“System... could it be you?”
“Ding!”
“It is this System. The Host faces a deadly crisis, so This System has automatically activated the Super-Powerful Annihilation, Defense, Sealing, and Torment Technique. It can be used only once!”
“I knew it was you! This skill sounds badass!”
“Then can we beat Tathagata? That guy harmed monkey bro! I can’t stand by and watch him die. Besides, I’m a monkey now too. He might suppress me as well!”
Lin Feng asked in delighted surprise!
After all.
Tathagata was a great power of Spirit Mountain in the West. Even the Jade Emperor and Queen Mother could not defeat him, let alone Monkey King. He truly possessed heaven-shaking Magical Power!
“...”
The System shrugged and said with a trace of resignation, “Host, let me put it this way...”
“The System is a cheat—a bug!”
“You get it?”
“I get it. Then can we beat Tathagata?”
“A Cheat is a Heaven-Defying existence. What do you think? The Host has already used Defense, you know?” The System sounded disdainful.
“As long as you’re not bragging, I’ll give you a double-tap 666!”
Lin Feng was overjoyed. With such a Heaven-Defying Cheat, what did he have to fear!?
He puffed out his chest and raised his head!
Take him down!
At this moment!
Tathagata rubbed his chin and asked in great confusion:
“You can withstand this Buddha’s Great Sun Tathagata Palm, but I feel that you don’t belong here. Why, then, do you look exactly like that Macaque? Where are you from?”
Sun Wukong was born from a stone, while Lin Feng showed no fluctuation of Laws at all, yet possessed Divine Abilities identical to Sun Wukong’s!
For the first time in his life, Tathagata could not see through a monkey.
“Who am I? I’m the twin monkey brother of a Great Sage Equal to Heaven. Can’t you tell? Let me tell you, the great sage’s Flower Fruit Mountain has plenty of me!”
Lin Feng remained calm, a faint smile on his face, as he beckoned to Tathagata with a finger. “Mahavairocana Tathagata, I can torment you. Do you believe me?!”
“Demon monkey, call me buddha ancestor, and turn back before it is too late!”
“There is no shore to turn back to, is there? You can’t sever this matter!”
In an instant.
A trace of anger flashed through Tathagata’s eyes!
A gigantic golden Vajra Bracelet ring materialized in midair.
In the blink of an eye, heaven and earth changed color. It blotted out the sky and sun, encompassing everything within it!
A vast pressure reverberated between heaven and earth, draining the luster from all things!
Lin Feng raised his head toward the sky, his eyes narrowing!
This was...
The Vajra Bracelet!
A supreme treasure of The Three Realms!
It could absorb all phenomena of heaven and earth and refine them!
It was a Forbidden Divine Ability!
Tathagata seemed exceptionally petty; he had unleashed a Forbidden trump card!
The Host of Immortals grew excited. Everyone knew Tathagata was famous for his pettiness. This monkey was too wild, yet he had dared to provoke him!
Even the Jade Emperor could not resist this Vajra Bracelet. The end of the protector of the imperial horses had arrived!
“Tathagata, you came here with another purpose. Heaven and earth do not know of it, but I do. We can reach a compromise. Don’t suppress me beneath a mountain for Five Hundred Years. Let’s skip that part and go on the Journey West instead. How about it?!”
Lin Feng said with indifference. He wanted to discuss it with Tathagata!
He had read Journey to the West many times. In this journey west, Daoism had always suffered a great unspoken loss.
Monkey King spent Five Hundred Years suppressed beneath Five-Finger Mountain, unable even to drink a mouthful of water. In the end, he had to become someone else’s free enforcer!
Upon hearing this, Tathagata’s heart stirred!
It seemed he had caught onto something!
Could this demon monkey possess the divine ability to foresee the future!?
If so, then he could not be spared. The road of the Journey West would never permit an undisciplined wild monkey to exist!
Tathagata’s gaze turned cold, and killing intent flashed through it!
The Vajra Bracelet came rolling forth with earth-destroying might!
“Ding!”
“This System has detected another threat to the Host’s life!”
“The available skills are Annihilation, Sealing, and Suppression! Host, choose one!”
This guy wouldn’t listen to reason. I had exhausted every kind word, and he still wanted to kill me!?
“Suppression, five hundred years!”
Lin Feng said without hesitation!
“Today, let me, Lin Feng, represent the great sage and reclaim the five hundred years of youth that belong to him!”
