Kaecilius leaned in, his expression filled with disbelief.

After all, as a dark sorcerer, he had experienced countless battles over the years.

Yet now, he had actually been suppressed by a novice who had only studied magic for half a year.Full novel: Hogwarts: My Past Life Revealed, I Am the Supreme Sorcerer — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Anger began burning within Kaecilius.

Kaecilius also put away his previous contemptuous attitude.

Magical blades appeared in both his hands.

His body unconsciously hunched forward, like a ferocious beast about to pounce on its prey.

The next second, Kaecilius lunged forward.

With a single leap, he nearly tackled Strange head-on.

Strange dodged and flipped onto the floor above.

The pair of magical whips in his hands continuously blocked Kaecilius’s attacks.

Overwhelmed by anger, Kaecilius no longer bothered with magic.

He rapidly attacked with the magical blades in both hands.

The two fought as they retreated, eventually arriving at a place resembling a magical artifact room.

Kaecilius thrust both blades forward simultaneously.

Strange grabbed an artifact resembling a drumstick and used it to block.

Clang!

The impact echoed through the air.

Yet the magical artifact remained completely undamaged.

As the two struggled against each other, Kaecilius suddenly smiled.

“You don’t know how to use it, do you?”

Strange didn’t say a word.

He simply raised the drumstick and brought it down directly on Kaecilius’s head.

Clang!

Another dull impact rang out.

Kaecilius was caught completely off guard.

Seeing this, everyone in the livestream room burst out laughing.

[Ron: Hahaha! We haven’t even seen a single spell, but this fight is pretty entertaining.]

[Harry: I feel like smacking him over the head with that thing is more effective than casting ten thousand spells.]

[Hermione: Why do these dark wizards seem impossible to kill?]

[Hermione: That last hit should clearly have knocked him unconscious.]

[McGonagall: I suspect it’s because he has been drawing power from that so-called Dark Dimension. His black eyes show signs of magical corruption.]

[Ron: Go, Anton! Turn that dark wizard into a Muggle!]

[Cassandra: What a shame. If I could enter the screen, I’d definitely give that fellow a proper smack in the face.]

[Luna: Anton, can you come to the corridor later? I want to invite you to drink some herbal tea I made myself. It tastes, um, very sweet.]

[Flitwick: Luna! Anton is in the middle of a duel!]

[Luna: Sorry, Professor Flitwick.]

[Luna: Anton, don’t forget to come. The herbal tea really is very, very good.]

At the center of the screen, the two continued fighting.

Strange was gradually forced toward a display cabinet.

Inside the cabinet was a scarlet cloak, which seemed completely useless for combat.

By this point, Kaecilius had completely lost his patience.

He had abandoned all pretense of fighting like a wizard and instead resorted to Muggle combat techniques, striking Strange with a barrage of elbows and shoulder blows.

Unexpectedly, these Muggle fighting techniques proved extremely effective.

Strange was forced backward step by step.

He turned around and was pushed against the railing together with the cabinet.

By now, Kaecilius was already gasping for breath.

He gathered all his strength and shoved Strange toward the edge.

The railing suddenly broke.

Strange and the cabinet were instantly pushed over the edge.

At that moment, everyone’s hearts in the livestream room were suspended in midair once again.

They simply hadn’t expected it.

Anton had just been holding his own against this Dark Lord, yet this monster had suddenly managed to push him over the edge.

The wizards in the chat group began complaining one after another.

Although they believed Anton wouldn’t die so easily, they still felt that Kaecilius’s despicable methods were completely unfair.

[Ron: Cheating! That dark wizard is cheating! Using Muggle fighting techniques, what kind of wizard does that make him?!]

[Flitwick: Shameless! If this were a proper wizarding duel, Anton had already won!]

[Flitwick: What’s so wizardly about using Muggle tricks?]

[Flitwick: If we all used Muggle tricks in duels, my dueling class would have become a tank-driving class long ago!]

[Luna: Professor, don’t get so worked up. Anton will be fine.]

[Luna: There are still some Wrackspurts spinning around his head, which proves that his thoughts haven’t disappeared.]

[Dumbledore: However, children, this lesson also teaches us to respect Muggles and the things they create.]

[Dumbledore: The unknown may contain powers we never expected.]

[Harry: But that dark wizard really is difficult to deal with. He’s like Peeves.]

[Dumbledore: I believe in Anton. When it comes to troublesome opponents like this, he has his own way of dealing with them.]

[Dumbledore: Think about how he dealt with that machine.]

As he spoke, Kaecilius on the screen had already walked to the railing.

He wanted to confirm his opponent’s death.

But the next second, Strange rose from the ruins wearing that scarlet cloak.

His posture was even more impressive than before.

It was as though Kaecilius’s vicious Muggle fighting techniques had been nothing more than a joke.

Seeing that Anton was unharmed, cheers erupted throughout the livestream room.

