“Fire!” servants yelled as they ran around like headless chickens.

“The first princess’s castle is on fire!” servants yelled as they tried to put out the fire but the King of Almira, Vale Altarax Montigue, paid no mind as he rushed forward with his guests on his heels to confirm the first princess’s death.

“Finally!” The King thought as he ran.Full novel: I Transmigrated As The Disgrace Of The Royal Family. — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“I will finally be free of that wretch.” The King thought as he kept on running.

Flashback “The first princess have been born!” A maid rushed to tell the King and the young King Vale smiled happily.

“How is my wife?” Young King Vale asked in joy with his hand on the door that separated him from his wife.

“The dragon’s power was too strong.” The young maid said shakily “The First Queen could not handle it and died at child birth.” the maid said as she burst into tears and the young King’s ears begun to ring.

“Summon the High Priest.” Young King Vale ordered the guards in the hall.

“No one is allowed to enter this room, until he gets here!” young King Vale yelled as the young Princess Evelyn cried her eyes out in the desolate room that housed the first Queen’s corpse.

Moments later “It is true that the young Princess’s energy is far too strong.” Hight Priest Alucarn said in a sickeningly sweet tone as he watched the King carefully.

“Her energy could even be stronger than yours when you were a child.” High Priest Alucarn said with a sly look in his eyes as he watched the King and the young King’s eyes blazed with jealousy and grief.

“So what do we do?” young King Vale asked as he held his dead wife’s hand.

“I will bring fifteen priests to seal her energy, at least until her awakening.” The High Priest said politely as his eyes blazed in amusement.

The Next day.

“Why would the High Priest need all fifteen of us?” priests mumured as they arrived at the Holy temple in the Capital.

“We are headed to the royal Palace to seal the power of the young princess.” the High Priest said calmly.

“The princess?” the priests muttered in confusion.

“Has the princess been born?” priests asked mumured amongst themselves.

“Why hasn’t there been a grand celebration?” the priests asked.

“Silence!” The High Priest yelled as he slammed his hands on his wooden chair.

“You are only here to take orders not to question them!” The High Priest yelled and the fifteen priests before him shrunk into themselves.

“Prepare yourself to go to the palace and make sure no one hears of this.” The High Priest ordered.

“Yes, your Holiness.” the fifteen priests bowed.

Moments later “Barrier Magic!” yelled all fifteen priests as a large magic appeared around barely two days old Princess Evelyn.

“Conceal!” the fifteen priests yelled but as the magic enveloped her, the priests began to drop like flies.

“What is this?” the Priests yelled in fear as Princess Evelyn began to glow.

“Supress her!” the High Priest yelled in panic.

“Supress her now!” the High Priest yelled in fear and soon enough the spell finished with only five priests left standing.

“My King.” The High Priest yelled in despair.

“Take a look at the destruction caused by a mere baby who isn’t up to two days old.” The High Priest said pitifully.

“I fear that if Princess Evelyn isn’t controlled, she will grow up to be a threat to you, my King.” The High Priest yelled and the King’s heart grew cold.

“Summon all the maids the late Queen left for Priest Evelyn and tell them that before Princess Evelyn turns nine they must either learn to control her or dispose of her quietly.” The King ordered his subordinate.

Flashback end “How troublesome.” The King thought as he stood before Princess Evelyn’s burning palace.

“With a big fire like this, the whole capital will hear of this news by morning.” The King cursed in his head.

“Not only is the first Princess’s palace so far away from the main castle but the first Princess doesn’t have enough guards or maids around her palace.” The King thought as his mind worked quickly.

“Well it doesn’t matter.” The King said as he tried to relax himself.

“Even if they question why the first princess’s villa was so far away and why she looked to be isolated from the main castle, it won’t matter because Princess Evelyn is dead.”The King thought triumphantly, but just as he did, the door of the First Princess’s palace flew off its hinges, and six-year-old Princess Evelyn hobbled out with a maid the King didn’t recognize whilst covered in burns, bruises, and scrapes.
