“AAAAHHHH!!!!”

Wei Jing screamed too, because he watched helplessly as the tall, chubby young man’s head transformed into a… pig’s head!

Gray skin, coarse dark brown bristles covering the entire face, two small upright ears with stiff, sparse needle-like hairs on them, tiny eyes gleaming with terrifying ferocity, and a pair of frighteningly pale tusks that sent chills down the spine!Full novel: I, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Raising Babies Online [Transmigrated Into A Novel] — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Tu Shihua, prepare to die!” the pig-headed creature roared, charging at him while maintaining its pig-headed, human-bodied form.

Wei Jing panicked, stumbling backward before turning to run. After getting some distance away, he remembered the stroller was still back there and quickly turned around again.

To his surprise, the strange creature with the pig’s head hadn’t rushed in, it was still pacing behind the semi-transparent membrane.

What a relief!

For the first time, he sincerely appreciated his own bizarre world-building. At least the garden was surrounded by defenses. At least that pig-head couldn’t get in!

Time to run!

Not daring to waste a single second, he immediately pushed the stroller back the way he came. But he hadn’t gone far when a loud crash sounded behind him, followed by the squeals and angry curses of the pig, now terrifyingly close.

The pig-headed creature had fully transformed into its boar form, its strength far more formidable than before. It had forcibly broken through the restraints at the passageway using sheer brute force.

“Tu Shihua! You despicable, shameless wretch! Stop right there! Don’t you dare run! I’ll kill you!”

“Brother, you’ve got the wrong person! I’m not Tu Shihua!”

Wei Jing shouted back in panic, not daring to pause for even a moment. But—

How could this frail, useless body outrun a wild boar spirit?

“Hah, wrong person? You’ve used that excuse many times already. You think I’d fall for it too?!”

In less than two minutes, the boar caught up to him. Its pale tusks loomed large in his vision, seemingly moments from impaling his face, when the little dragon lying in the stroller suddenly leaped up and positioned itself in front of him. “Ahh.”

Wei Jing was so moved he became incoherent. “Qin Xiaobao, didn’t I tell you not to move around? Why did you jump up? Aren’t you afraid the boar will eat you?”

At that moment, a small fireball shot from the little dragon’s mouth, striking the boar square in the face, yet didn’t singe a single bristle.

“Smack!” The wild boar spirit’s face twisted into a vicious snarl as it swung its front claw, swatting the little dragon away with a single blow.

Wei Jing saw this and, seething with rage, raised his fist and charged straight at the boar!

“How dare you bully a baby cub! You ugly, shameless freak! I’ll beat you to death! Take that! Take, ouch, dammit! How can this boar’s hide be so thick!”

His hand hurt!

After throwing a few punches, Wei Jing hadn’t knocked the boar spirit down, but he’d scraped the skin off his own knuckles!

This couldn’t get any more tragic.

“Hahaha! Tu Shihua, prepare to die!” The boar spirit cackled triumphantly and sent Wei Jing flying with a single swipe.

The wind whistled past his ears as his vision blurred.

Oh no. This is it. I’m done for!

As Wei Jing crashed onto the grass, his heart filled with despair. He didn’t want to die yet! Even if life was hard, he still wanted to keep living! Even if it meant being the cheap “wife” to a moody great master and the cheap father to a hairless fire-breathing dragon!

It was as if the heavens had heard his desperate plea. Just as the boar spirit charged at him, ready to gore him with its tusks, a massive shadow descended from above.

Wei Jing forced his eyes open, only to witness something even more terrifying…

The spotted python opened its gaping maw and, with a swift motion, swallowed the gray-black, bristle-covered wild boar spirit whole!

“AAAAHHHH!!!”

He let out another primal scream, his eyes rolled back, and he fainted on the spot.

The spotted python: “…”

On the other side of the screen, the Great Master Qin, who had just witnessed the whole scene, couldn’t help but laugh. He seemed to be in an exceptionally good mood. The next second, he vanished from the single-seater sofa and appeared at the “crime scene.”

Under the blazing sun, the pink stroller sat alone on the lush green grass. The little dragon, which had been swatted away earlier, scurried back to the unconscious Wei Jing and rubbed worriedly against his arm.

The Great Master materialized beside the pair, his tone teasing. “You’ve only known him for a short while, yet you’ve already grown so fond of him?”

The little dragon looked up and let out an excited cry. “Ahh!”

With a soft poof, a small fireball shot out, but the Great Master gently pinched it, and it dissolved into sparkling foam-like embers.

“Ahh.” The little dragon spat out another small fireball.

This time, the Great Master ignored it. Right in front of the little dragon, he lifted the unconscious man with one hand, as effortlessly as if he were picking up a chick, and walked toward the villa without looking back.

“Bring the stroller and Qin Xiaobao back with you.”

“Very well, Master.” The spotted python gave a slight nod.

It hurts! It hurts so much!

When Wei Jing woke up, he felt as though he were paralyzed. From head to toe, even his skull, there was a dull, throbbing ache.

“You’re awake?” From beside the bed came the Great Master’s captivating bass voice, the kind that made one’s heart flutter uncontrollably. It was practically a weapon for charming people.

Wasn’t that obvious? Wei Jing grumbled inwardly.

The Great Master asked again, “Are you hungry?”

“…Yeah.” Wei Jing responded weakly. Right on cue, his stomach let out a loud growl, perfectly matching the moment.

“What do you want to eat?” The voice was gentle, exceptionally considerate.

Wei Jing turned his head with difficulty to look at the Great Master. After a stunned three seconds, a flicker of panic crossed his face. “Where’s our son?”

At such a critical moment earlier, the little dragon had fearlessly stood in front of him, despite its own weakness. Just that gesture alone moved him to the brink of tears. Such a small, helpless cub, yet so understanding and considerate, even protecting its father!

“He’s eating,” the Great Master said leisurely, as if seeing right through his thoughts. He poured a bucket of cold water without mercy. “There’s no need to read too much into what happened earlier. Our son only stood in front of you out of hunting instinct.”

Wei Jing shot him a sidelong glance. “…”

Liar! He wasn’t going to fall for that. That was clearly the deep bond between parent and child! No, wait, that was self-sacrifice for the mother! No, no, self-sacrifice for the father!

“Master, the meat is roasted.” The old butler’s voice suddenly rang out, accompanied by his silent arrival and an irresistible, mouthwatering aroma of grilled meat.

Wei Jing lay sprawled on the bed, craning his neck with effort, staring longingly at the roasted meat.

“What meat is that? It smells so good.”

“Wild boar,” the Great Master replied with a smile. He leaned forward, lifted Wei Jing up, and adjusted him to sit back against the pillows.

Wei Jing flinched, still haunted by the earlier attack. “B-Boar?”

The Great Master gently corrected him. “Not pig meat, wild boar meat, honey.”

Wei Jing’s eyes widened in shock, clearly terrified. “Is it from that… wild boar earlier?”

The Great Master didn’t deny it. He reached out and wiped the cold sweat from Wei Jing’s forehead, his smile unchanged. “Do you want me to feed you?”