On the screen, however, Kaecilius’s expression turned grim.

“Are you impossible to kill?”

Strange didn’t answer.

He stretched out both hands.

The energy whips appeared in his hands once again.

He crouched and charged straight forward, throwing a heavy punch at Kaecilius.

With a single punch, a scarlet mark appeared on Kaecilius’s cheek.

Clearly, Strange’s punch had been anything but light.

Kaecilius turned around and attempted to counterattack.

His hands transformed into magical blades once again, aiming to pierce Strange through the chest.

But the moment he extended his hands, Strange’s cloak instantly blocked them.

Kaecilius froze.

The cloak seemed to be taking revenge on Strange’s behalf.

Its two collars transformed into a pair of fists.

They began pounding Kaecilius’s face from both sides.

Smack, smack, smack, smack, smack!

It slapped him more than forty times in rapid succession.

That sight completely entertained everyone in the livestream room.

[Ron: What an awesome cloak! I want one too!]

[Harry: So cool! I want a magical piece of clothing too.]

[McGonagall: A cloak that can beat people? Good heavens! These Kamar-Taj sorcerers certainly have unique tastes when it comes to magic.]

[McGonagall: Bold, but I like it.]

[Albus: Quite interesting, isn’t it, Minerva? I’d like one of those myself.]

[Albus: We’d probably have to use branches from the Whomping Willow.]

[Grindelwald: I’ve studied quite a few interesting forms of magic in Nurmengard. If you want one, I could help you invent it.]

[Voldemort: That dark wizard really is an idiot. He’s wasting the power of immortality and such excellent talent.]

[Voldemort: If I had that kind of power! If I had that kind of power!]

[Newt: Erm, Mr. Dark Lord, I suggest you breathe more fresh air and dream a little less.]

On the screen, the barrage of slaps left Kaecilius’s scalp tingling and his head spinning.

The free-form fighting techniques he had been so confident in had been utterly demolished by a cloak.

Now, he couldn’t defeat Strange with magic.

It was enough to drive him mad.

If his master, Dormammu, hadn’t needed more time to descend, he would have immediately unleashed his Dark Energy and torn the entire space apart.

Meanwhile, Strange only grew stronger as the battle continued.

The cloak blocked the dark wizard’s punches, while magic blocked his spells.

With the two working together so seamlessly,

Kaecilius was beaten senseless by the barrage of spells and forced backward step by step.

The momentum of the battle had completely reversed.

Now, Strange was the one chasing the dark wizard and beating him.

As they fought, Strange suddenly grabbed a suit of armor beside the wall.

He threw it toward Kaecilius.

Kaecilius assumed it was a trick and tried to dodge with a sideways movement.

Unexpectedly, the armor crashed straight into him.

The heavy armor pinned his entire body beneath it.

He was just about to cast a spell and draw power from the darkness to move it away.

But Strange’s spell came first.

With a snap of his fingers, the armor immediately came to life.

Clack, clack, clack, clack!

Even its mouth sealed shut.

It bound Kaecilius tightly.

This time, the wizards in the livestream room could no longer sit still.

They all pulled their wands from their pockets and cheered for Anton.

Even after being trapped, Kaecilius remained calm.

He dispelled the seal over his mouth.

Then he began tempting Strange.

“Strange, your magical power is very strong.”

“Mm-hmm.”

Strange ignored him and continued searching the surroundings for magical artifacts.

“You should know that death is our greatest enemy.”

“We wizards possess countless spells and countless powers, yet despite all that…”

“We cannot defeat time.”

“Do you think that’s fair?”

“If we submit ourselves to the Dark Dimension, we can become immortal. There is no time there. Everyone you love can live forever.”

“Mm-hmm.”

Kaecilius became somewhat anxious.

“As long as you submit yourself to the Dark Dimension and embrace my master, your power will become ten thousand times greater than it is now!”

Seeing that this dark wizard was still trying to tempt someone even while on the verge of defeat, everyone in the livestream room became furious once again.

[Dumbledore: Only fools believe that immortal life is a blessing. The wise know how to make good use of the life they have.]

[Ron: The Tales of Beedle the Bard said that immortality comes with a price. Even children know that.]

[Harry: But if I could see some relatives I’ve never met, that would be nice.]

[McGonagall: Don’t seek help from Dark Magic, Harry. They will only covet everything you have.]

[Voldemort: Damn it, that actually makes me tempted. But I don’t have that fool’s owl address.]

[Grindelwald: Hahahaha, I knew it would come to this.]

[Snape: Sigh. The temptation of immortality really is immense.]

On the screen, Strange paused.

Then he asked in return,

“What about all those people you killed?”

“Will they become immortal too?”

The moment those words were spoken, everyone in the livestream room gave him a thumbs-up.

[Dumbledore: I very much like that answer!]

Kaecilius, who had been asked that question, fell completely silent.
