"Knuuu..." The cub grunted in protest as she continued sleeping in.
Samiko sighed as she attempted to gently pull her child out of the bed, but the cub was determined to stay in bed. Not wanting to wake up.

"Be a dear and help me get this little fur-ball out of the bed"
"Khahaha! No can do! I'm busy trying to remember how to properly put on my kimono. Just pull out any meat, and the scent will lift the little Kun off her paws and out of the bed! Khahahaha!"
He proudly laughed and proclaimed, as it was the same method that his parents used to entice him to train with the bow.
"Haa..." Samiko shook her head, defeated.
"Looks like we'll be using magic to clean and get her ready for the ritual." She walks to her closet, which contains a small, sleek black wooden box. Opening it reveals a Azul colored Kimono with white cloud patterns.
"Ahh... That's nostalgic. You wore it when we revealed our engagement to your parents." Masato smiled softly as he finished tying his sash properly.
She rolled her eyes. "And you even flirted with my mother that time." She undressed her sleepwear and proceeded to put on her kimono with precise skill.
The husband froze for a second and started sweating. "I-I already apologised and repented for that, love..." His tail started shivering and lowered itself to the ground.
The wife turns her head, 'gently' smiling at him.
"So will you help take our cub out of the bed?"
"Y-Yes! I will"
He dashed out of the room, toward the kitchen to get beef jerky made from Wyvern.
"Fufufu... That silly man has never changed..." She is now wearing a warm, soft smile.
"Fuaaaaaah" The cute cub yawned and proceeded to curl into her fluffy, oversized tail.
"Fuu..." Samiko shook her head at her cub. "I doubt she'll change too in the future..."

A few hours had gone by, thanks to the beef jerky, the cub reluctantly exited the bed and into Samiko's arms. They had to clean her with magic and groom her fur on their way to the ritual site.
'Mnh... Where are we' The cub wonders as she starts to finally wake up from her sleep. Her big ears start twitching, catching the attention of her parents and her godparents.
'Mh? Uncle Josh is here too?' The cub finally starts to take in her surroundings. They are surrounded by a bamboo forest, and gentle, warm wind blows through, creating a beautiful symphony of clicking with the bamboo.
'This would be the perfect spot for a nap.' Her mother gently placed her onto a soft cushion, surrounded by floating crystals. Creating a mystical-inducing atmosphere.
"Fuaaaaaaah..." The cub yawned either way, making Josh and Masato chuckle, as Lumi started to die from cuteness and Samiko shook her head with a soft, small smile.
The cub rubs her eyes with her paws as a voice she doesn't recognise appears.
"So this is the infamous child of the two heroes, huh?"
Turning her head, she sees a 170cm tall woman with pink hair and black horns protruding from her forehead, wearing round glasses. She is wearing a simple blue dress with a coat as she walks up to the cub.
"Jess, it's been so long!!!" Lumi lunged at her, but Samiko caught the back of her neck and pulled her back.
"Now now. You can hug her whenever you want after the ritual. Okay?" She smiled 'gently' at her.
Lumi nodded so fast that her head was leaving behind after-images.
"Keke, you never changed" Jess shook her head before looking at the cub.
"Mh... I can see why fate favoured this little one..." Jess nodded as her eyes glowed golden with a silt pupil.
"Fate?" Josh spoke in surprise, as fate is almost always impartial unless one is blessed by the same being that 'ruled' fate.
"Indeed. I can't even see the path which her future will take" She starts smiling, interested and curious.
"However, one thing I can divinate from her future. She will have a happy life, so no matter how lost she is in her later part of life" She poked the cub's nose, which made the cub sneeze.
"You will always be happy."
Samiko chuckled and smiled gently.
"The meaning in her names should be positive, such as blessing, bright, clear, and more..."
Lumi pointed out her hand.
"How about Akura!" She lets out a smug smirk, which was promptly ignored by everyone.
The cub's ears perk up at Lumi's direction.
"Oh? You like the name!" Lumi squealed happily and blinked to the spot beside Jess. "Want to be named Akura?"
The fluffy, oversized tail started swaying left and right in approval.
"Alrighty!" Lumi fist-pumped in happiness.
Josh chuckled and shook his head. He still remembers when he first met her. She was all blunt and sassy to everyone... But the moment you become her close friend and family, she's hyperactive like a puppy...
The floating crystal started emitting energy and creating a word "Akura" above the cub, before injecting deep into the cub's body. Imprinting the name onto the soul.
Meanwhile...
The cub, now named Akura, is staring at the notification she received.
