him?

Why is he hearing the same thing again and again?

Take her.

Take her.

Oh fuck!

He’s totally crazy to hear the voice of the sea which is saying him to take her right now and the terrifying thing is he wants to obey.

No way!

He can’t do that.

He took deep breaths, trying to control his racing heart and turned around to see himself in her sparkle eyes.

Only him.

His heart fluttered like butterfly wings, seeing the enchanted look on her face.

He wanted nothing but to see her get fascinated by him but again he said no to himself.

She’s off limits.

While Sebastian is having a hard time to control his emotions, Zara stood up hurriedly after sensing him and dodged her eyes, lowering her head, pretending to be scrolling her phone.

Her cheeks flushed red in embarrassment as she was caught staring at him but she can’t help as she always gets lost in herself whenever he is present.

“Can we leave?”

She asked after a brief pause as Sebastian stayed silent and she’s glad he agreed because she didn’t have an answer if he asks her why she’s staring at him like a silly girl.

They walked side by side with their fingers entwined, no one knows who initiated it but they liked it and didn’t plan to let go.

Holding each other’s hands felt natural as if they’d done it countless times.

While waiting for the taxi, Sebastian looked at their clasped hands and smiled.

Their hands looked perfect together.

Her hand is soft like cotton and it fit just right in his own.

He lifted his head and frowned as he looked at her back who is trying to find a taxi.

He tightened his hold on her fingers and pulled her back a little, making her stand beside him.

Now it is perfect.

Something has changed when they came back from the beach but nothing felt odd.

Even when they are in the taxi, they held one another unwilling to let go.

In the next few minutes, Zara took him to few places she often visits and Sebastian felt so happy spending time with her, especially he liked her chattering little mouth and sparkle eyes which glows like shining stars. Get faster updates on novelping dot com.

As they enjoyed each other’s company, Zara stopped at a café which is still open for the night shifters, to have something as she is hungry.

The cold is extreme but still she ordered a milkshake to quench her thirst.

What can she do when she loves cold drinks so much?

While waiting for the milkshake, Zara suddenly remembered something and hit her head.

“What happened?” asked Sebastian in confusion.

Why is she hitting her head again?

What did she remember this time?

“I kidnapped you. What about your bodyguards situation now?”

Zara asked him, her body trembling slightly.

Now that she had time to think about her actions, she finally realized the gravity of their situation and couldn’t help but worry.

What if they arrest her for kidnapping him?

What if they charge her a life sentence?

Sebastian chuckled seeing the dancing expressions on her face and found her cute.

Her every action, expression, gesture or posture, everything about her is just so amazing.

He stifled his laughter and scratched her adorable scrunching nose, making her blush and watched as she shifted in her place, trying to hide her red face.

Even this action, made him laugh with more joy.

Zara turned her back to him as she felt hot, hearing his laughter.

Gosh!

Did he just scratch her nose?

And he is even laughing at her condition.

How can he make fun for her?

Sebastian covered his laughter with a slight cough and walked to her front, masking his face with a serious frown.

She has a point.

What if they catch him?

Whether his people found him or not, he doesn’t care because he lived best hours of his life with her.

He can remember this night forever.

“They must be crazy by now.

What if they found me through surveillance?”

Zara smirked mischievously as she lifted her head to look into his eyes and said proudly “Don’t worry.

They won’t find you.

Seth took care of it.”

Her words made him sigh in relief because even he didn’t think about the consequences and just eloped with her.

His people must’ve turned the restaurant upside-down to find him.

“This will cause you a huge trouble. Right?”

Zara asked in concern, her eyes filled with guilt.

Of course, she now understood how much mess she created for him.

The famous Sebastian Wild is missing.

The restaurant must be in chaos by now.

She just hoped everything to fall into a place soon without hurting anyone.

“I can handle the situation. Just chill.” said Sebastian and brushed away her tendrils that stuck to her cheeks because of the wind.

His actions didn’t go unnoticed by her but she didn’t want to read more from his tiny gestures.

He is naughty with his fans and knew that he flirts with most of them, so she treated this one as one of his flirtatious acts.

“How?”

Pushing back her thoughts, she asked him curiously as she leaned forward and blew on her hands, feeling cold.

Sebastian observed her actions and wrapped his big hands around her tiny ones and kept her warm.

“You want to know?”

His lips stretched into a wicked grin as his actions made her freeze and leaned forward looking into her eyes.

Zara gulped, feeling conscious about their closeness but she shifted her focus to his answer.

How is he going to handle the situation?

She’s really curious.

