As Lucien stepped out of the main doors of the academy building, his dreams of relaxing in his room were shattered.

Right in the outer courtyard, three figures stood, blocking his path.

Little Rose is set in the world of the novel You Are My Star, whose main character enters Little Rose’s world in the body of an extra.

With all the twists and turns the main character experiences in the body of an extra, and now I’m in that world, experiencing all the annoying things, taking the place of the main character.

I just want to relax.

Lucien stopped abruptly.

His blood seemed to stopped flowing as he realized the academy’s loudest group had been waiting for him since class ended.

Before Lucien could turn around, his body suddenly froze.

Rose had already charged forward and embraced him tightly, causing Lucien to gasp in surprise.

“Lucien!

Oh my God, where have you been?!” Rose’s voice trembled violently, filled with genuine concern.

“Why did you come to class in this bloody uniform?

You should be resting.

You scared me to death!” Before Lucien could break free from the embrace, Reichardt grabbed his shoulder in panic.

His brother’s face was pale, his eyes wide.

“Lucien, are you really okay?!” Reichardt demanded breathlessly.

“Why did you leave the infirmary this afternoon?!

We’ve been searching for you all over the academy like a people possessed!

Are you trying to give me a heart attack, huh?!” Meanwhile, Prince Seilas advanced, his posture tense, but his gentle expression distorted by a magnetic aura.

Seilas stared intently at Lucien as if looking at porcelain on the verge of breaking.

“If your injuries are still severe or any part of your body hurts, just tell me, Lucien,” Seilas said in a soft baritone.

“I can have the head physician of the imperial court summoned to your dormitory right now.

Don’t torture yourself.” Rose released her embrance, looking at Lucien with teary eyes.

“Yes, Lucien.

If you’re in pain, don’t force it.

Why do you act like you can handle it all on your own?” “They’re right.

Where did you go this afternoon?!” Reichardt asked.

With a blank face and a weary tone of voice, Lucien stared at the three of them.

“I went to search for my resting peaceful place,” Lucien said quietly, leaving the three of them frozen in place.

The short, resigned sentence struck them like a bolt of lightning in broad daylight.

“A peaceful…

resting place?” Reichardt muttered, his eyes wide, his face instantly pale with overwhelming guilt.

“Oh my…

Lucien…

is that how much pain you’re bearing alone?” Seilas clenched his fists, his jaw tightened.

“He feels like he has no safe place in this academy…

We failed to protect him.” Rose herself stared at Lucien’s retreating back, tears threatening to spill.

“Lucien…” she squeaked, filled with pity.

“Can I go to my room now?!” “Wait Lucien!

You’d better come with me to see the palace doctor,” Seilas stopped Lucien as he was about to leave.

“I have to tell Mother and Father about this.

They need to know Lucien’s condition!” Lucien felt his head throb even more painfully.

The three of them stood around him, throwing out a barrage of questions and strange conclusions he didn’t want to hear.

Seeing Lucien looking fragile and listless, with dried blood stains on the collar of his uniform, Rose suddenly let out a heavy sigh.

She turned to glare at Reichardt and Seilas.

“You two, be quiet,” Rose said firmly to the two men before her.

She turned back to Lucien with a reassuring gentleness.

“Stop pestering him.

Look, he can barely even stand up straight.

Lucien, stop talking and go back to the dormitory and get some rest.

Don’t think about anything else.” In the midst of his fatigue, Lucien looked closely at Rose’s face.

‘Wait a minute…’ Lucien thought, realizing something behind that anxious look.

In the original plot of Little Rose, Rose had known Lucien since they were children.

Long before the world was turned upside down by the transmigrator from the main plot of You Are My Star, who brought with him a magnetic aura that destroyed everyone’s common sense a week before entering the academy.

Rose had always treated Lucien like a younger brother.

Her affection was pure, sincere, and undistorted by the novel’s systems.

The original soul—the real-world Luciel Reed—could sense the sincerity behind the girl’s eyes, unlike the behavior of someone who had been contaminated by the main plot magnet.

Rose’s words brought Lucien to his senses.

Amidst this chaos, there was at least one person whose voice wasn’t deafening.

Lucien didn’t waste this golden opportunity.

Without loosing another second listening to their continued drama, Lucien quickened his pace and headed straight for the boys’ dormitory.

His three seniors immediately followed behind him with heavy, sad steps, continuing to watch Lucien’s back from a distance as if they were seeing off someone who was going to war.

However, as soon as they arrived at the main gate of the student dormitory, Rose stopped in her tracks.

“Lucien, I can only walk you this far because female students are not allowed to enter the male dormitory area,” Rose muttered softly in a disappointed tone.

She looked at Lucien who was already standing at the entrance of the dormitory.

“Lucien, get some proper rest inside.

I’ll come back tomorrow with some warm soup.” Lucien didn’t answer, just nodded lazily as a sign that he didn’t mind, then hurriedly entered the building and closed the door to his room tightly, leaving the three of them behind.

Meanwhile, Rose turned around with unsteady steps, walking alone out of the boys’ dormitory towards the girls’ dormitory.

Her thoughts were still filled with guilt and deep anxiety over Lucien’s seemingly fragile condition.

However, just a few steps down the quiet garden corridor, a friendly yet annoying male voice suddenly stopped her.

“Rose.” Rose turned her head.

Under the shade of a over tree, Rayland stood, greeting her with a faint smile and a gaze hidden behind a pretentiously gentle look.

“How’s your little brother?” Rayland asked softly, with a note of concern that sent a shiver down Rose’s spine.