Sebastian dropped his eyes to her quivering lips and gulped before looking into her sparkles and whispered huskily.

“Kiss me, I will tell you.”

Zara gasped, pulling back her hands swiftly and turned around to hide her blushing face.

How can he say those words to her?

He’s….really….

“You are good at flirting Bash…oh! sorry, Sebastian Wild.”

She stuttered while chiding him cutely and rushed to get her milkshake as if she’s running away from a Beast.

Looking at her flustered figure, Sebastian laughed out loud, feeling refreshed.

He didn’t know why he said that but it’s worth to see her shy little face.

“You can call me Bash.”

He said to her after she came back with the milkshake and walked out of the café.

The café is filled with handful of people and he covered his face with mask and cap but still he can’t risk of being exposed.

It’s dangerous.

“Can I?”

Zara asked, her eyes widening in surprise and when he agreed, she sipped her milkshake happily.

“It’s very cold out here. You should’ve ordered coffee instead.”

Her cheeks were red and when he held her hands earlier, they were so cold and yet she is drinking a milkshake.

“I hate coffee.” She confessed, taking another sip and continued….

“I told him not to add ice.”

Hmm…that’s okay.

Still it’s not a wise choice thought Sebastian but as long as she’s happy.

After taking few steps, he took her cup casually and sipped from the straw she just used, making her stop in her tracks.

Did he just drink from her cup?

Zara stood there stunned as her brain is going to explode because of his actions.

Meanwhile Sebastian looked unbothered.

He couldn’t control his urge when he heard her making little noises with her little mouth.

He can’t taste her lips, at least he can taste the milkshake she tasted.

“What?”

He asked her, turning around when he found her absent beside him.

Zara came back to her senses and shook her head, trying to act normal like him.

He’s just thirsty.

Nothing more.

She told herself to ignore his actions before following him.

The silence continued between them as Sebastian drank her milkshake deep in thoughts and continued their stroll.

After few seconds, he sighed looking at the dark sky.

“I am tired of hiding.”

He said, hoping to find a quiet place where he can just ditch the annoying mask which never leaves his face whenever he steps out.

The mask became a part of him and it irritates him all the time.

He didn’t want to disguise himself anymore, at least for one night.

Zara felt sad after hearing his words.

It must’ve been so hard on him, always hiding from the people.

She immediately thought of a place and rubbed her hands together.

“I know a place. You will definitely love it. Will you come with me?”

She extended her hand, asking his permission and will he say no to her?

Isn’t she his tour guide for the night?

He held back her hand and nodded with a huge grin.

“Let’s go.”

He handed her over the milkshake, feeling sorry as he drank her drink but she didn’t accept it and told him to have it, making him confused.

Didn’t she say she is hungry?

Why is she not taking it then?

“I…I don’t want it.” She spoke, her voice stuttering awkwardly.

“Is it because of me?”

He asked, not willing to let the matter slide.

She only took few sips and it definitely won’t fill her stomach.

Why is she not accepting it?

Zara stayed silent, not knowing how to reveal the reason behind her rejection.

She didn’t like to eat or drink when someone touched them.

“Don’t tell me you are disgusted by me?”

Sebastian asked in surprise, shocked by her actions.

Did she just reject a chance to drink from the cup he just drank.

Many girls would die to even have a look from him.

Zara shook her head hurriedly, afraid that he would misunderstand her.

Why would she feel disgusted?

In fact she really wants to taste his lips as she fantasied about him countless times but she didn’t want to push her luck.

This night is going to end and she didn’t want to rise her hopes.

It would be better if she kept her distance from him because if she let herself feel his closeness then she craves for it more.

Greed is dangerous.

“No! You don’t disgust me. I am just not used to…you know…I don’t drink when someone touched it.”

Okay!

“So..you are a germophobe.”

He said jokingly and took another sip but deep down he felt a pang in his chest when she rejected him.

He didn’t know the reason behind his upset mood but he wished her to drink from the straw he just licked.

“You can say semi germophobe.”

Zara said making him chuckle and just like that she brightened his mood again.

They hailed a taxi and arrived at the destination in few minutes.

As soon as they got down, Sebastian looked at Zara, asking her with his eyes whether she brought him to the right place or not.

The woods.

Or rather a tiny escarpment.

Really?

Are they going to climb the steep in this dark?

Isn’t she afraid of the wild animals attacking her?

Zara ignored his questioning gaze and dragged him deep into the forest.

It’s just twenty minutes walk to reach the cliff and you can see the whole city from the top.

A breath-taking view.
